Inwestycja realizowana w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, obejmuje wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej oraz robót budowlanych niezbędnych do przystosowania budynku po dawnym przedszkolu przy ul. Szkolnej w Zawadach na potrzeby Centrum Usług Społecznościowych wraz z dostawą i montażem wyposażenia oraz zagospodarowaniem terenu. W budynku zostaną zlokalizowane pomieszczenia pozwalające na realizację działań w zakresie świadczenia różnorodnych usług społecznych - bez względu na grupę wiekową. Cały obiekt zostanie dostosowany dla osób niepełnosprawnych. (Polish)

The investment carried out in the formula “design and build” includes the execution of design documentation and construction works necessary for the adaptation of the building after the former kindergarten at ul. School in Zawady for the needs of the Social Services Center, together with delivery and installation of equipment and land development. The building will accommodate rooms enabling the implementation of various social services, regardless of the age group. The entire facility will be adapted for people with disabilities. (English)

L’investissement réalisé dans la formule «conception et construction» comprend l’exécution de la documentation de conception et des travaux de construction nécessaires à l’adaptation du bâtiment après l’ancienne maternelle à ul. École à Zawady pour les besoins du Centre de services sociaux, ainsi que la livraison et l’installation d’équipements et l’aménagement du territoire. Le bâtiment accueillera des locaux permettant la mise en œuvre de divers services sociaux, quel que soit le groupe d’âge. L’ensemble de l’installation sera adapté aux personnes handicapées. (French)

Schule in Zawady für die Bedürfnisse des Social Services Center, zusammen mit Lieferung und Installation von Ausrüstung und Landentwicklung. Das Gebäude beherbergt Räume, die die Durchführung verschiedener sozialer Dienstleistungen unabhängig von der Altersgruppe ermöglichen. School in Zawady voor de behoeften van het Social Services Center, samen met levering en installatie van apparatuur en grondontwikkeling. L'investimento effettuato nella formula "progettazione e costruzione" comprende l'esecuzione della documentazione progettuale e dei lavori di costruzione necessari per l'adeguamento dell'edificio dopo l'ex asilo nido a ul. Scuola a Zawady per le esigenze del Centro Servizi Sociali, insieme alla consegna e installazione di attrezzature e sviluppo del territorio. La inversión realizada en la fórmula «diseño y construcción» incluye la ejecución de la documentación de diseño y las obras de construcción necesarias para la adaptación del edificio después del antiguo jardín de infantes en ul. Escuela en Zawady para las necesidades del Centro de Servicios Sociales, junto con la entrega e instalación de equipos y urbanizaciones. El edificio albergará habitaciones que permitan la prestación de diversos servicios sociales, independientemente del grupo de edad. Toda la instalación se adaptará a las personas con discapacidad.
