Zapewnienie niezbędnego wsparcia w zakresie realizacji przez FNP projektów w ramach IV osi priorytetowej PO IR, działanie 4.3. Wsparcie powstania Międzynarodowych Agend Badawczych i 4.4. Zwiększanie potencjału kadrowego sektora B+R. Cel ten realizowany będzie poprzez (a) zapewnienie odpowiedniego potencjału instytucjonalnego, osobowego i technicznego na potrzeby realizacji ww. projektów IV osi priorytetowej POIR (wynagrodzenia osobowe, wyposażenie stanowisk pracy, podnoszenie kwalifikacji pracowników), (b) zapewnienie najwyższego poziomu wyboru projektów IV osi priorytetowej POIR (opracowanie dokumentacji konkursowej, wzorów umów i aplikacji informatycznych, recenzje i panele eksperckie, wizyty na miejscu realizacji, ekspertyzy prawne i ekonomiczne, informacja i promocja), (c) zapewnienie skutecznych mechanizmów przepływów finansowych, sprawozdawczości i kontroli, monitorowania, ewaluacji i promocji. Providing the necessary support for the implementation by the SMF of projects under the OP IR priority axis IV, Action 4.3. Support for the establishment of International Research Ages and 4.4. Increasing the human resources capacity of the R & D sector. Assurer le soutien nécessaire à la mise en œuvre par le FNP des projets relevant de l’axe prioritaire IV du PO IR, mesure 4.3. Appui à l’établissement d’agendas internationaux de recherche et 4.4. Renforcer les capacités en ressources humaines du secteur de la R & D. Gewährleistung der erforderlichen Unterstützung für die Durchführung von Projekten im Rahmen der Prioritätsachse IV des OP IR, Maßnahme 4.3 durch das FNP. Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung internationaler Forschungsagendaen und 4.4. Erhöhung der Personalkapazität des FuE-Sektors. Dieses Ziel wird durch a) die Gewährleistung angemessener institutioneller, personeller und technischer Kapazitäten für die Durchführung der oben genannten Projekte der Prioritätsachse IV des POIR (Bedienstete, Ausstattung von Arbeitsplätzen, Verbesserung der Qualifikationen der Mitarbeiter), b) Sicherstellung der höchsten Auswahl der Projekte der Prioritätsachse IV des POIR (Entwicklung der Wettbewerbsdokumentation, Muster für Verträge und IT-Anwendungen, Überprüfungen und Expertengremien, Besuche vor Ort, Rechts- und Wirtschaftsexpertise, Information und Werbung) umgesetzt, c) Gewährleistung wirksamer Mechanismen für Finanzströme, Berichterstattung und Kontrolle, Überwachung, Evaluierung und Publizität. Zorgen voor de nodige steun voor de uitvoering door het FNP van projecten in het kader van prioritaire as IV van het OP IR, maatregel 4.3. Steun voor de vaststelling van internationale onderzoeksagenda’s en 4.4. Vergroting van de personeelscapaciteit van de O & O-sector. Deze doelstelling zal worden verwezenlijkt door a) te zorgen voor adequate institutionele, personele en technische capaciteit voor de uitvoering van de bovengenoemde projecten van prioritaire as IV van het POIR (salaris van het personeel, inrichting van werkplekken, verbetering van de kwalificaties van werknemers), b) het hoogste niveau van selectie van projecten van prioritaire as IV van het POIR te waarborgen (ontwikkeling van mededingingsdocumentatie, modellen van contracten en IT-toepassingen, beoordelingen en deskundigenpanels, bezoeken ter plaatse, juridische en economische deskundigheid, informatie en promotie), c) zorgen voor doeltreffende mechanismen voor financiële stromen, rapportage en controle, monitoring, evaluatie en publiciteit. Garantire il sostegno necessario per l'attuazione da parte del FNP di progetti nell'ambito dell'asse prioritario IV del PO IR, misura 4.3. Sostegno all'istituzione di agende internazionali di ricerca e 4.4. Aumentare la capacità in termini di risorse umane del settore R & S. Apoyo al establecimiento de programas internacionales de investigación y 4.4. Aumentar la capacidad de recursos humanos del sector de la I+D.
