Przedmiotowy projekt zakłada wzrost konkurencyjności WIĄZAR-DACH dzięki wdrożeniu innowacji produktowej oraz procesowej w skali kraju i świata. Na płaszczyźnie produktu innowacją będzie wiązar dachowy o właściwościach baktrio i grzybobójczych zaimpregnowanych mieszaniną soli amonowych kwasu fosforowego i siarkowego, związków boru oraz dodatków organicznych wzbogaconych dodatkiem koloidu z nanocząsteczkami srebra, w zakresie produkcyjnym innowacją procesową będzie wysokosprawna produkcja wiązarów dachowych impregnowanych metodą zanurzeniową w wannach z wymiennikami ciepła i turbolizatorami przepływu zwiększającymi konwekcję i dyfuzję związków nanosrebra do wnętrza porów i cewek drewna. Dodatkowo innowacją procesową będzie proces technologiczny z szeregiem innowacji w poszczególnych urządzeniach wymaganych do produkcji bakterio i grzybobójczych wiązarów dachowych. Obie innowacje zawierają w sobie element eko-innowacyjny. W planowanych do zakupu urządzeniach zastosowano wiele nowatorskich rozwiązań, które umożliwią wytwarzanie na najwyższym poziomie znacząco ulepszonych produktów dotychczas nie wykonywanych i adresowanych dla szerokiej grupy odbiorców. Zakup nowoczesnych urządzeń pozwoli na wdrożenie w przedsiębiorstwie szeregu innowacji technologicznych stosowanych w kraju i na świecie nie dłużej niż 3 lata. W ramach projektu wdrożone zostaną także innowacje w zakresie ICT związane z implementowanym systemem projekcji laserowej. On the product plane, the innovation will be roof trusses with baktrio and fungicidal properties impregnated with a mixture of ammonium salts of phosphoric and sulphuric acid, boron compounds and organic additives enriched with the addition of colloid with silver nanoparticles, the production of high-efficiency roof trusses impregnated by the immersion method in baths with heat exchangers and turbolisers increasing the convection and diffusion of nanosilver compounds to the interior of the pores and wood coils. In addition, the process innovation will be a technological process with a number of innovations in individual equipment required for the production of bacterium and fungicidal roof trusses. Both innovations contain an eco-innovative element. The equipment planned to be purchased uses many innovative solutions that will enable the production at the highest level of significantly improved products not yet made and addressed to a wide group of customers. Ce projet suppose une augmentation de la compétitivité des pneus-DACH grâce à la mise en œuvre d’innovations de produits et de procédés dans le pays et dans le monde. Sur le plan du produit, l’innovation sera des fermes de toit aux propriétés baktrio et fongicides imprégnées d’un mélange de sels d’ammonium d’acide phosphorique et sulfurique, de composés de bore et d’additifs organiques enrichis par l’addition de colloïde avec des nanoparticules d’argent, la production de truttes de toit à haute efficacité imprégnées par la méthode d’immersion dans les bains avec échangeurs de chaleur et turboliseurs augmentant la convection et la diffusion de composés nanosilvants à l’intérieur des pores et des bobines de bois. En outre, l’innovation de procédé sera un processus technologique avec un certain nombre d’innovations dans les équipements individuels nécessaires à la production de bactérie et de fermes de toit fongicides. Les deux innovations contiennent un élément éco-innovant. L’équipement qu’il est prévu d’acheter utilise de nombreuses solutions innovantes qui permettront la production au plus haut niveau de produits considérablement améliorés qui n’ont pas encore été fabriqués et adressés à un large groupe de clients. L’achat d’équipements modernes permettra à l’entreprise de mettre en œuvre un certain nombre d’innovations technologiques appliquées dans le pays et dans le monde pendant au plus 3 ans. Le projet mettra également en œuvre des innovations en matière de TIC liées au système de projection laser mis en œuvre. Dieses Projekt geht von einer Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Reifen-DACH durch die Umsetzung von Produkt- und Prozessinnovationen in Land und Welt aus. Auf der Produktebene werden Dachbahnen mit baktrio- und fungiziden Eigenschaften imprägniert mit einer Mischung aus Ammoniumsalzen aus Phosphor- und Schwefelsäure, Borverbindungen und organischen Additiven, angereichert mit Kolloid mit Silber-Nanopartikeln, die Herstellung von hocheffizienten Dachbändern, die nach dem Tauchverfahren in Bädern mit Wärmetauschern und Turbolisierern imprägniert sind und die Konvektion und Diffusion von Nanosilberverbindungen in das Innere der Poren und Holzspulen erhöhen. Darüber hinaus wird die Prozessinnovation ein technologischer Prozess mit einer Reihe von Innovationen in den einzelnen Geräten, die für die Herstellung von Bakterium und fungizide Dachbahnen erforderlich sind. Beide Innovationen enthalten ein ökologisch-innovatives Element. Dit project gaat uit van een toename van het concurrentievermogen van banden-DACH dankzij de implementatie van product- en procesinnovaties in het land en de wereld. Op het productvlak zal de innovatie zijn dakbundels met baktrio en schimmeldodende eigenschappen geïmpregneerd met een mengsel van ammoniumzouten van fosfor en zwavelzuur, boorverbindingen en organische additieven verrijkt met de toevoeging van colloïde met zilveren nanodeeltjes, de productie van hoogrenderende dakbundels geïmpregneerd door de onderdompelingsmethode in baden met warmtewisselaars en turbolisers, waardoor de convectie en diffusie van nanozilververbindingen naar het interieur van de poriën en houtspoelen wordt verhoogd. Bovendien zal de procesinnovatie een technologisch proces zijn met een aantal innovaties in individuele apparatuur die nodig is voor de productie van bacterie en schimmeldodende dakbundels. Beide innovaties bevatten een eco-innovatief element. De te kopen apparatuur maakt gebruik van vele innovatieve oplossingen die de productie op het hoogste niveau mogelijk maken van aanzienlijk verbeterde producten die nog niet zijn gemaakt en bestemd voor een brede groep klanten. De aankoop van moderne apparatuur zal het bedrijf in staat stellen om een aantal technologische innovaties toegepast in het land en de wereld niet langer dan 3 jaar. Het project zal ook ICT-innovaties met betrekking tot het geïmplementeerde laserprojectiesysteem implementeren. De uitvoering van het project zal de implementatie mogelijk maken van een aantal product-, proces- en organisatorische innovaties in het bedrijf met betrekking tot de implementatie van nieuwe producten. Questo progetto presuppone un aumento della competitività degli pneumatici-DACH grazie all'implementazione di innovazioni di prodotto e di processo nel paese e nel mondo. Sul piano del prodotto, l'innovazione sarà costituita da capriate da tetto con proprietà baktrio e fungicida impregnate da una miscela di sali di ammonio di acido fosforico e solforico, composti di boro e additivi organici arricchiti con l'aggiunta di colloidi con nanoparticelle d'argento, la produzione di capriate per tetti ad alta efficienza impregnate dal metodo dell'immersione in bagni con scambiatori di calore e turbolizzatori aumentando la convezione e la diffusione di composti nanoargento all'interno dei pori e delle bobine di legno. Inoltre, l'innovazione di processo sarà un processo tecnologico con una serie di innovazioni nelle singole attrezzature necessarie per la produzione di capriate batteriche e fungicidi. Entrambe le innovazioni contengono un elemento ecoinnovativo. L'attrezzatura prevista per l'acquisto utilizza molte soluzioni innovative che consentiranno la produzione al più alto livello di prodotti significativamente migliorati non ancora realizzati e indirizzati ad un ampio gruppo di clienti. L'acquisto di attrezzature moderne consentirà all'azienda di implementare una serie di innovazioni tecnologiche applicate nel paese e nel mondo per non più di 3 anni. Il progetto implementerà anche innovazioni TIC relative al sistema di proiezione laser implementato. L'implementazione del progetto consentirà la realizzazione di una serie di innovazioni di prodotto, di processo e organizzative in azienda relative alla realizzazione di nuovi prodotti. Este proyecto supone un aumento en la competitividad de neumáticos-DACH gracias a la implementación de innovaciones de productos y procesos en el país y en el mundo. En el plano del producto, la innovación consistirá en cerchas de techo con baktrio y propiedades fungicidas impregnadas con una mezcla de sales de amonio de ácido fosfórico y sulfúrico, compuestos de boro y aditivos orgánicos enriquecidos con la adición de coloides con nanopartículas de plata, la producción de cerchas de techo de alta eficiencia impregnadas por el método de inmersión en baños con intercambiadores de calor y turbolizadores aumentando la convección y difusión de compuestos de nanoplata al interior de los poros y bobinas de madera. Además, la innovación de procesos será un proceso tecnológico con una serie de innovaciones en equipos individuales necesarios para la producción de cerchas bacterianas y fungicidas. Ambas innovaciones contienen un elemento ecoinnovador. El equipo previsto para la compra utiliza muchas soluciones innovadoras que permitirán la producción al más alto nivel de productos significativamente mejorados aún no fabricados y dirigidos a un amplio grupo de clientes. La compra de equipos modernos permitirá a la empresa implementar una serie de innovaciones tecnológicas aplicadas en el país y en el mundo durante no más de 3 años. El proyecto también implementará innovaciones TIC relacionadas con el sistema de proyección láser implementado.
