Projekt polega na przekształceniu obecnie prowadzonej działalności w innowacyjny salon florystyczny i wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnego modelu biznesowego w zakresie świadczenia kompleksowej usługi designu florystycznego dla klienta indywidualnego. Planowane przekształcenie polega na zmianach dotychczasowego sposobu prowadzenia kwiaciarni zgodnie ze światowymi trendami w zakresie biofilicznego podejścia do klienta. Planowane jest wprowadzenie innowacyjnego w skali regionu sposobu świadczenia usługi, innowacji organizacyjnej oraz nowej usługi. Realizacja projektu pozwoli firmie zwiększyć konkurencyjność, zwiększyć zatrudnienie, poprawić warunki pracy i zdywersyfikować przychody. Zaplanowany projekt wymaga zmiany dotychczasowych warunków technicznych prowadzonej działalności, w tym warunków lokalowych. Zakres rzeczowy projektu zawiera budowę nowego lokalu, jego wykończenie i wyposażenie, w tym zakup sprzętu informatycznego wraz z oprogramowaniem. (Polish)

The project consists of transforming the current business into an innovative floristic salon and introducing to the market an innovative business model for the provision of a comprehensive floristic design service for an individual customer. The planned transformation consists of changes in the way in which florists are run in line with global trends in the biophilic approach to the customer. It is planned to introduce an innovative regional way of providing service, organizational innovation and a new service. Implementation of the project will allow the company to increase competitiveness, increase employment, improve working conditions and diversify revenues. The planned project requires a change in the current technical conditions of the operation, including the conditions of the premises. The material scope of the project includes the construction of a new premises, its finishing and equipment, including the purchase of IT equipment and software. (English)

Le projet consiste à transformer l’entreprise actuelle en un salon de fleuriste innovant et à introduire sur le marché un modèle d’affaires innovant pour la fourniture d’un service complet de conception florale pour un client individuel. La transformation prévue consiste en des changements dans la façon dont les fleuristes sont gérés conformément aux tendances globales de l’approche biophilique du client. Il est prévu de mettre en place un mode régional novateur de prestation de services, d’innovation organisationnelle et d’un nouveau service. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra à l’entreprise d’accroître sa compétitivité, d’accroître l’emploi, d’améliorer les conditions de travail et de diversifier les revenus. Le projet envisagé nécessite une modification des conditions techniques actuelles de l’opération, y compris les conditions des locaux. La portée matérielle du projet comprend la construction d’un nouveau local, ses finitions et son équipement, y compris l’achat d’équipements informatiques et de logiciels. (French)

Das Projekt besteht darin, das aktuelle Geschäft in einen innovativen Floristensalon umzuwandeln und auf den Markt ein innovatives Geschäftsmodell für die Bereitstellung eines umfassenden Floristischen Designservice für einen einzelnen Kunden einzuführen. Die geplante Transformation besteht aus Veränderungen in der Art und Weise, wie Floristen im Einklang mit globalen Trends des biophilen Ansatzes für den Kunden laufen. Es ist geplant, eine innovative regionale Art der Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen, organisatorischer Innovation und einem neuen Service einzuführen. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird es dem Unternehmen ermöglichen, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu steigern, die Beschäftigung zu erhöhen, die Arbeitsbedingungen zu verbessern und die Einnahmen zu diversifizieren. Das geplante Projekt erfordert eine Änderung der derzeitigen technischen Bedingungen des Vorhabens, einschließlich der Bedingungen der Räumlichkeiten. Het project bestaat uit het transformeren van het huidige bedrijf in een innovatieve bloemistensalon en het introduceren op de markt van een innovatief businessmodel voor de levering van een uitgebreide bloemistieke ontwerpservice voor een individuele klant. De geplande transformatie bestaat uit veranderingen in de manier waarop bloemisten worden gerund in lijn met wereldwijde trends in de biofiele benadering van de klant. Het is de bedoeling een innovatieve regionale manier van dienstverlening, organisatorische innovatie en een nieuwe dienst te introduceren. De uitvoering van het project zal het bedrijf in staat stellen om het concurrentievermogen te vergroten, de werkgelegenheid te vergroten, de arbeidsomstandigheden te verbeteren en de inkomsten te diversifiëren. Het geplande project vereist een wijziging van de huidige technische omstandigheden van de concrete actie, met inbegrip van de omstandigheden van de lokalen. Il progetto consiste nel trasformare il business attuale in un innovativo salone floristico e nell'introdurre sul mercato un modello di business innovativo per la fornitura di un servizio di progettazione floristica completo per un singolo cliente. La trasformazione pianificata consiste in cambiamenti nel modo in cui i fioristi sono gestiti in linea con le tendenze globali dell'approccio biofilo al cliente. Si prevede di introdurre un modo regionale innovativo di fornire servizi, innovazione organizzativa e un nuovo servizio. L'attuazione del progetto consentirà all'azienda di aumentare la competitività, aumentare l'occupazione, migliorare le condizioni di lavoro e diversificare le entrate. Il progetto previsto richiede una modifica delle attuali condizioni tecniche dell'operazione, comprese le condizioni dei locali.
