Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Mysłowice.W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 147 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy (pośrednictwo pracy, poradnictwo zawodowe, staże, szkolenia, jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej), o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the city of Mysłowice.The project will support 147 people registered at the PUP under the age of 30 qualified for the I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments (work intermediation, career guidance, traineeships, training, one-off funds for starting a business) referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans la ville de Mysłowice. Le projet soutiendra 147 personnes inscrites à l’OLP de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeur actif») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée (médiation professionnelle, orientation professionnelle, stages, formation, fonds ponctuels pour la création d’une entreprise), conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten junger Menschen unter 30 Jahren, die in der Stadt Mysłowice arbeitslos sind, zu erhöhen. Mit dem Projekt werden 147 Personen unterstützt, die unter 30 Jahren im PLO registriert sind und für das Beihilfeprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Beihilfeprofil II (sogenannte „Förderbedarf“) in Betracht kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente (Arbeitsvermittlung, Berufsberatung, Praktika, Ausbildung, einmalige Mittel für die Gründung eines Unternehmens) gemäß dem Gesetz über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is het vergroten van de arbeidskansen van jongeren onder de 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in de stad Mysłowice. Het project zal 147 mensen ondersteunen die geregistreerd zijn in de PLO jonger dan 30 jaar en die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde „vereiste steun”). In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren (arbeidsbemiddeling, loopbaanbegeleiding, stages, opleiding, eenmalige fondsen voor het starten van een bedrijf), zoals bedoeld in de wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro dei giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni disoccupati nella città di Mysłowice. Il progetto sosterrà 147 persone iscritte all'OLP di età inferiore ai 30 anni che sono ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto disoccupato attivo) o al profilo di aiuto II (cosiddetto "richiesto di sostegno"). Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati (mediazione del lavoro, orientamento professionale, tirocini, formazione, fondi una tantum per l'avvio di un'impresa), come indicato nella legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo de los jóvenes menores de 30 años que están desempleados en la ciudad de Mysłowice. El proyecto apoyará a 147 personas inscritas en la OLP menores de 30 años que pueden optar al perfil de ayuda I (denominados desempleados activos) o al perfil de ayuda II (denominados «necesarios de apoyo»). En el marco del proyecto, para cada participante, la presentación de una oferta específica de activación profesional irá precedida de un análisis de las competencias, aptitudes y problemas profesionales del participante en cuestión. Sobre esta base, la OLP llevará a cabo servicios e instrumentos del mercado laboral debidamente seleccionados (mediación laboral, orientación profesional, prácticas, formación, fondos únicos para la creación de una empresa), tal como se contempla en la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral.
