Wnioskodawcą Projektu „E-usługi dla mieszkańców Gminy Latowicz” jest Gmina Latowicz. Projekt zakłada realizację działań polegających na zwiększeniu zarówno liczby jak i jakości usług publicznych świadczonych elektronicznie przez Wnioskodawcę – Gminę Latowicz. Lokalizacja projektu będzie mieściła się w siedzibie Urzędu Gminy w Latowiczu, ul. Rynek 6, 05-334 Latowicz oraz w Gminnym Ośrodku Pomocy Społecznej w Latowiczu. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa dostępu do usług publicznych świadczonych elektronicznie poprzez informatyzację Urzędu Gminy w Latowiczu. Dzięki realizacji projektu przez Wnioskodawcę zostanie wdrożonych 6 nowych e-usług na 4 poziomie dojrzałości (Elektroniczna obsługa podatku od nieruchomości, Elektroniczna obsługa podatku od środków transportowych, Elektroniczna obsługa podatku rolnego, Elektroniczna obsługa podatku leśnego, E-partycypacja społeczna, E-powiadomienia o informacjach kryzysowych). Ww. e-usługi pozwolą na zwiększanie dostępności, stopnia wykorzystania i jakości technologii informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych poprzez umożliwienie użytkownikowi komunikowania się drogą elektroniczną z urzędem, a aplikacje urzędu elektronicznie mu odpowiadają (możliwość pobrania i odesłania formularza). Wszystkie e-usługi planowane do wdrożenia w niniejszym projekcie są skierowane do licznej grupy odbiorców jaką stanowią mieszkańcy (liczba mieszkańców wg stanu na dzień 31.12.2018 r. – 5427 osób) Gminy, a także obywatele spoza rejonu Gminy chcący załatwić sprawę w Urzędzie . Z logicznego punktu widzenia, z usług będą również korzystać pracownicy Urzędu oraz GOPS. Projekt zakłada 4 zadania: 1 Prace przygotowawcze i realizacyjne (III kw. 2019-II kw. 2021), 2 Zakup licencji, wdrożenie i uruchomienie e-usług oraz szkolenia (IV kw. 2020-II kw. 2021), 3 Sprzęt komputerowy konieczny do uruchomienia e-usług (III kw. 2020), 4 Promocja (I kw. 2020-II kw. 2021). The applicant for the project “E-services for residents of the municipality of Latowicz” is the Municipality of Latowicz. The project involves the implementation of activities consisting of increasing both the number and quality of public services provided electronically by the Applicant – Municipality of Latowicz. The location of the project will be located in the office of the Municipality Office in Latowicz, ul. Market 6, 05-334 Latowicz and the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Latowicz. The main objective of the project is to improve access to public services provided electronically through computerisation of the Municipality Office in Latowicz. Thanks to the implementation of the project by the Applicant, 6 new e-services will be implemented at the 4th level of maturity (Electronic Real Estate Tax Services, Electronic Services for Transport Tax, Electronic Agricultural Tax Service, Electronic Forest Tax Service, Social Participation, E-Notifications on Crisis Information). This e-services will help to increase the availability, use and quality of information and communication technologies by enabling the user to communicate electronically with the office, and the Office’s applications correspond electronically (possibility of downloading and returning the form). All e-services planned for implementation in this project are addressed to a large group of recipients consisting of residents (as of 31.12.2018-5427 people) of the municipality, as well as citizens from outside the municipality who want to deal with the matter at the Office. From a logical point of view, the services will also be used by the staff of the Office and the GOPS. The project assumes four tasks: 1 Preparatory and implementation work (Q3) 2019-Q2 2021), 2 Acquisition of licenses, implementation and commissioning of e-services and training (Q4 2020-Q2 2021), 3 Hardware necessary to launch e-services (Q3) 2020), 4 Promotion (Q1 2020-Q2 2021). Le demandeur du projet «E-services pour les résidents de la municipalité de Latowicz» est la municipalité de Latowicz. Le projet comporte la mise en œuvre d’activités consistant à accroître à la fois le nombre et la qualité des services publics fournis par voie électronique par la requérante — municipalité de Latowicz. L’emplacement du projet sera situé dans le bureau de la municipalité de Latowicz, ul. Marché 6, 05-334 Latowicz et le Centre municipal de protection sociale de Latowicz. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer l’accès aux services publics fournis par voie électronique grâce à l’informatisation du bureau municipal de Latowicz. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet par la requérante, 6 nouveaux services électroniques seront mis en œuvre au quatrième niveau de maturité (services de fiscalité immobilière électroniques, services électroniques pour la taxe sur les transports, service fiscal agricole électronique, service électronique de la taxe forestière, participation sociale, notifications électroniques sur les informations de crise). Ces services électroniques contribueront à accroître la disponibilité, l’utilisation et la qualité des technologies de l’information et de la communication en permettant à l’utilisateur de communiquer par voie électronique avec le bureau, et les applications de l’Office correspondent par voie électronique (possibilité de télécharger et de renvoyer le formulaire). Tous les services en ligne prévus pour la mise en œuvre de ce projet s’adressent à un grand groupe de bénéficiaires, composé de résidents (au 31.12.2018-5427 personnes) de la municipalité, ainsi que de citoyens de l’extérieur de la municipalité qui souhaitent s’occuper de la question au sein de l’Office. D’un point de vue logique, les services seront également utilisés par le personnel de l’Office et du GOPS. Antragsteller für das Projekt „E-Services für Einwohner der Gemeinde Latowicz“ ist die Gemeinde Latowicz. Das Projekt umfasst die Durchführung von Maßnahmen, die darin bestehen, die Zahl und Qualität der von der Klägerin – Gemeinde Latowicz elektronisch erbrachten öffentlichen Dienstleistungen zu erhöhen. Der Standort des Projekts wird im Büro des Gemeindeamtes in Latowicz, ul. Markt 6, 05-334 Latowicz und das kommunale Sozialhilfezentrum in Latowicz. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, den Zugang zu elektronischen öffentlichen Dienstleistungen durch Computerisierung des Gemeindeamtes in Latowicz zu verbessern. Dank der Umsetzung des Projekts durch den Antragsteller werden 6 neue E-Dienste auf dem vierten Reifegrad (Electronic Real Estate Tax Services, Electronic Services for Transport Tax, Electronic Agricultural Tax Service, Electronic Forest Tax Service, Social Participation, E-Notifications on Crisis Information) implementiert. Diese elektronischen Dienste werden dazu beitragen, die Verfügbarkeit, Nutzung und Qualität der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien zu verbessern, indem der Nutzer die elektronische Kommunikation mit dem Büro ermöglicht und die Anwendungen des Amtes elektronisch übereinstimmen (Möglichkeit des Herunterladens und der Rückgabe des Formulars). Alle für die Durchführung dieses Projekts geplanten elektronischen Dienstleistungen richten sich an eine große Gruppe von Empfängern, die aus Anwohnern (Stand 31.12.2018-5427 Personen) der Gemeinde bestehen, sowie an Bürger von außerhalb der Gemeinde, die sich mit der Angelegenheit im Büro befassen wollen. Aus logischer Sicht werden die Dienststellen auch vom Personal des Amtes und des GOPS genutzt. De aanvrager van het project „E-diensten voor inwoners van de gemeente Latowicz” is de gemeente Latowicz. Het project omvat de uitvoering van activiteiten waarbij zowel het aantal als de kwaliteit van de openbare diensten die door verzoekster — gemeente Latowicz — elektronisch worden verleend, worden verhoogd. De locatie van het project bevindt zich in het kantoor van het gemeentebureau in Latowicz, ul. Markt 6, 05-334 Latowicz en het Gemeentelijk Centrum voor Sociale Welzijn in Latowicz. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het verbeteren van de toegang tot openbare diensten die elektronisch worden verleend door middel van automatisering van het gemeentebestuur in Latowicz. Dankzij de uitvoering van het project door de aanvrager zullen 6 nieuwe e-diensten worden geïmplementeerd op het vierde niveau van rijpheid (Electronic Real Estate Tax Services, Electronic Services for Transport Tax, Electronic Agricultural Tax Service, Electronic Forest Tax Service, Social Participation, E-Notifications on Crisis Information). Il richiedente del progetto "Servizi elettronici per i residenti del comune di Latowicz" è il comune di Latowicz. Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di attività consistenti nell'aumentare sia il numero che la qualità dei servizi pubblici forniti per via elettronica dal richiedente — Comune di Latowicz. La sede del progetto sarà ubicata nell'ufficio dell'ufficio comunale di Latowicz, ul. Mercato 6, 05-334 Latowicz e il Centro comunale di previdenza sociale a Latowicz. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è migliorare l'accesso ai servizi pubblici forniti elettronicamente attraverso l'informatizzazione dell'ufficio comunale di Latowicz. Tutti i servizi elettronici previsti per l'attuazione di questo progetto sono rivolti a un vasto gruppo di destinatari composto da residenti (al 31.12.2018-5427 persone) del comune, nonché a cittadini esterni al comune che intendono trattare la questione presso l'Ufficio. Da un punto di vista logico, i servizi saranno utilizzati anche dal personale dell'Ufficio e dal GOPS. El solicitante del proyecto «Servicios electrónicos para residentes del municipio de Latowicz» es el municipio de Latowicz. El proyecto implica la realización de actividades consistentes en aumentar tanto el número como la calidad de los servicios públicos prestados electrónicamente por el solicitante — Municipio de Latowicz. La ubicación del proyecto se ubicará en la oficina de la Oficina Municipal en Latowicz, ul. Mercado 6, 05-334 Latowicz y el Centro Municipal de Bienestar Social de Latowicz.
