CEL GŁÓWNY:Podniesienie aktywności społ.-zawod.oraz zdolności do zatrudn.wśród 40os.(min.24K)zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.z WŁ(wpisujących się w GD proj.),w okresie 01.06.2020-31.05.2021r.poprzez indywidualną i kompleksową reintegrację społ.-zawod.prowadzącą m.in.do: *uzyskania kwalif.zawod./kompetencji przez min.30os. *poszukiw.pracy przez min.14os. *podjęcia pracy przez min.8os. *osiągn.wskaźnika efekt.społ.na poz.34%ON/34%pozostałych *osiągn.wskaźn.efekt.zatrudn.na poz.45%ON/65%pozostałych GD:40(24K/16M)os.dorosłych(powyżej 18r.ż.),zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.-os.korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społ.zg.z ust.z dn 12.03.2004r.o pomocy społ.(lub kwalifikuj.się do objęcia wsparciem),ON,os.korzystających z PO PŻ,zamieszkuj.w rozum.przepisów KC na obszarach słabo zaludnionych zgodnie ze stopniem urbanizacji(DEGURBA 3)w powiatach wieluńskim, poddębickim,sieradzkim,zduńskowolskim,łaskim i wieruszowskim(gminy wskazane w punkcie 1.8wniosku).UP będą os.bierne zawod.i bezrobotne,które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej. GD w co najmniej 50% będą stanowiły os.: •o znacznym lub umiark.stopniu niepełnospr.lub •z niepełnospr.sprzężoną oraz os.z zaburzeniami psychicz.,w tym os.z niepełnospr.intelektualną i os.z całościowymi zaburzeniami rozwojowymi,a wsparcie w ramach proj.będzie dostos.do specyf.potrzeb tej GD(otoczenie może wystąpić jedynie w zakresie niezbędnym dla wsparcia ON i tylko łącznie z ON). The objective of: activity: social activity and the ability to be difficult among 40 persons (min.24K) at risk of poverty or exclusion from WŁ (entered into the GD project), in the period 01.06.2020-31.05.2021 through individual and comprehensive social reintegration leading, among others, to: *obtaining qualif.professional/competence for min.30s. *search.work for min.14os. *take up work by min.8os. *achievement of the group’s effect on item 34 %ON/34 %other *achieve.indication.effect.for 45 %ON/65 % of the remaining GD:40(24K/16M) and adults (above 18 years), who are at risk of poverty or exclusion. in the sense of the provisions of the CC in sparsely populated areas according to the degree of urbanisation (DEGURBA 3)in the districts of Wieńsk, Poddębickie, Sieradzki,zduńskowolski,łaski and Wieruszów (municipalities indicated in point 1.8 of the application). At least 50 % of GD will consist of: •with a significant or moderate degree of incomplete or conjugated and mental disorders, including incomplete intellectual and general developmental disorders, and support under proj. will be adapted to the specific needs of this GD (the environment can only occur to the extent necessary for the support of the ON and only in conjunction with the SA).
