Transport zbiorowy to przeważnie największe koszty miasta (25-30% budżetu) wymagające ciągłej optymalizacji. Poszukiwane są rozwiązania integrujące usługi miasta z perspektywy klientów (np. mieszkańców którzy przemieszają się) jak i dostawców. Wygodne korzystanie z transportu w mieście oznacza obecnie intermodalność podróży i zintegrowane wnoszenie opłat (m.in. za parkowanie, przejazd koleją metropolitalną/miejską/podmiejską, autobusem, rowerem). Z uwagi na rosnącą konkurencję pomiędzy miastami, istotny staje się monitoring wskaźników kluczowych aspektów życia w mieście potwierdzonych stosowną certyfikacją na zgodność z normą ISO 37120:2014. Celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie badań i opracowanie rozwiązania zapewniającego unikalny na rynku pakiet narzędzi i usług: 1. Umożliwiających wygodne korzystanie z intermodalnego transportu zbiorowego, wraz z rozliczeniem finansowania i zintegrowanym, sprawiedliwym społecznie poborem opłat maksymalizującym wpływy ze sprzedaży dzięki powszechności uiszczania opłat za przejazd oraz zmniejszającym koszty windykacji. Zrealizowane będą analiza wykonalności i budowa systemu wygodnej podróż w modelach „hands free” i „pay-as-you-go” oraz zintegrowanie poboru opłat z nowoczesnymi instrumentami płatniczymi i nowymi usługami administracji publicznej (np. z integracją z rozwiązaniami obszaru Pomocy Społecznej i Rodziny np. 500+, zasiłki społeczne, Karta Dużej Rodziny), respektujące jednocześnie złożoność formalno-prawną (ulgi) i bezpieczeństwo. 2. Collective transport is usually the biggest cost of the city (25-30 % of the budget) requiring continuous optimisation. Solutions that integrate the city’s services from the perspective of customers (e.g. residents who move) and suppliers are sought. Convenient use of transport in the city now means intermodality of travel and integrated payment of tolls (e.g. parking, metropolitan/urban/suburban rail, bus, bicycle). In view of the increasing competition between cities, it is important to monitor indicators of key aspects of life in the city confirmed by appropriate certification for compliance with ISO 37120:2014 standard. The aim of the project is to carry out research and develop a solution providing a unique package of tools and services on the market: 1. Enabling convenient use of intermodal collective transport, with financing clearing and an integrated, socially equitable collection of tolls maximising the proceeds of sales through the universal payment of tolls and reducing the costs of recovery. Feasibility analysis and construction of a convenient travel system will be carried out in „hands free” and „pay-as-you-goamp; and integration of toll collection with modern payment instruments and new public administration services (e.g. integration with social assistance and family solutions, e.g. 500+, social benefits, the Large Family Charter, which at the same time respects formal and legal complexity (slaughter) and security. 2. Le transport collectif est principalement le coût le plus élevé de la ville (25-30 % du budget) nécessitant une optimisation continue. Des solutions qui intègrent les services de la ville du point de vue des clients (par exemple, des résidents qui mélangent) ainsi que des fournisseurs sont recherchées. L’utilisation pratique des transports dans la ville signifie désormais l’intermodalité des déplacements et la tarification intégrée (par exemple, parking, métropole/ville/suburbaine, autobus, vélo). Compte tenu de la concurrence croissante entre les villes, il est important de suivre des indicateurs d’aspects clés de la vie urbaine confirmés par une certification appropriée pour la conformité à la norme ISO 37120:2014. L’objectif du projet est de mener des recherches et de développer une solution offrant un ensemble unique d’outils et de services sur le marché: 1. Permettre une utilisation pratique du transport collectif intermodal, avec un règlement financier et une perception intégrée et socialement équitable des péages, en maximisant le produit des ventes grâce au paiement généralisé des péages et en réduisant les coûts de recouvrement. Der kollektive Verkehr ist vor allem die größten Kosten der Stadt (25-30 % des Budgets), die eine kontinuierliche Optimierung erfordern. Es werden Lösungen gesucht, die Stadtdienstleistungen aus der Perspektive von Kunden (z. B. Bewohnern, die mischen) sowie Lieferanten integrieren. Die bequeme Nutzung des Verkehrs in der Stadt bedeutet jetzt Intermodalität von Reisen und integrierte Gebühren (z. B. Parken, Metropol/Stadt/U-Bahn, Bus, Fahrrad). Angesichts des zunehmenden Wettbewerbs zwischen den Städten ist es wichtig, Indikatoren für Schlüsselaspekte des städtischen Lebens zu überwachen, die durch eine entsprechende Zertifizierung für die Einhaltung der Norm ISO 37120:2014 bestätigt werden. Ziel des Projekts ist die Durchführung und Entwicklung einer Lösung, die ein einzigartiges Paket von Instrumenten und Dienstleistungen auf dem Markt bietet: 1. Ermöglichung einer komfortablen Nutzung des intermodalen kollektiven Verkehrs mit einer Finanzierungsregelung und einer integrierten, sozial gerechten Mauterhebung, Maximierung der Erlöse aus dem Verkauf durch die weitverbreitete Mautzahlung und Senkung der Kosten für die Wiedereinziehung. Machbarkeitsstudie und Bau eines komfortablen Reisesystems in „hands free” und „pay-as-you-go” Integration der Mauterhebung mit modernen Zahlungsinstrumenten und neuen öffentlichen Verwaltungsdiensten (z. Collectief vervoer is meestal de grootste kosten van de stad (25-30 % van het budget) die voortdurende optimalisering vereisen. Er wordt gezocht naar oplossingen die stadsdiensten integreren vanuit het perspectief van klanten (bijv. bewoners die zich mengen) en leveranciers. Handig gebruik van vervoer in de stad betekent nu intermodaliteit van reizen en geïntegreerde heffingen (bv. parkeren, metropolitan/stad/voorstedelijk spoor, bus, fiets). Met het oog op de toenemende concurrentie tussen steden is het belangrijk om indicatoren van belangrijke aspecten van het stadsleven te monitoren die worden bevestigd door een passende certificering voor de naleving van ISO 37120:2014. Het doel van het project is het uitvoeren van onderzoek en het ontwikkelen van een oplossing die een uniek pakket van instrumenten en diensten op de markt biedt: 1. Een gemakkelijk gebruik van intermodaal collectief vervoer mogelijk maken, met een financieringsafwikkeling en een geïntegreerde, sociaal rechtvaardige tolheffing, waarbij de opbrengst van de verkoop wordt gemaximaliseerd door de wijdverbreide betaling van tolgelden en de terugwinningskosten worden verminderd. Haalbaarheidsstudie en bouw van een handig reissysteem in „hands free” en „pay-as-you-go” en de integratie van tolheffing met moderne betaalinstrumenten en nieuwe overheidsdiensten (bv. integratie met sociale bijstand en gezinsoplossingen, bv. 500+, sociale uitkeringen, grote gezinskaart, met inachtneming van zowel formele als juridische complexiteit (hulp) en veiligheid. 2. Il trasporto collettivo è per lo più il costo maggiore della città (25-30 % del budget) che richiede un'ottimizzazione continua. Si cercano soluzioni che integrino i servizi urbani dal punto di vista dei clienti (ad esempio i residenti che si mescolano) e dei fornitori. Uso conveniente dei trasporti in città significa ora intermodalità di viaggio e tariffazione integrata (ad esempio parcheggio, metropolitana/città/ferrovia suburbana, autobus, bicicletta). In considerazione della crescente concorrenza tra città, è importante monitorare gli indicatori degli aspetti chiave della vita urbana confermati da un'adeguata certificazione di conformità alla norma ISO 37120:2014. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di condurre ricerche e sviluppare una soluzione che fornisca un pacchetto unico di strumenti e servizi sul mercato: 1. Consentire un uso conveniente del trasporto collettivo intermodale, con una liquidazione finanziaria e una riscossione integrata e socialmente equa del pedaggio, massimizzando i proventi delle vendite attraverso il pagamento generalizzato dei pedaggi e riducendo i costi di recupero. El transporte colectivo es en su mayoría el mayor coste de la ciudad (25-30 % del presupuesto) que requiere optimización continua. Se están buscando soluciones que integren los servicios urbanos desde la perspectiva de los clientes (por ejemplo, los residentes que se mezclan) así como de los proveedores. El uso conveniente del transporte en la ciudad significa ahora intermodalidad de viajes y tarifas integradas (por ejemplo, estacionamiento, ferrocarril metropolitano/ciudad/suburbano, autobús, bicicleta). En vista de la creciente competencia entre ciudades, es importante supervisar los indicadores de aspectos clave de la vida urbana confirmados por la certificación adecuada para el cumplimiento de la norma ISO 37120:2014. El objetivo del proyecto es llevar a cabo investigaciones y desarrollar una solución que proporcione un paquete único de herramientas y servicios en el mercado: 1. Permitir un uso conveniente del transporte colectivo intermodal, con una liquidación de financiación y una recaudación de peaje integrada y socialmente equitativa, maximizando el producto de las ventas mediante el pago generalizado de peajes y reduciendo los costes de recuperación.
