Realizacja projektu jest dedykowana obszarom badawczym związanym z bezpośrednim wdrożeniem przemysłowym na poziomie ulepszonych produktów dla ośrodków opieki zdrowotnej – otwartego i zamokniętego lecznictwa szpitalnego, ośrodków zdrowia oraz w ośrodkach produkcji spożywczej. Głównym zagadnieniem projektu jest opracowanie i wdrożenie innowacyjnych produktów - preparatu antybakteryjnego (biocydu) do dezynfekcji powierzchni, rąk oraz środka ochrony żywności przed bakteriami np. salmonellą, w formie nowego produktu lub dodatku funkcjonalnego do stosowanych obecnie preparatów. W rezultacie wykonania projektu planuje się opracować oraz wprowadzić na rynek innowacyjne, niedostępne obecnie produkty oraz usługi oparte o preparaty bakteriofagowe. Stworzenie takich produktów przy wykorzystaniu posiadanej przez Wnioskodawcę możliwość namnażania bakteriofagów do celów badawczych i komercyjnych doprowadzi do poprawy skuteczności dotychczasowych metod prewencyjnych: kompensacji ograniczeń funkcjonalności, eliminacji bakterii z opornością wielolekową w miejscach, w których zagrażają one bezpośrednio pacjentom (szpitale, przychodnie, ośrodki lecznictwa publicznego) oraz konsumentom. Koncepcja i realizacja projektu bezpośrednio związana jest z realizacją przez Wnioskodawcę inwestycji podporządkowanej stworzeniu w Polsce unikalnego na skalę UE Centrum Badawczo – Rozwojowego dedykowanemu rozwojowi technik/technologii i produktów opartych o bakteriofagi, w tym – realizację długoterminowego planu wielokierunkowych przedsięwzięć badawczych przy współpracy z krajowymi instytucjami badawczymi i podmiotami przemysłowymi.Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X)Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. The implementation of the project is dedicated to research areas related to direct industrial implementation at the level of improved products for health care centres – open and wet hospital treatment, health centres and food production centres. The main issue of the project is the development and implementation of innovative products – an antibacterial preparation (biocide) for disinfection of surfaces, hands and food protection against bacteria, e.g. salmonella, in the form of a new product or functional additive for the currently used preparations. As a result of the project, innovative products and services based on bacteriophage preparations are planned to be developed and placed on the market. The creation of such products using the Applicant’s ability to multiply bacteriophages for research and commercial purposes will improve the effectiveness of existing preventive methods: compensation of functional limitations, elimination of bacteria with multi-drug resistance in areas where they directly threaten patients (hospitals, clinics, public health centres) and consumers. The concept and implementation of the project is directly related to the implementation by the Applicant of an investment subordinated to the creation in Poland of an EU-wide unique Research Centre – Development dedicated to the development of bacteriophage-based techniques/technologies, including – implementation of a long-term plan of multi-directional research projects in cooperation with national research institutions and industrial entities. La mise en œuvre du projet est consacrée aux domaines de recherche liés à la mise en œuvre industrielle directe au niveau des produits améliorés pour les centres de santé – soins hospitaliers ouverts et humides, centres de santé et centres de production alimentaire. Le principal enjeu du projet est le développement et la mise en œuvre de produits innovants — une préparation antibactérienne (biocide) pour la désinfection des surfaces, des mains et de la protection alimentaire contre les bactéries, par exemple la salmonelle, sous la forme d’un nouveau produit ou d’un additif fonctionnel pour les préparations existantes. À la suite du projet, il est prévu de développer et de commercialiser des produits et services innovants, actuellement indisponibles, à base de préparations bactériophages. La création de ces produits en utilisant la capacité de la requérante à multiplier les bactériophages à des fins de recherche et à des fins commerciales améliorera l’efficacité des méthodes préventives existantes: compensation des limitations fonctionnelles, élimination des bactéries présentant une multirésistance aux médicaments dans les endroits où elles menacent directement les patients (hôpitaux, cliniques, centres de traitement publics) et les consommateurs. Le concept et la mise en œuvre du projet sont directement liés à la mise en œuvre par la requérante d’un investissement subordonné en Pologne en vue de créer un centre de recherche unique à l’échelle de l’UE, – Développement dédié au développement de techniques/technologies et de produits à base de bactériophages, y compris – mise en œuvre d’un plan à long terme de projets de recherche multidirectionnels en coopération avec les institutions de recherche nationales et les entités industrielles. Die Durchführung des Projekts ist für Forschungsbereiche im Zusammenhang mit der direkten industriellen Umsetzung auf Ebene verbesserter Produkte für Gesundheitszentren &ndash bestimmt; offene und nasse Krankenhausbehandlung, Gesundheitszentren und Lebensmittelproduktionszentren. Das Hauptthema des Projekts ist die Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Produkte – eine antibakterielle Zubereitung (Biozid) zur Desinfektion von Oberflächen, Händen und Lebensmittelschutz gegen Bakterien, z. B. Salmonellen, in Form eines neuen Produkts oder eines funktionalen Zusatzstoffs für bestehende Zubereitungen. Als Ergebnis des Projekts sollen innovative, derzeit nicht verfügbare Produkte und Dienstleistungen auf Basis von Bakteriophagepräparaten entwickelt und vermarktet werden. Die Schaffung solcher Produkte, die die Fähigkeit des Antragstellers zur Multiplikation von Bakteriophagen für Forschungs- und Handelszwecke nutzen, wird die Wirksamkeit bestehender präventiver Methoden verbessern: Kompensation funktioneller Einschränkungen, Beseitigung von Bakterien mit Multi-Drogenresistenz an Orten, an denen sie Patienten (Krankenhäuser, Kliniken, öffentliche Behandlungszentren) und Verbraucher direkt bedrohen. De uitvoering van het project is gewijd aan onderzoeksgebieden die verband houden met directe industriële uitvoering op het niveau van verbeterde producten voor gezondheidscentra – open en natte ziekenhuisbehandeling, gezondheidscentra en voedselproductiecentra. Het belangrijkste thema van het project is de ontwikkeling en implementatie van innovatieve producten — een antibacterieel preparaat (biocide) voor desinfectie van oppervlakken, handen en voedselbescherming tegen bacteriën, zoals salmonella, in de vorm van een nieuw product of een functioneel additief voor bestaande preparaten. Als gevolg van het project zullen innovatieve, momenteel niet beschikbare producten en diensten op basis van bacteriofaagpreparaten worden ontwikkeld en op de markt gebracht. Het creëren van dergelijke producten met gebruikmaking van het vermogen van de aanvrager om bacteriofagen voor onderzoek en commerciële doeleinden te vermenigvuldigen, zal de doeltreffendheid van bestaande preventieve methoden verbeteren: compensatie voor functionele beperkingen, eliminatie van bacteriën met multidrugresistentie op plaatsen waar zij patiënten (ziekenhuizen, klinieken, openbare behandelingscentra) en consumenten rechtstreeks bedreigen. Het concept en de uitvoering van het project houden rechtstreeks verband met de uitvoering door de aanvrager van een achtergestelde investering in Polen om een uniek EU-breed onderzoekscentrum &ndash op te richten; Ontwikkeling gericht op de ontwikkeling van technieken/technologie en producten op basis van bacteriofagen, met inbegrip van – uitvoering van een langetermijnplan van multidirectionele onderzoeksprojecten in samenwerking met nationale onderzoeksinstellingen en industriële entiteiten. L'attuazione del progetto è dedicata alle aree di ricerca relative all'attuazione industriale diretta a livello di prodotti migliorati per i centri sanitari – cure ospedaliere aperte e bagnate, centri sanitari e centri di produzione alimentare. La questione principale del progetto è lo sviluppo e l'attuazione di prodotti innovativi — una preparazione antibatterica (biocida) per la disinfezione delle superfici, delle mani e della protezione alimentare contro i batteri, ad esempio la salmonella, sotto forma di un nuovo prodotto o di un additivo funzionale per i preparati esistenti. A seguito del progetto, si prevede di sviluppare e commercializzare prodotti e servizi innovativi, attualmente indisponibili, basati su preparati batteriofagi. La creazione di tali prodotti utilizzando la capacità del richiedente di moltiplicare i batteriofagi a fini di ricerca e commerciali migliorerà l'efficacia dei metodi preventivi esistenti: compensazione per limitazioni funzionali, eliminazione dei batteri con resistenza multifarmaco nei luoghi in cui minacciano direttamente i pazienti (ospedali, cliniche, centri di cura pubblici) e i consumatori. Il concetto e l'attuazione del progetto sono direttamente connessi all'attuazione da parte del richiedente di un investimento subordinato in Polonia per creare un Centro di ricerca unico a livello dell'UE – Sviluppo dedicato allo sviluppo di tecniche/tecnologie e prodotti a base di batteriofagi, tra cui – attuazione di un piano a lungo termine di progetti di ricerca multidirezionali in collaborazione con gli istituti di ricerca nazionali e gli enti industriali. La principal cuestión del proyecto es el desarrollo y la aplicación de productos innovadores, una preparación antibacteriana (biocida) para la desinfección de superficies, manos y protección alimentaria contra bacterias, como la salmonela, en forma de un nuevo producto o un aditivo funcional para los preparados existentes. Como resultado del proyecto, está previsto desarrollar y comercializar productos y servicios innovadores, actualmente no disponibles, basados en preparaciones bacteriófagas. La creación de tales productos utilizando la capacidad del solicitante para multiplicar bacteriófagos con fines de investigación y comerciales mejorará la eficacia de los métodos preventivos existentes: compensación por limitaciones funcionales, eliminación de bacterias con resistencia multifármaca en lugares donde amenazan directamente a pacientes (hospitales, clínicas, centros públicos de tratamiento) y consumidores. El concepto y la ejecución del proyecto están directamente relacionados con la ejecución por el solicitante de una inversión subordinada en Polonia para crear un centro de investigación único a escala de la UE – Desarrollo dedicado al desarrollo de técnicas/tecnología y productos basados en bacteriófagos, incluyendo – ejecución de un plan a largo plazo de proyectos de investigación multidireccional en cooperación con instituciones nacionales de investigación y entidades industriales.
