Rzeczowy projekt polega na zagospodarowaniu terenów zielonych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowo-sportowe. Na terenie parku wydzielone zostaną strefy funkcjonalne, dostosowane do charakteru, wieku i potrzeb użytkowników. W parku powstaną 2 przestrzenie: 1.północna (działki 2641/1, 2/1, 2/2, 1293) podzielona na dwie strefy: rodzinno–wypoczynkową oraz rekreacyjno–sportową 2.południową (działka 2641/4) o charakterze wypoczynkowym Część po stronie północnej będzie miała charakter rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowy z elementami rozrywkowymi takimi jak: amfiteatr z kinem letnim, plac zabaw , fontanna, górka saneczkowa, teren piknikowy, siłownia na powietrzu, kącik szachowy, strefa gier, boisko. Dzięki bogatemu programowi parku stworzone zostanie „zielone centrum” Łochowa, pełniące wiele funkcji i integrujące mieszkańców. Drugą częścią Parku „Dębinka” będą tereny leśne. Ten fragment parku będzie „surowy”, zapewniając więcej ciszy wśród zieleni dla spacerujących. (Polish)

The project consists of the development of green areas for recreational and sports purposes. Within the park there will be functional zones tailored to the nature, age and needs of users. There will be 2 spaces in the park: 1.North (Mondays 2641/1, 2/1, 2/2, 1293) divided into two zones: family-recreation and recreational sports 2.South (division 2641/4) of a holiday character The part on the northern side will be recreational and leisure with entertainment elements such as: amphitheater with summer cinema, playground, fountain, toboggan hill, picnic area, gym in the air, chess corner, game zone, field. Thanks to the rich program of the park, the “green centre” of Łochów will be created, with many functions and integrating residents. The second part of the “Dębinka” Park will be forest areas. This part of the park will be “raw”, providing more silence among the greens for walkers. (English)

Le projet objectif consiste à développer des espaces verts à des fins récréatives, récréatives et sportives. Les zones fonctionnelles seront séparées dans le parc, adaptées à la nature, à l’âge et aux besoins des usagers. Il y aura 2 espaces dans le parc: Nord 1 (parcs 2641/1, 2/1, 2/2, 1293) divisé en deux zones: la partie vacances du côté nord aura une activité récréative et de loisirs avec des éléments de divertissement tels que: amphithéâtre avec cinéma d’été, aire de jeux, fontaine, colline de luge, aire de pique-nique, gymnase en plein air, coin d’échecs, zone de jeu, terrain. Grâce au vaste programme du parc, le «centre vert» de Łochów sera créé, avec de nombreuses fonctions et l’intégration des habitants. La deuxième partie du parc «Dębinka» sera la forêt. Ce fragment du parc sera «brut», offrant plus de silence parmi la verdure pour la marche. (French)

Das Zielprojekt besteht in der Entwicklung von Grünflächen für Freizeit-, Freizeit- und Sportzwecke. Funktionale Zonen werden im Park getrennt und an die Natur, das Alter und die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer angepasst. Es gibt 2 Plätze im Park: Nord 1 (parcels 2641/1, 2/1, 2/2, 1293), aufgeteilt in zwei Zonen: der Urlaub Teil auf der Nordseite wird eine Freizeit- und Freizeitaktivitäten mit Unterhaltungselementen wie: Amphitheater mit Sommerkino, Spielplatz, Brunnen, Rodelhügel, Picknickplatz, Fitnessraum im Freien, Schachecke, Spielzone, Stellplatz. Dank des umfangreichen Programms des Parks wird das „grüne Zentrum“ von Łochów geschaffen, mit vielen Funktionen und Integration der Bewohner. Der zweite Teil des Parks „Dębinka“ wird Waldland sein. Dieses Fragment des Parks wird „Roh“ sein und bietet mehr Stille unter dem Grün zum Wandern. (German)

Het doelproject bestaat uit de ontwikkeling van groene zones voor recreatieve, recreatieve en sportieve doeleinden. Functionele zones worden gescheiden in het park, aangepast aan de aard, leeftijd en behoeften van de gebruikers. Er zijn 2 plaatsen in het park: Noord 1 (percelen 2641/1, 2/1, 2/2, 1293) verdeeld in twee zones: het vakantiegedeelte aan de noordkant heeft een recreatieve en recreatieve activiteit met entertainmentelementen zoals: Amphitheatre met zomer bioscoop, speeltuin, fontein, rodel heuvel, picknick gebied, outdoor gym, schaakhoek, spelzone, toonhoogte. Dankzij het uitgebreide programma van het park zal het „groene centrum” van Łochów worden gecreëerd, met vele functies en integratie van de inwoners. Het tweede deel van het park „Dębinka” zal bosgrond zijn. Dit fragment van het park zal „rauw” zijn, wat zorgt voor meer stilte onder het groen om te wandelen. (Dutch)

Il progetto obiettivo consiste nello sviluppo di aree verdi a fini ricreativi, ricreativi e sportivi. Le zone funzionali saranno separate nel parco, adattate alla natura, all'età e alle esigenze degli utenti. Ci saranno 2 spazi nel parco: Nord 1 (particelle 2641/1, 2/1, 2/2, 1293) suddivise in due zone: la parte di vacanza sul lato nord avrà un'attività ricreativa e ricreativa con elementi di intrattenimento come: anfiteatro con cinema estivo, parco giochi, fontana, collina di slittino, area picnic, palestra esterna, angolo scacchi, zona gioco, campo. Grazie al vasto programma del parco, verrà creato il "centro verde" di Łochów, con molte funzioni e integrando gli abitanti. La seconda parte del parco "Dębinka" sarà terreno forestale.
