Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa poprzez zakup innowacyjnej układarki drogowej do poboczy, umożliwiającej wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnego procesu wykonywania usługi budowy poboczy drogowych. W ramach projektu planowanego do realizacji w okresie I 2020 - XII 2020 zakłada się wdrożenie nowoczesnej technologii wykonywania budowy poboczy drogowych. Zastosowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań będzie wiązało się także z przystosowaniem firmy do nowych warunków wynikających z zastosowania obecnie niedostępnych technologii, poprzez zmianę sposobu organizacji i zarządzania w przedsiębiorstwie (innowacja nietechnologiczna 1 szt.). W rezultacie projektu wprowadzona zostanie innowacja procesowa (1szt.) obejmująca zmianę procesu wykonywania poboczy dróg, a także powstanie nowe miejsce pracy (1 etat dla mężczyzny). W wyniku realizacji projektu wsparcie (1szt.) w formie dotacji (1szt.) otrzyma 1 przedsiębiorstwo Grochbud II. Przedsiębiorstwo uzupełni wsparcie publiczne wkładem własnym w wysokości 76000,00zł. Projekt jest zbieżny z celami szczegółowymi osi priorytet. Konkurencyjna gospodarka w aspekcie lepszych warunki do rozwoju MŚP, zwiększenia zastosowania TIK w działalności przedsiębiorstw oraz zwiększenia zastosowania innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP. Jest także zbieżny z celem szczegółowym działania 2.5 RPOWŚ - Zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP. Projekt wpisuje się w bezpośredni sposób w inteligentną specjalizację woj. świętokrzyskiego, jaką jest "Zasobooszczędne budownictwo". (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company by purchasing an innovative road paver to the side, enabling the introduction to the market of an innovative process of performing roadside construction services. The project planned to be implemented in the period I 2020 – XII 2020 assumes the implementation of modern technology for the construction of roadsides. The use of innovative solutions will also involve adapting the company to the new conditions resulting from the use of currently inaccessible technologies, by changing the way in which the company is organised and managed (non-technological innovation 1 piece). As a result of the project, a process innovation (1 piece) will be introduced, involving a change in the roadside process, as well as the creation of a new workplace (1 job for a man). As a result of the implementation of the project, 1 Grochbud II will receive support (1 piece) in the form of a grant. The company will complement the public support with an own contribution of PLN 76000,00. The project coincides with the specific objectives of the priority axis. A competitive economy in terms of better conditions for SME growth, increasing the uptake of ICT in enterprises and increasing the uptake of innovation in SMEs. It is also in line with the specific objective of measure 2.5 – Increased application of innovation in SMEs. The project fits directly into the intelligent specialisation of Świętokrzyskie voivodship, which is “Resource-Efficient Construction”. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître la compétitivité de l’entreprise en achetant un trottoir innovant sur le côté, permettant l’introduction sur le marché d’un processus innovant d’exécution de services de construction routière. Le projet dont la mise en œuvre est prévue au cours de la période I 2020 XII 2020 suppose la mise en œuvre de technologies modernes pour la construction de bords de routes. L’utilisation de solutions innovantes impliquera également d’adapter l’entreprise aux nouvelles conditions résultant de l’utilisation de technologies actuellement inaccessibles, en modifiant la manière dont l’entreprise est organisée et gérée (innovation non technologique 1 pièce). À la suite du projet, une innovation de processus (1 pièce) sera introduite, impliquant un changement dans le processus routier, ainsi que la création d’un nouveau lieu de travail (1 emploi pour un homme). À la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet, 1 Grochbud II recevra un soutien (1 pièce) sous la forme d’une subvention. L’entreprise complétera le soutien public par une contribution propre de 76000,00 PLN. Le projet coïncide avec les objectifs spécifiques de l’axe prioritaire. Une économie compétitive en termes de meilleures conditions de croissance des PME, d’augmentation de l’utilisation des TIC dans les entreprises et d’accroissement de l’adoption de l’innovation dans les PME. Elle est également conforme à l’objectif spécifique de la mesure 2.5 — Application accrue de l’innovation dans les PME. Das Hauptziel des Projekts besteht darin, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens durch den Kauf eines innovativen Straßenpflasters an die Seite zu erhöhen und so die Einführung eines innovativen Verfahrens zur Durchführung von Straßenbauleistungen auf den Markt zu ermöglichen. Das für den Zeitraum I 2020 bis XII 2020 geplante Projekt setzt die Einführung moderner Technologien für den Straßenbau voraus. Der Einsatz innovativer Lösungen beinhaltet auch die Anpassung des Unternehmens an die neuen Bedingungen, die sich aus dem Einsatz von derzeit unzugänglichen Technologien ergeben, indem die Art und Weise verändert wird, in der das Unternehmen organisiert und verwaltet wird (nicht-technologische Innovation 1 Stück). Als Ergebnis des Projekts wird eine Prozessinnovation (1 Stück) eingeführt, die eine Änderung des Straßenverlaufs sowie die Schaffung eines neuen Arbeitsplatzes (1 Arbeit für einen Mann) mit sich bringt. Als Ergebnis der Durchführung des Projekts erhält 1 Grochbud II eine Unterstützung (1 Stück) in Form eines Zuschusses. Das Unternehmen wird die öffentliche Unterstützung mit einem Eigenbeitrag von 76000,00 PLN ergänzen. Das Projekt fällt mit den spezifischen Zielen der Prioritätsachse zusammen. Eine wettbewerbsfähige Wirtschaft im Hinblick auf bessere Rahmenbedingungen für das Wachstum von KMU, eine stärkere Verbreitung von IKT in Unternehmen und eine stärkere Akzeptanz von Innovationen in KMU. Sie steht auch im Einklang mit dem spezifischen Ziel der Maßnahme 2.5 – verstärkte Anwendung von Innovation in KMU. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het vergroten van het concurrentievermogen van het bedrijf door de aankoop van een innovatieve weg paver aan de zijkant, waardoor de introductie op de markt van een innovatief proces van het uitvoeren van wegenbouwdiensten. Het project dat in de periode I 2020 — XII 2020 zal worden uitgevoerd, gaat uit van de invoering van moderne technologie voor de aanleg van wegen. Het gebruik van innovatieve oplossingen houdt ook in dat het bedrijf wordt aangepast aan de nieuwe voorwaarden die voortvloeien uit het gebruik van momenteel ontoegankelijke technologieën, door de organisatie en het beheer van het bedrijf te veranderen (niet-technologische innovatie 1 stuk). Als gevolg van het project zal een procesinnovatie (1 stuk) worden ingevoerd, waarbij het proces langs de weg wordt gewijzigd en een nieuwe werkplek wordt gecreëerd (1 baan voor een man). Als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project zal 1 Grochbud II steun ontvangen (1 stuk) in de vorm van een subsidie. De onderneming zal de overheidssteun aanvullen met een eigen bijdrage van 76000,00 PLN. Het project valt samen met de specifieke doelstellingen van de prioritaire as. Een concurrerende economie in termen van betere voorwaarden voor de groei van kmo’s, het vergroten van de toepassing van ICT in ondernemingen en het vergroten van de acceptatie van innovatie in kmo’s. Het is ook in overeenstemming met de specifieke doelstelling van maatregel 2.5 — Verhoogde toepassing van innovatie in het MKB. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di aumentare la competitività dell'azienda acquistando un'innovativa pavimentazione stradale a lato, consentendo l'introduzione sul mercato di un processo innovativo di esecuzione dei servizi di costruzione su strada. Il progetto previsto per il periodo I 2020 — XII 2020 presuppone l'attuazione di tecnologie moderne per la costruzione di strade. L'utilizzo di soluzioni innovative comporterà anche l'adeguamento dell'azienda alle nuove condizioni derivanti dall'utilizzo di tecnologie attualmente inaccessibili, modificando il modo in cui l'azienda è organizzata e gestita (innovazione non tecnologica 1 pezzo). Come risultato del progetto, verrà introdotta un'innovazione di processo (1 pezzo), che comporterà un cambiamento nel processo stradale, nonché la creazione di un nuovo posto di lavoro (1 posto di lavoro per un uomo). A seguito dell'attuazione del progetto, 1 Grochbud II riceverà un sostegno (1 pezzo) sotto forma di sovvenzione. La società integrerà il sostegno pubblico con un contributo proprio di 76000,00 PLN. Il progetto coincide con gli obiettivi specifici dell'asse prioritario. Un'economia competitiva in termini di migliori condizioni per la crescita delle PMI, maggiore diffusione delle TIC nelle imprese e maggiore diffusione dell'innovazione nelle PMI. El objetivo principal del proyecto es aumentar la competitividad de la empresa mediante la compra de una pavimentadora innovadora a un lado, permitiendo la introducción en el mercado de un proceso innovador de realización de servicios de construcción en carretera. El proyecto previsto para ser ejecutado en el período I 2020 — XII 2020 supone la implementación de tecnología moderna para la construcción de carreteras. El uso de soluciones innovadoras también implicará la adaptación de la empresa a las nuevas condiciones resultantes del uso de tecnologías actualmente inaccesibles, cambiando la forma en que se organiza y gestiona la empresa (innovación no tecnológica 1 pieza). Como resultado del proyecto, se introducirá una innovación de procesos (1 pieza) que implique un cambio en el proceso de carretera, así como la creación de un nuevo lugar de trabajo (1 puesto de trabajo para un hombre). Como resultado de la ejecución del proyecto, 1 Grochbud II recibirá ayuda (1 pieza) en forma de subvención. La empresa complementará el apoyo público con una contribución propia de 76000,00 PLN. El proyecto coincide con los objetivos específicos del eje prioritario. Una economía competitiva en términos de mejores condiciones para el crecimiento de las pymes, aumentando la aceptación de las TIC en las empresas y aumentando la aceptación de la innovación en las pymes. También está en consonancia con el objetivo específico de la medida 2.5 — Aumento de la aplicación de la innovación en las PYME.
