Celem projektu jest zapewnienie odpowiednich środków finansowych dla prawidłowej realizacji zadań związanych z zarządzaniem i wdrażaniem PO PW 2014-2020 w 2015 roku. Projekt zakłada finansowanie kosztów związanych z wynajmem powierzchni biurowej, w tym kosztów administracyjno-eksploatacyjnych a także usług telekomunikacyjnych oraz zakup materiałów biurowych. W ramach projektu finansowane będą koszty podróży służbowych związanych z wykonywaniem zadań w ramach PO PW. Projekt zakłada również finansowanie wydatków mających na celu dostosowanie zasobów informatycznych PARP do wymogów nowych programów. Ponadto, w ramach projektu finansowane będą koszty doradztwa dla IP PO PW, w szczególności dotyczące oceny wniosków o dofinansowanie a także koszty związane z informowaniem i promowaniem PO PW 2014-2020 zgodnie z Rocznym Planem Działań Informacyjnych i Promocyjnych Instytucji Pośredniczącej na 2015 r. The aim of the project is to provide adequate financial resources for the proper execution of tasks related to the management and implementation of OP IE 2014-2020 in 2015. The project involves financing costs related to the lease of office space, including administrative and maintenance costs as well as telecommunications services and the purchase of office materials. The project will finance mission expenses related to the performance of tasks under the OP. The project also provides for financing expenditure aimed at adapting PARP IT resources to the requirements of new programmes. In addition, the project will finance consultancy costs for IP OP I, in particular concerning the evaluation of applications for funding as well as costs related to information and promotion of OP IE 2014-2020 in accordance with the Annual Information and Promotional Action Plan of Intermediate Institutions for 2015. L’objectif du projet est de fournir des ressources financières adéquates pour la bonne exécution des tâches liées à la gestion et à la mise en œuvre du PO 2014-2020 en 2015. Le projet consiste à financer les coûts liés à la location d’espaces de bureaux, y compris les frais d’administration et de fonctionnement ainsi que les services de télécommunications et l’achat de fournitures de bureau. Le projet financera les frais de mission liés à l’exécution des tâches relevant du PO PE. Le projet prévoit également le financement des dépenses visant à adapter les ressources informatiques de PARP aux besoins des nouveaux programmes. En outre, le projet financera les frais de conseil pour le PO PE de l’IB, notamment en ce qui concerne l’évaluation des demandes de financement, ainsi que les coûts liés à l’information et à la promotion du PO 2014-2020 conformément au plan d’action annuel d’information et d’action promotionnel de l’organisme intermédiaire pour 2015. Ziel des Projekts ist es, angemessene Finanzmittel für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Verwaltung und Durchführung des OP 2014-2020 im Jahr 2015 bereitzustellen. Das Projekt umfasst die Finanzierung der Kosten im Zusammenhang mit der Anmietung von Büroflächen, einschließlich Verwaltungs- und Betriebskosten sowie Telekommunikationsdienstleistungen und Kauf von Bürobedarf. Mit dem Projekt werden Dienstreisekosten im Zusammenhang mit der Wahrnehmung von Aufgaben im Rahmen des OP EP finanziert. Das Projekt sieht auch die Finanzierung von Ausgaben zur Anpassung der IT-Ressourcen des PARP an die Anforderungen der neuen Programme vor. Darüber hinaus werden im Rahmen des Projekts Beratungskosten für das EP des IB OP finanziert, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Bewertung von Finanzierungsanträgen sowie die Kosten im Zusammenhang mit der Information und Förderung des OP 2014-2020 im Einklang mit dem jährlichen Informations- und Werbeaktionsplan der zwischengeschalteten Stelle für 2015. Doel van het project is te voorzien in voldoende financiële middelen voor de correcte uitvoering van taken in verband met het beheer en de uitvoering van OP 2014-2020 in 2015. Het project omvat de financiering van de kosten in verband met de huur van kantoorruimte, met inbegrip van administratieve en exploitatiekosten, telecommunicatiediensten en de aankoop van kantoorbenodigdheden. Het project zal de kosten van dienstreizen in verband met de uitvoering van taken in het kader van het OP EP financieren. Het project voorziet ook in de financiering van uitgaven om de IT-middelen van PARP aan te passen aan de behoeften van de nieuwe programma’s. Daarnaast zal het project de consultancykosten voor het EP van het IB-OP financieren, met name wat betreft de beoordeling van financieringsaanvragen, alsook de kosten in verband met de voorlichting en promotie van OP 2014-2020, overeenkomstig het jaarlijkse actieplan voor voorlichting en promotie van het intermediair orgaan voor 2015. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di fornire risorse finanziarie adeguate per la corretta esecuzione dei compiti relativi alla gestione e all'attuazione del PO 2014-2020 nel 2015. Il progetto prevede il finanziamento dei costi connessi alla locazione di spazi per uffici, compresi i costi amministrativi e operativi, nonché i servizi di telecomunicazione e l'acquisto di forniture per ufficio. Il progetto finanzierà le spese di missione connesse all'esecuzione dei compiti nell'ambito del PO PE. Il progetto prevede inoltre il finanziamento delle spese volte ad adeguare le risorse informatiche di PARP alle esigenze dei nuovi programmi. Inoltre, il progetto finanzierà i costi di consulenza per il PO IB EP, in particolare per quanto riguarda la valutazione delle domande di finanziamento, nonché i costi relativi all'informazione e alla promozione del PO 2014-2020 conformemente al piano d'azione annuale di informazione e promozione dell'organismo intermedio per il 2015. El proyecto financiará los gastos de misión relacionados con la ejecución de las tareas en el marco del PO PE.
