Projekt jest skierowany do 52 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z powiatów chodzieskiego, czarnkowsko-trzcianeckiego, pilskiego, wągrowieckiego i złotowskiego, tj. tzw. subregionu pilskiego.Projekt jest realizowany w okresie IX 2019-VIII 2020.Celem projektu jest pełna reintegracja społeczna i zawodowa 52 osób, a w konsekwencji podjęcie zatrudnienia przez część z nich.W pierwszej fazie projektu, uczestnicy zostaną objęci aktywizacją społeczną, która ma im pomóc włączyć się w życie społeczne i przełamać bariery osobowościowe. Aktywizacja społeczna skupia się na wzmocnieniu psychicznym uczestników poprzez spotkania z psychologiem oraz warsztaty wzmacniania kompetencji społecznych.Kolejną fazą projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa, która ma zbliżyć uczestników do rynku pracy. Każdy uczestnik zostanie objęty wsparciem doradcy zawodowego, który opracuje indywidualną ścieżkę wsparcia zawodowego, dopasowaną do potrzeb i możliwości uczestnika. Każda osoba będzie miała możliwość skorzystania z jednej lub więcej form wsparcia o charakterze zawodowym.Uczestnicy będą mogli zdobyć nowe kompetencje lub kwalifikacje dzięki udziałowi w kursach zawodowych dostosowanych do ich potrzeb i predyspozycji. Wybrani uczestnicy będą mogli zdobyć nowe lub uaktualnić swoje doświadczenia zawodowe i umiejętności praktyczne dzięki udziałowi w stażach. W wyniku odbycia stażu uczestnicy przezwyciężą jeden z problemów osób długo pozostających bez pracy, czyli brak aktualnego doświadczenia zawodowego.W projekcie zaplanowano również aktywną rolę pośrednika pracy w poszukiwaniu pracy, kojarzeniu pracodawców i uczestników projektu oraz udział w warsztatach aktywnego poszukiwania pracy, które pomogą uczestnikom odświeżyć swoją wiedzę i zdobyć umiejętności poszukiwania pracy.Główne rezultaty proj. to m.in. opracowanie indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji dla 52os., kursy zawodowe dla 47os., staże dla 24os., efektywność społeczna 34%, a zatrudnieniowa 25%. The project is aimed at 52 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the districts of Chodzieski, Chernovsko-Tutianki, Plsk, Wągrowiecki and Złotowski, i.e. the so-called Plsk sub-region. The project is implemented in the period IX 2019-VIII 2020.The aim of the project is full social and professional reintegration of 52 people, and consequently the start of employment by some of them.In the first phase of the project, the participants will be included in social activation, which is to help them get involved in social life and overcome personality barriers. Social activation focuses on mental strengthening of participants through meetings with a psychologist and workshops for strengthening social competences. The next phase of the project is professional activation, which aims to bring participants closer to the labour market. Each participant will be supported by a career adviser who will develop an individual career path, tailored to the needs and opportunities of the participant. Each person will be able to benefit from one or more forms of professional support.Participants will be able to acquire new competences or qualifications by participating in vocational courses tailored to their needs and abilities. Selected participants will be able to acquire new or update their work experience and practical skills by participating in traineeships. As a result of the internship, participants will overcome one of the problems of long-term unemployed people, i.e. the lack of current professional experience. The project also envisages an active role of a job search intermediary, matching employers and project participants and taking part in active job search workshops, which will help participants refresh their knowledge and acquire job search skills. The main results of the project are, among others, the development of an individual reintegration path for 52 people, professional courses for 47 persons. Le projet s’adresse à 52 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale des districts de Chodzieski, Chernovsko-Tutianki, PLSK, Wągrowiecki et Złotowski, c’est-à-dire la sous-région PLSK. Le projet est mis en œuvre au cours de la période IX 2019-VIII 2020.L’objectif du projet est la pleine réinsertion sociale et professionnelle de 52 personnes, et par conséquent le début de l’emploi par certaines d’entre elles.Dans la première phase du projet, les participants seront inclus dans l’activation sociale, qui est de les aider à s’impliquer dans la vie sociale et à surmonter les obstacles à la personnalité. L’activation sociale se concentre sur le renforcement mental des participants par le biais de rencontres avec un psychologue et d’ateliers de renforcement des compétences sociales. La prochaine phase du projet est l’activation professionnelle, qui vise à rapprocher les participants du marché du travail. Chaque participant sera soutenu par un conseiller de carrière qui développera un parcours de carrière individuel, adapté aux besoins et aux possibilités du participant. Chaque personne pourra bénéficier d’une ou de plusieurs formes de soutien professionnel.Les participants pourront acquérir de nouvelles compétences ou qualifications en participant à des formations professionnelles adaptées à leurs besoins et à leurs capacités. Les participants sélectionnés pourront acquérir de nouvelles expériences professionnelles ou mettre à jour leur expérience professionnelle et leurs compétences pratiques en participant à des stages. Grâce au stage, les participants surmonteront l’un des problèmes des chômeurs de longue durée, c’est-à-dire le manque d’expérience professionnelle actuelle. Le projet envisage également un rôle actif d’intermédiaire de recherche d’emploi, d’appariement des employeurs et des participants au projet et de participer à des ateliers de recherche d’emploi actifs, qui aideront les participants à actualiser leurs connaissances et à acquérir des compétences de recherche d’emploi. Les principaux résultats du projet sont, entre autres, le développement d’un parcours de réinsertion individuelle pour 52 personnes, des cours professionnels pour 47 personnes. (French)

Das Projekt richtet sich an 52 Menschen, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung aus den Bezirken Chodzieski, Chernovsko-Tutianki, PLSK, Wągrowiecki und Złotowski bedroht sind, d. h. der sogenannten PLSK-Teilregion. Das Projekt wird im Zeitraum IX 2019-VIII 2020 umgesetzt.Das Ziel des Projekts ist die vollständige soziale und berufliche Wiedereingliederung von 52 Personen und damit der Beginn der Beschäftigung durch einige von ihnen.In der ersten Phase des Projekts werden die Teilnehmer in die soziale Aktivierung einbezogen, die ihnen dabei helfen soll, sich am gesellschaftlichen Leben zu beteiligen und Persönlichkeitsbarrieren zu überwinden. Die soziale Aktivierung konzentriert sich auf die mentale Stärkung der Teilnehmer durch Treffen mit einem Psychologen und Workshops zur Stärkung sozialer Kompetenzen. Die nächste Phase des Projekts ist die berufliche Aktivierung, die darauf abzielt, die Teilnehmer dem Arbeitsmarkt näher zu bringen. Jeder Teilnehmer wird von einem Berufsberater unterstützt, der einen individuellen Karriereweg entwickelt, der auf die Bedürfnisse und Chancen des Teilnehmers zugeschnitten ist. Jede Person wird in der Lage sein, von einer oder mehreren Formen der beruflichen Unterstützung zu profitieren.Die Teilnehmer können neue Kompetenzen oder Qualifikationen erwerben, indem sie an berufsbildenden Kursen teilnehmen, die auf ihre Bedürfnisse und Fähigkeiten zugeschnitten sind. Ausgewählte Teilnehmer werden in der Lage sein, durch die Teilnahme an Praktika neue Arbeitserfahrungen und praktische Fähigkeiten zu erwerben oder zu aktualisieren. Als Ergebnis des Praktikums werden die Teilnehmer eines der Probleme von Langzeitarbeitslosen überwinden, d. h. den Mangel an aktuellen Berufserfahrungen. Das Projekt sieht auch eine aktive Rolle eines Vermittlers für Arbeitsuche vor, der Arbeitgeber und Projektteilnehmer zusammenbringt und an aktiven Jobsuche-Workshops teilnimmt, die den Teilnehmern helfen, ihr Wissen aufzufrischen und Arbeitssuche Fähigkeiten zu erwerben. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Projekts sind unter anderem die Entwicklung eines individuellen Wiedereingliederungspfades für 52 Personen, professionelle Kurse für 47 Personen. Het project is gericht op 52 mensen die risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting uit de districten Chodzieski, Chernovsko-Tutianki, PLSK, Wągrowiecki en Złotowski, d.w.z. de zogenaamde PLSK-subregio. Het project wordt uitgevoerd in de periode IX 2019-VIII 2020. Het doel van het project is volledige maatschappelijke en professionele re-integratie van 52 mensen, en bijgevolg de start van het werk door sommigen van hen.In de eerste fase van het project zullen de deelnemers worden opgenomen in sociale activering, die hen helpt om deel te nemen aan het sociale leven en persoonlijkheidsbarrières te overwinnen. Sociale activatie richt zich op mentale versterking van deelnemers door ontmoetingen met een psycholoog en workshops om sociale competenties te versterken. De volgende fase van het project is professionele activering, die tot doel heeft deelnemers dichter bij de arbeidsmarkt te brengen. Elke deelnemer wordt ondersteund door een loopbaanadviseur die een individueel loopbaantraject ontwikkelt dat is afgestemd op de behoeften en mogelijkheden van de deelnemer. Elke persoon zal kunnen profiteren van een of meer vormen van professionele ondersteuning. Deelnemers kunnen nieuwe competenties of kwalificaties verwerven door deel te nemen aan beroepsopleidingen die zijn afgestemd op hun behoeften en capaciteiten. Geselecteerde deelnemers zullen nieuwe werkervaring en praktische vaardigheden kunnen opdoen of hun werkervaring en praktische vaardigheden kunnen actualiseren door deel te nemen aan stages. Als gevolg van de stage zullen de deelnemers een van de problemen van langdurig werklozen overwinnen, d.w.z. het gebrek aan huidige beroepservaring. Il progetto è rivolto a 52 persone a rischio di povertà o esclusione sociale dai distretti di Chodzieski, Chernovsko-Tutianki, PLSK, Wągrowiecki e Złotowski, ovvero la cosiddetta sottoregione PLSK. Il progetto è attuato nel periodo IX 2019-VIII 2020.L'obiettivo del progetto è il pieno reinserimento sociale e professionale di 52 persone, e quindi l'inizio del lavoro da parte di alcuni di loro.Nella prima fase del progetto, i partecipanti saranno inclusi nell'attivazione sociale, che è quello di aiutarli a partecipare alla vita sociale e a superare le barriere della personalità. L'attivazione sociale si concentra sul rafforzamento mentale dei partecipanti attraverso incontri con uno psicologo e workshop per rafforzare le competenze sociali. La prossima fase del progetto è l'attivazione professionale, che mira ad avvicinare i partecipanti al mercato del lavoro. Ogni partecipante sarà sostenuto da un consulente di carriera che svilupperà un percorso di carriera individuale, adattato alle esigenze e alle opportunità del partecipante. Ogni persona potrà beneficiare di una o più forme di sostegno professionale. I partecipanti potranno acquisire nuove competenze o qualifiche partecipando a corsi professionali adattati alle loro esigenze e capacità. I partecipanti selezionati potranno acquisire nuove esperienze lavorative e competenze pratiche o aggiornarle partecipando a tirocini. Come risultato dello stage, i partecipanti supereranno uno dei problemi dei disoccupati di lunga durata, vale a dire la mancanza di esperienza professionale attuale. Il progetto prevede anche un ruolo attivo di un intermediario per la ricerca di lavoro, che coinvolga i datori di lavoro e i partecipanti al progetto e partecipi a workshop attivi di ricerca di lavoro, che aiuteranno i partecipanti a rinnovare le loro conoscenze e acquisire competenze di ricerca di lavoro. I principali risultati del progetto sono, tra gli altri, lo sviluppo di un percorso di reinserimento individuale per 52 persone, corsi professionali per 47 persone. El proyecto está dirigido a 52 personas en riesgo de pobreza o exclusión social de los distritos de Chodzieski, Chernovsko-Tutianki, PLSK, Wągrowiecki y Złotowski, es decir, la denominada subregión PLSK. El proyecto se ejecuta en el período IX 2019-VIII 2020.El objetivo del proyecto es la plena reintegración social y profesional de 52 personas y, en consecuencia, el inicio del empleo por parte de algunas de ellas.En la primera fase del proyecto, los participantes se incluirán en la activación social, que es ayudarlas a participar en la vida social y superar las barreras de la personalidad. La activación social se centra en el fortalecimiento mental de los participantes a través de reuniones con un psicólogo y talleres para fortalecer las competencias sociales. La siguiente fase del proyecto es la activación profesional, cuyo objetivo es acercar a los participantes al mercado laboral. Cada participante contará con el apoyo de un asesor de carrera que desarrollará una trayectoria profesional individual, adaptada a las necesidades y oportunidades del participante. Cada persona podrá beneficiarse de una o más formas de apoyo profesional. Los participantes podrán adquirir nuevas competencias o cualificaciones participando en cursos profesionales adaptados a sus necesidades y capacidades. Los participantes seleccionados podrán adquirir o actualizar su experiencia laboral y sus competencias prácticas participando en períodos de prácticas. Como resultado de la pasantía, los participantes superarán uno de los problemas de las personas desempleadas de larga duración, es decir, la falta de experiencia profesional actual. El proyecto también prevé un papel activo de intermediario de búsqueda de empleo, emparejamiento de empleadores y participantes en el proyecto y participación en talleres activos de búsqueda de empleo, que ayudarán a los participantes a refrescar sus conocimientos y adquirir habilidades de búsqueda de empleo. Los principales resultados del proyecto son, entre otros, el desarrollo de una vía de reinserción individual para 52 personas, cursos profesionales para 47 personas. (Spanish)
