Podstawowym problemem zidentyfikowanym w ramach projektu jest brak placówki w gminie Budziszewice zajmującej się opieką nad dziećmi do lat 3 , przez co rodzice/opiekunowie prawni dzieci nie mogą powrócić na rynek pracy oraz nie mogą łączyć pracy zawodowej z opieką nad dziećmi. Celem głównym projektu jest powrót i utrzymanie aktywności zawodowej oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia 10 (8K/2M) osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym 2 kobiet pozostających bez pracy: bezrobotne i bierne zawodowo, w postaci zapewnienia opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w nowoutworzonym żłobku w Budziszewicach. Cel główny zostanie osiągnięty do 31-01-2022r. Rezultaty projektu: -powrót 8 osób na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka po opuszczeniu programu, -znalezienie lub poszukiwanie pracy przez 2 kobiety po opuszczeniu programu, -utworzenie 10 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, które funkcjonują 2 lata po uzyskaniu dofinansowania ze środków EFS. -zwiększenie dostępności do miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w postaci żłobka, co umożliwi łączenie życia prywatnego i zawodowego tych osób. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 10(8K/2M) osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym min.2 kobiety bezrobotne i bierne zawodowo, które zamieszkują/uczą się/pracują na terenie Gminy Budziszewice. Główne zadania projektowe to: -zakup mebli i wyposażenie sali głównej (w tym wyposażenie do organizacji wypoczynku oraz sprzęt) -zakup mebli i wyposażenie łazienek -wyposażenie kuchni i miejsca spożywania posiłków (w tym wyposażenie do organizacji posiłków) -wyposażenie zapewniające bezpieczne warunki opieki nad dziećmi -wyposażenie szatni -zakup drobnego wyposażenia niezbędnego do organizacji opieki nad dziećmi -bieżące funkcjonowanie utworzonych miejsc opieki (Polish)

The main problem identified by the project is the lack of an institution in the municipality of Budziszewice dealing with care for children up to 3 years, so that parents/legal guardians of children cannot return to the labour market and cannot combine professional work with childcare. The main objective of the project is to return and maintain labour force and employability of 10 (8K/2M) carers of children up to 3 years of age, including 2 unemployed women: unemployed and inactive, in the form of providing care for children up to 3 years in the newly created crèche in Budziszewice. The main objective will be achieved by 31-01-2022. Project results: —the return of 8 people to the labour market after a break related to the birth/raising of a child after leaving the programme, -founding or searching for a job by 2 women after leaving the programme, -the creation of 10 childcare facilities for children under the age of 3, which operate 2 years after receiving ESF funding. —increase the availability of childcare facilities for children up to 3 years of age in the form of a crèche, making it possible to combine their private and professional life. The target group of the project is 10(8K/2M) people who care for children under 3 years of age, including at least 2 unemployed and inactive women who live/teach/work in the municipality of Budziszewice. The main project tasks are: —purchase of furniture and equipment of the main room (including leisure equipment and equipment) – Purchase of furniture and furnishings of bathrooms – Equipment for kitchen and dining areas (including equipment for the organisation of meals) – Equipment to provide safe childcare conditions – Clothroom equipment – Purchase of small equipment necessary for the organisation of childcare – Operation of the established care facilities (English)

Le principal problème identifié par le projet est l’absence d’institution dans la municipalité de Budziszewice qui s’occupe de la prise en charge des enfants jusqu’à 3 ans, de sorte que les parents/tuteurs légaux des enfants ne peuvent pas retourner sur le marché du travail et ne peuvent pas combiner travail professionnel et garde d’enfants. L’objectif principal du projet est de retrouver et de maintenir la main-d’œuvre et l’employabilité de 10 personnes (8K/2M) aidants d’enfants de moins de 3 ans, dont 2 femmes sans emploi: chômeurs et inactifs, sous forme de prise en charge des enfants jusqu’à 3 ans dans la crèche nouvellement créée à Budziszewice. L’objectif principal sera atteint d’ici le 31-01-2022. Résultats du projet: —le retour de 8 personnes sur le marché du travail après une pause liée à la naissance/l’éducation d’un enfant après avoir quitté le programme, -la création ou la recherche d’un emploi par 2 femmes après avoir quitté le programme, -la création de 10 structures d’accueil pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans, qui fonctionnent deux ans après avoir reçu un financement du FSE. —augmenter la disponibilité de structures d’accueil pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans sous la forme d’une crèche, ce qui permet de combiner vie privée et vie professionnelle. Le groupe cible du projet est de 10 personnes (8K/2M) qui s’occupent d’enfants de moins de 3 ans, dont au moins 2 femmes sans emploi et inactives qui vivent/enseignent/travaillent dans la municipalité de Budziszewice. Das Hauptproblem des Projekts ist das Fehlen einer Einrichtung in der Gemeinde Budziszewice, die sich mit der Betreuung von Kindern bis zu drei Jahren befasst, so dass Eltern/Rechtsberechtigte von Kindern nicht wieder auf den Arbeitsmarkt zurückkehren können und Berufsarbeit nicht mit der Kinderbetreuung verbinden können. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Rückkehr und Aufrechterhaltung der Erwerbsbevölkerung und der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von 10 (8K/2M) Betreuungspersonen von Kindern bis zu drei Jahren, darunter zwei arbeitslose Frauen: Arbeitslose und Nichterwerbstätige in Form der Betreuung von Kindern bis zu 3 Jahren in der neu geschaffenen Kinderkrippe in Budziszewice. Das Hauptziel wird bis zum 31.01.2022 erreicht. Projektergebnisse: —die Rückkehr von 8 Personen in den Arbeitsmarkt nach einer Unterbrechung im Zusammenhang mit der Geburt/Erziehung eines Kindes nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm, -Begründung oder Suche nach einem Arbeitsplatz durch zwei Frauen nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm, -die Schaffung von 10 Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen für Kinder unter 3 Jahren, die zwei Jahre nach Erhalt der ESF-Mittel betrieben werden. Verbesserung der Verfügbarkeit von Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen für Kinder bis zu drei Jahren in Form einer Kinderkrippe, die es ermöglicht, ihr Privat- und Berufsleben miteinander zu verbinden. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind 10 (8K/2M) Personen, die Kinder unter 3 Jahren pflegen, darunter mindestens 2 arbeitslose und nicht erwerbstätige Frauen, die in der Gemeinde Budziszewice leben/unterrichten/arbeiten. Het belangrijkste probleem van het project is het ontbreken van een instelling in de gemeente Budziszewice die zich bezighoudt met de zorg voor kinderen tot drie jaar, zodat ouders/wettelijke voogden van kinderen niet naar de arbeidsmarkt kunnen terugkeren en beroepswerkzaamheden niet kunnen combineren met kinderopvang. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is de terugkeer en handhaving van de beroepsbevolking en de inzetbaarheid van 10 (8K/2M) zorgverleners van kinderen tot 3 jaar, waaronder 2 werkloze vrouwen: werkloos en inactief, in de vorm van zorg voor kinderen tot 3 jaar in de nieuw opgerichte crèche in Budziszewice. De hoofddoelstelling zal tegen 31-01-2022 worden verwezenlijkt. Resultaten van het project: —de terugkeer van acht personen naar de arbeidsmarkt na een onderbreking in verband met de geboorte/opvoeding van een kind na het verlaten van het programma, -oprichten of zoeken naar een baan door twee vrouwen na het verlaten van het programma — de oprichting van 10 kinderopvangfaciliteiten voor kinderen jonger dan 3 jaar, die twee jaar na het ontvangen van ESF-financiering operationeel zijn. de beschikbaarheid van kinderopvangfaciliteiten voor kinderen tot 3 jaar in de vorm van een crèche verhogen, zodat hun privéleven en hun beroepsleven kunnen worden gecombineerd. Il problema principale individuato dal progetto è la mancanza di un'istituzione nel comune di Budziszewice che si occupi dell'assistenza ai bambini fino a 3 anni, in modo che i genitori/tutori legali dei bambini non possano tornare sul mercato del lavoro e non possano conciliare il lavoro professionale con l'assistenza all'infanzia. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di restituire e mantenere la forza lavoro e l'occupabilità di 10 (8K/2M) prestatori di assistenza di bambini fino a 3 anni di età, tra cui 2 donne disoccupate: disoccupati e inattivi, sotto forma di assistenza ai bambini fino a 3 anni nell'asilo nido appena creato a Budziszewice. L'obiettivo principale sarà raggiunto entro il 31-01-2022. Risultati del progetto: —il ritorno di 8 persone sul mercato del lavoro dopo una pausa legata alla nascita/educazione di un bambino dopo aver lasciato il programma, -fondare o cercare un lavoro da 2 donne dopo aver lasciato il programma; — la creazione di 10 strutture per l'infanzia per bambini di età inferiore ai 3 anni, che operano 2 anni dopo aver ricevuto i finanziamenti del FSE. aumentare la disponibilità di strutture per l'infanzia per i bambini fino a 3 anni di età sotto forma di asilo nido, consentendo di conciliare la loro vita privata e professionale. Il gruppo destinatario del progetto è di 10 persone (8K/2M) che si occupano di bambini di età inferiore ai 3 anni, tra cui almeno 2 donne disoccupate e inattive che vivono/insegnano/lavorano nel comune di Budziszewice. El principal objetivo del proyecto es el retorno y mantenimiento de la mano de obra y la empleabilidad de 10 cuidadores (8K/2M) de niños de hasta 3 años de edad, incluidas 2 mujeres desempleadas: desempleados e inactivos, en forma de atención a niños de hasta tres años en la guardería de nueva creación de Budziszewice. El objetivo principal se alcanzará antes del 31-01-2022. Resultados del proyecto: —el retorno de ocho personas al mercado laboral tras una interrupción relacionada con el nacimiento o la crianza de un hijo después de abandonar el programa, -fundar o buscar un empleo por dos mujeres después de abandonar el programa,- la creación de 10 centros de atención infantil para niños menores de 3 años, que funcionan dos años después de recibir financiación del FSE. —aumentar la disponibilidad de guarderías para niños de hasta 3 años de edad en forma de guardería, lo que permite combinar su vida privada y profesional.
