Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa sieci światłowodowej dostępowej NGA w technologii doziemnej o długości 46 km, obejmującej miejscowości z obszarów rekomendowanych do objęcia zasięgiem sieci NGA w 4 gminach powiatu tureckiego. Realizacja projektu umożliwi w ww.obszarach objęcie zasięgiem Internetu o przepustowości minimalnej 100Mb/s minimum 1095 gospodarstw domowych oraz 3 placówki publiczne (oświatowe). Na obszarze realizacji projektu, wdrożenie technologii dostępu do Internetu polegać będzie na zasadzie hurtowego dostarczania szerokopasmowych łączy internetowych w technologii FTTH-P2M (GPON technologia światłowodowa). Sieć planowana do budowy oparta jest na technologii FTTX-GPON standard punkt – wielopunkt. Założono budowę sieci GPON z 2 dedykowanymi węzłami głównymi OLT w obszarze projektu tj. m. Brudzew i Skarbki. W planowanym obszarze planowana jest budowa sieci w oparciu o mikrokanalizacje 4x14/10 (średnica wiązki około 30mm) i 7x14/10 (średnica wiązki około 50mm). Przyłącza do klientów realizowane będą za pośrednictwem kabli doziemnych o średnicy około 6 mm.Planowa sieć będzie włączona do sieci istniejących na rynku operatorów (WSS, INEA). Puntem styku IXP będzie sieć szkieletowa operatora WSS lub INEA, z której już obecnie jest połączenie z globalnym Internetem.Dzięki realizacji projektu operator hurtowy będzie świadczył usługi: usługa BSA, dostęp do kanalizacji kablowej, dostęp do ciemnych włókien, usługa LLU, usługa VULA, Kolokacja,a Operatorzy końcowy będą mogli umożliwić świadczenie usług zgodnych z wymaganiami POPC w szczególności:• Internet o przepływności 100/30Mb/s• telewizja, • VOIP, • transmisja danych• interaktywne Video, • video jakości HD• streaming audio/video, • transakcje interaktywne, • dostęp do baz danych w modelu Abonent – serwer. W efekcie wdrożenia modelu świadczenia usług hurtowych, operatorzy końcowy (OK) korzystający z infrastruktury beneficjenta będą świadczyli wszystkie usługi detaliczne wymaganie zgodnie z wymaganiami POPC. The subject of the project is the construction of an NGA fibre optic network in ground technology with a length of 46 km, including villages from areas recommended to cover the NGA network in 4 municipalities of the Turkish county. Implementation of the project will make it possible to cover the Internet coverage with a minimum capacity of 100Mb/s at least 1095 households and 3 public institutions (educational). In the area of implementation of the project, the implementation of Internet access technologies will consist of wholesale provision of broadband Internet connections in FTTH-P2M (GPON fiber technology). The network planned for construction is based on the FTTX-GPON technology standard point – multipoint. The construction of the GPON network with 2 dedicated main nodes of the OLT was established in the area of the project, i.e. Brudzew and the vaults. In the planned area the network is planned to be built based on microchannels 4x14/10 (beam diameter about 30 mm) and 7x14/10 (beam diameter about 50 mm). Connections to customers will be implemented via ground cables with a diameter of about 6 mm.The planned network will be integrated into the network of existing operators (WSS, INEA). The point of the IXP interface will be the backbone network of the WSS or INEA operator, which already has a connection to the global Internet.Thanks to the project, the wholesale operator will provide services: BSA service, access to cable sewerage, access to dark fibres, LLU service, Vula service, Colocation, and Final operators will be able to provide services complying with POPC requirements in particular:• Internet with flow rate 100/30Mb/s• TV, • VOIP, • data transmission• interactive Video, • video quality HD• streaming audio/video, • interactive transactions, • access to databases in the Abonent – server model. As a result of the implementation of the wholesale service model, final operators (OK) using the beneficiary’s infrastructure will provide all retail services in accordance with the requirements of POPC. Le projet a pour objet la construction d’un réseau d’accès à fibre optique NGA d’une longueur de 46 km, comprenant des localités provenant de zones recommandées pour la couverture du réseau NGA dans 4 municipalités du district turc. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra dans ces zones de couvrir une couverture Internet d’une capacité minimale de 100 Mbps, un minimum de 1095 ménages et 3 établissements publics (éducatifs). Dans le domaine de la mise en œuvre du projet, la mise en œuvre de la technologie d’accès à Internet reposera sur le principe de la fourniture en gros de connexions Internet haut débit dans FTTH-P2M (technologie à fibre optique GON). Le réseau prévu pour la construction est basé sur la technologie point — multipoint standard FTTX-GPON. La construction d’un réseau GPON avec 2 nœuds principaux dédiés d’OLT dans la zone du projet, à savoir Brudzew et Trésorerie, a été mise en place. La zone prévue est prévue pour la construction d’un réseau basé sur 4x14/10 microdéchets (diamètre de faisceau environ 30 mm) et 7x14/10 (diamètre de faisceau environ 50 mm). Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau des NGA Glasfaserzugangsnetzes mit einer Länge von 46 km, das sich aus Gebieten zusammensetzt, die für die Abdeckung des NGA-Netzes in 4 Gemeinden des türkischen Bezirks empfohlen werden. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird es in diesen Bereichen ermöglichen, eine Abdeckung des Internets mit einer Mindestkapazität von 100 Mbit/s von mindestens 1095 Haushalten und 3 öffentlichen (Bildungs-)Einrichtungen abzudecken. Im Bereich der Umsetzung des Projekts wird die Einführung der Internet-Zugangstechnik auf das Prinzip der Vorleistungsversorgung von Breitband-Internetanschlüssen in FTTH-P2M (GPON-LWL-Technologie) gestützt. Das für den Bau geplante Netzwerk basiert auf FTTX-GPON Standard Point – Multipoint-Technologie. Der Bau eines GPON-Netzes mit 2 Hauptknoten des OLT im Projektbereich, d. h. Brudzew und Treasury, wurde gegründet. Die geplante Fläche ist für den Bau eines Netzes auf Basis von 4x14/10 Mikro-Abfälle (Beamdurchmesser ca. 30 mm) und 7x14/10 (Strahldurchmesser ca. 50 mm) geplant. Verbindungen zu Kunden werden über Erdkabel mit einem Durchmesser von ca. 6 mm realisiert.Das geplante Netz wird in das Netzwerk bestehender Betreiber (WSS, INEA) integriert. Kontaktstelle von IXP ist das Rückgratnetz des WSS- oder INEA-Betreibers, von dem aus bereits eine Verbindung zum globalen Internet besteht. Dank der Umsetzung des Projekts wird der Großkundenbetreiber Dienstleistungen erbringen: BSA-Service, Zugang zu Kabelkanälen, Dark Fiber Access, LLU-Service, VULA-Service, Colocation und Endbetreiber können die Bereitstellung von Diensten ermöglichen, die den Anforderungen von POPC entsprechen, insbesondere:• Internet mit einer Durchflussrate von 100/30Mb/s• TV, • VOIP, • Datenübertragung • interaktives Video, • HD-Video-Qualität Streaming • Audio-/Videostreaming, • interaktive Transaktionen, • Zugriff auf Datenbanken im Subscriber-Server-Modell. Het doel van het project is de aanleg van het NGA-netwerk voor glasvezeltoegang met een lengte van 46 km, bestaande uit plaatsen uit gebieden die worden aanbevolen voor dekking van het NGA-netwerk in 4 gemeenten van het Turkse district. De uitvoering van het project zal het mogelijk maken op deze gebieden de internetdekking te bestrijken met een minimumcapaciteit van 100Mbps, minimaal 1095 huishoudens en 3 openbare (onderwijs)instellingen. Op het gebied van de uitvoering van het project zal de implementatie van internettoegangstechnologie gebaseerd zijn op het beginsel van wholesalelevering van breedbandinternetverbindingen in FTTH-P2M (GPON glasvezeltechnologie). Het voor de bouw geplande netwerk is gebaseerd op FTTX-GPON standaardpunt — multipoint technologie. De bouw van een GPON-netwerk met 2 speciale hoofdknooppunten van OLT op het gebied van het project, te weten Brudzew en treasury, werd opgericht. Het geplande gebied is gepland voor de bouw van een netwerk op basis van 4x14/10 microafval (straaldiameter ongeveer 30 mm) en 7x14/10 (straaldiameter ongeveer 50 mm). Verbindingen met klanten worden gerealiseerd via grondkabels met een diameter van ongeveer 6 mm.Het geplande netwerk wordt geïntegreerd in het netwerk van bestaande operators (WSS, INEA). Het contactpunt van IXP is het backbone netwerk van de WSS of INEA operator, van waaruit er al een verbinding is met het wereldwijde internet. L'obiettivo del progetto è la costruzione della rete di accesso in fibra ottica NGA con una lunghezza di 46 km, comprendente località provenienti da zone raccomandate per la copertura della rete NGA in 4 comuni del distretto turco. L'attuazione del progetto consentirà in questi settori di coprire la copertura di Internet con una capacità minima di 100Mbps, un minimo di 1095 famiglie e 3 istituti pubblici (di istruzione). Nel settore dell'attuazione del progetto, l'attuazione della tecnologia di accesso a Internet si baserà sul principio della fornitura all'ingrosso di connessioni Internet a banda larga in FTTH-P2M (tecnologia in fibra ottica GPON). La rete progettata per la costruzione si basa su FTTX-GPON standard point — tecnologia multipunto. È stata istituita la costruzione di una rete GPON con 2 nodi principali di OLT nell'area del progetto, vale a dire Brudzew e tesoreria. L'area prevista prevede la realizzazione di una rete basata su microrifiuti 4x14/10 (diametro del fascio di circa 30 mm) e 7x14/10 (diametro circa 50 mm). Le connessioni ai clienti saranno realizzate tramite cavi di terra con un diametro di circa 6 mm.La rete pianificata sarà integrata nella rete degli operatori esistenti (WSS, INEA). El objeto del proyecto es la construcción de la red de acceso de fibra óptica NGA con una longitud de 46 km, que comprende localidades de zonas recomendadas para la cobertura de la red NGA en 4 municipios del distrito turco. La ejecución del proyecto permitirá en estas áreas cubrir la cobertura de Internet con una capacidad mínima de 100Mbps, un mínimo de 1095 hogares y 3 establecimientos públicos (educativos). En el ámbito de la ejecución del proyecto, la aplicación de la tecnología de acceso a Internet se basará en el principio de suministro al por mayor de conexiones a Internet de banda ancha en FTTH-P2M (tecnología de fibra óptica POPON). La red prevista para la construcción se basa en la tecnología de punto estándar FTTX-GPON — multipunto. Se estableció la construcción de una red GPON con 2 nodos principales dedicados de OLT en el área del proyecto, es decir, Brudzew y tesorería. El área planeada está prevista para construir una red basada en micro-residuos 4x14/10 (diámetro de haz de aproximadamente 30 mm) y 7x14/10 (diámetro de haz de unos 50 mm). Las conexiones con los clientes se realizarán a través de cables de tierra con un diámetro aproximado de 6 mm. La red prevista se integrará en la red de operadores existentes (WSS, INEA). El punto de contacto del IXP será la red troncal del operador WSS o INEA, desde el cual ya existe una conexión a Internet global. Gracias a la implementación del proyecto, el operador mayorista prestará servicios: El servicio BSA, el acceso a los conductos de cable, el acceso a fibra oscura, el servicio LLU, el servicio VULA, la Colocación y los Operadores Finales podrán permitir la prestación de servicios conformes con los requisitos de POPC en particular:• Internet con un caudal de 100/30Mb/s• TV, • VOIP, • transmisión de datos • Video interactivo, • streaming de vídeo HD • transmisión de audio/vídeo, • transacciones interactivas, • acceso a bases de datos en el modelo Suscriptor-servidor.
