Cel projektu[PR]:zwiększenie zatrudnienia wśród os.opiekujących się dziećmi[D] do 3lat w Gminie Lipusz[GL] poprzez utworzenie 22miejsc opieki nad D do lat 3 w żłobku[Ż] prowadzonym przez GL umożliwiające wejście lub powrót na rynek pracy i zwiększające szanse na utrzymania pracy.W PR weźmie udział 22os.,w tym 13os.bezrobotnych lub biernych zaw.(12kobiet[K],1mężczyzna[M])pozostających poza rynkiem pracy przez obowiązek opieki nad D do 3lat i 9os.pracujących(8K,1M)sprawujących opiekę nad D do 3lat mający miejsce zamieszkania lub pracy w GL.Cele szczeg.PR:1)Zwiększenie aktywności zaw. mieszkańców GL i liczby os. pracujących w GL poprzez utworzenie 22trwałych miejsc opieki nad D do 3lat;2)Umożliwienie godzenia życia zaw. z pryw. poprzez zapewnienie instytucjonalnej,niskokosztowej opieki nad D do 3lat;3)Zmniejszenie odsetka bezrob. i biernych zaw. K w GL przez utworzenie gminnego Ż.W wyniku analizy uwarunkowań w zakresie zróżnicowań przestrzennych w dostępie do form opieki i prognoz demograf. stwierdzono,że brak miejsc opieki nad D do 3lat jest istotną barierą w podjęciu i utrzymaniu aktyw.zaw. przez mieszkańców i na obszarze GL,a prognozy demograf. wskazują,że zidentyfikowany problem na przestrzeni lat będzie się pogłębiał przez dodatni,wysoki przyrost naturalny.Działania PR:utworzenie w GL żłobka z 22nowymi,trwałymi miejscami opieki nad D do 3lat,w którym D będą miały zapewnioną opiekę przez wykwalifikowaną kadrę przez max.10h dziennie z wykorzystaniem nowego i nowoczesnego wyposażenia.Wnioskodawca zachowa trwałość utworzonych w PR 22miejsc opieki nad D do 3lat przez okres co najmniej 2lat od daty zakończenia PR.W wyniku PR utworzymy 22miejsca opieki nad D do lat 3,wsparciem zostaną objęte 22os.(20K,2M) opiekujące się D w wieku do lat 3,co najmniej 5os.(5K)powróci na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem D lub utrzyma zatrudnienie,6os.(5K,1M),które pozostawały bez pracy znajdą pracę lub będą jej poszukiwać (Polish)
