Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starachowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 98 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Starachowicach. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 30 roku życia spełniające warunki uczestnictwa w projekcie zgodnie z kryterium dostępu. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Dodatkowo grupę docelową w projekcie stanowić będą pracownicy danego podmiotu lub osoby fizyczne prowadzące samodzielnie działalność gospodarczą niezatrudniające pracowników. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over who are unemployed in Starachowice County. The main result of the project will be 98 persons registered in the District Labour Office in Starachowice. The project will support people over 30 years of age who meet the conditions for participation in the project according to the access criterion. As part of the project for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. In addition, the target group in the project will be employees of a given entity or natural persons carrying out self-employed economic activity without employees. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus qui sont sans emploi dans le comté de Starachowice. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 98 personnes inscrites au bureau du travail du district de Starachowice. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de plus de 30 ans qui remplissent les conditions de participation au projet selon le critère d’accès. Dans le cadre du projet pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. En outre, le groupe cible du projet sera constitué de salariés d’une entité donnée ou de personnes physiques exerçant une activité économique indépendante sans salariés. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Personen ab 30 Jahren, die im Bezirk Starachowice arbeitslos sind, zu erhöhen. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 98 Personen sein, die im Bezirksarbeitsamt in Starachowice registriert sind. Das Projekt wird Menschen über 30 Jahren unterstützen, die die Bedingungen für die Teilnahme am Projekt nach dem Zugangskriterium erfüllen. Im Rahmen des Projekts für jeden Teilnehmer wird eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers mit einem spezifischen Angebot der beruflichen Aktivierung vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Darüber hinaus wird die Zielgruppe des Projekts Arbeitnehmer einer bestimmten Einrichtung oder natürliche Personen sein, die eine selbständige Erwerbstätigkeit ohne Arbeitnehmer ausüben. (German)

Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor mensen van 30 jaar en ouder die werkloos zijn in de provincie Starachowice. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is 98 personen die zijn ingeschreven in het District Labour Office in Starachowice. Het project ondersteunt personen ouder dan 30 jaar die voldoen aan de voorwaarden voor deelname aan het project volgens het toegangscriterium. Als onderdeel van het project voor elke deelnemer wordt het presenteren van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheid en professionele problemen van de deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. Daarnaast is de doelgroep van het project werknemers van een bepaalde entiteit of natuurlijke personen die zelfstandige economische activiteiten uitoefenen zonder werknemers. (Dutch)

L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per le persone di età pari o superiore a 30 anni che sono disoccupate nella contea di Starachowice. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà di 98 persone registrate presso l'ufficio distrettuale del lavoro di Starachowice. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età superiore ai 30 anni che soddisfano le condizioni per la partecipazione al progetto in base al criterio di accesso. Nell'ambito del progetto per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. Inoltre, il gruppo destinatario del progetto sarà costituito dai dipendenti di una determinata entità o da persone fisiche che svolgono un'attività economica autonoma senza dipendenti. (Italian)

El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo para las personas mayores de 30 años que están desempleadas en el condado de Starachowice. El principal resultado del proyecto será la inscripción de 98 personas en la Oficina de Trabajo del Distrito de Starachowice. El proyecto apoyará a personas mayores de 30 años que cumplan las condiciones para participar en el proyecto de acuerdo con el criterio de acceso. Como parte del proyecto para cada participante, la presentación de una oferta específica de activación profesional irá precedida de un análisis de las habilidades, aptitudes y problemas profesionales del participante. Sobre esta base, la OLP llevará a cabo servicios e instrumentos del mercado de trabajo debidamente seleccionados a los que se hace referencia en la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral.
