Projekt wynika z aktualizacji Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Aleksandrów Kujawski do roku 2025, który został przyjęty Uchwałą Nr XII/102/19 Rady Gminy Aleksandrów Kujawski z dnia 27 sierpnia 2019 r. a następnie przyjęty Uchwałą Nr 34/1545/19 Zarządu Województwa Kujawsko- Pomorskiego z dnia 4 września 2019 r.Projekt ograniczy skalę wskazanych problemów dzięki utworzeniu infrastruktury stanowiącej bazę dla realizacji projektów społecznych.Przedsięwzięcie odpowiada na problemy zidentyfikowane w strefie technicznej i przestrzenno-funkcjonalnej dotyczące występowania przestrzeni zdegradowanej oraz braku publicznej infrastruktury publicznej na terenie Plebanki i związany jest z zagospodarowaniem terenu zespołu dworsko-parkowego celem utworzenia ogólnodostępnej infrastruktury społeczno-kulturalnej, tj. placówki wsparcia dziennego w miejscowości Plebanka, celem ożywienia życia społecznego i gospodarczego na obszarach objętych Lokalną Strategią Rozwoju Lokalnej Grupy Działania Stowarzyszenia „Partnerstwo dla Ziemi Kujawskiej”, Niwelowanie określonych problemów społecznych jest uzależnione od utworzenia odpowiadającej zapotrzebowaniu infrastruktury społecznej. Nie istnieje alternatywna lokalizacja dla realizacji wskazanych przedsięwzięć społecznych. Na terenie miejscowości Plebanka brakuje infrastruktury, której stan oraz lokalizacja umożliwiałaby realizację planowanych projektów. Celem projektu jest zapewnienie obiektu oraz odpowiedniej infrastruktury umożliwiającego realizację obejmującego prowadzenie szkoleń i zajęć integracyjnych, dla planowanych projektów skierowanych dla dzieci i młodzieży oraz dorosłych zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Modernizacja obiektu świetlicy wiejskiej oraz zagospodarowanie terenu zespołu-parkowego umożliwi zapewnienie dostępu lokalnej społeczności do infrastruktury rozwoju życia społeczno-gospodarczego, a tym samym pozwoli na wdrażanie innych, lokalnych działań rewitalizacyjnych. The project results from the update of the Local Revitalisation Programme for the Municipality of Aleksandrów Kujawski by 2025, which was adopted by Resolution No XII/102/19 of the Council of Aleksandrów Kujawski Municipality of 27 August 2019 and subsequently adopted by Resolution No 34/1545/19 of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Board of 4 September 2019. The project will reduce the scale of the problems identified by the creation of the infrastructure as a basis for the implementation of social projects. The project responds to problems identified in the technical and spatial-functional zone concerning the existence of degraded space and the lack of public infrastructure in the Plesovia Association, and is associated with the locality of social development, i.e. the social development of the social park. There is no alternative location for the implementation of these social projects. There is a lack of infrastructure in Plebanka, the state and location of which would enable the planned projects to be carried out. The aim of the project is to provide a facility and adequate infrastructure enabling the implementation of training and integration activities for planned projects aimed at children and young people and adults at risk of social exclusion. The modernisation of the community centre and the development of the park complex will make it possible to ensure that the local community has access to the infrastructure for the development of socio-economic life, thereby enabling the implementation of other local regeneration activities. Le projet résulte de la mise à jour du programme de revitalisation locale de la municipalité d’Aleksandrów Kujawski d’ici 2025, qui a été adoptée par la résolution no XII/102/19 du Conseil de la municipalité d’Aleksandrów Kujawski du 27 août 2019 puis adoptée par la résolution no 34/1545/19 du Conseil de voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomorski du 4 septembre 2019. Le projet permettra de réduire l’ampleur des problèmes identifiés par la création de l’infrastructure en tant que base pour la mise en œuvre des projets sociaux. Le projet répond aux problèmes identifiés dans la zone technique et spatiale-fonctionnelle concernant l’existence d’espace dégradé et le manque d’infrastructure sociale. Il n’existe pas de lieu alternatif pour la mise en œuvre de ces projets sociaux. Il y a un manque d’infrastructures à Plebanka, dont l’État et l’emplacement permettraient de réaliser les projets prévus. L’objectif du projet est de fournir une facilité et une infrastructure adéquates permettant la mise en œuvre d’activités de formation et d’intégration pour les projets planifiés en faveur des enfants, des jeunes et des adultes exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale. La modernisation du centre communautaire et le développement du complexe du parc permettront d’assurer à la communauté locale l’accès à l’infrastructure pour le développement de la vie socio-économique, permettant ainsi la mise en œuvre d’autres activités de régénération locale. Das Projekt resultiert aus der Aktualisierung des lokalen Revitalisierungsprogramms für die Gemeinde Aleksandrów Kujawski bis 2025, das mit der Resolution Nr. XII/102/19 des Rates der Gemeinde Aleksandrów Kujawski vom 27. August 2019 angenommen und anschließend mit der Entschließung Nr. 34/1545/19 des Woiwodschaftsrates Kujawsko-Pomorskie vom 4. September 2019 angenommen wurde. Es gibt keinen alternativen Standort für die Umsetzung dieser sozialen Projekte. In Plebanka mangelt es an Infrastruktur, deren Staat und Standort die Durchführung der geplanten Projekte ermöglichen würden. Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine Einrichtung und eine angemessene Infrastruktur bereitzustellen, die die Durchführung von Ausbildungs- und Integrationsmaßnahmen für geplante Projekte für Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, ermöglicht. Durch die Modernisierung des Gemeindezentrums und die Entwicklung des Parkkomplexes wird es möglich sein, den Zugang der örtlichen Bevölkerung zur Infrastruktur für die Entwicklung des sozioökonomischen Lebens zu gewährleisten und so die Durchführung anderer lokaler Regenerationsmaßnahmen zu ermöglichen. Het project is het resultaat van de actualisering van het Lokale Revitaliseringsprogramma voor de gemeente Aleksandrów Kujawski tegen 2025, dat is aangenomen bij Resolutie nr. XII/102/19 van de Raad van Aleksandrów Kujawski van 27 augustus 2019 en vervolgens is aangenomen bij resolutie nr. 34/1545/19 van de raad van bestuur van Kujawsko-Pomorskie van 4 september 2019. Het project zal de omvang verminderen van de problemen die zijn vastgesteld door de aanleg van de infrastructuur als basis voor de uitvoering van sociale projecten. Het project reageert op problemen die zijn vastgesteld in de technische en ruimtelijke functionele zone met betrekking tot het bestaan van gedegradeerde ruimte en het gebrek aan sociale infrastructuur. Er is geen alternatieve locatie voor de uitvoering van deze sociale projecten. Er is een gebrek aan infrastructuur in Plebanka, waarvan de staat en de locatie het mogelijk zouden maken de geplande projecten uit te voeren. Doel van het project is te voorzien in een faciliteit en adequate infrastructuur voor de uitvoering van opleidings- en integratieactiviteiten voor geplande projecten die gericht zijn op kinderen en jongeren en volwassenen die risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting. De modernisering van het gemeenschapscentrum en de ontwikkeling van het parkcomplex zullen ervoor zorgen dat de lokale gemeenschap toegang heeft tot de infrastructuur voor de ontwikkeling van het sociaal-economische leven, zodat andere lokale regeneratieactiviteiten kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Il progetto nasce dall'aggiornamento del Programma di Rivitalizzazione Locale per il Comune di Aleksandrów Kujawski entro il 2025, che è stato adottato con delibera n. XII/102/19 del Consiglio di Aleksandrów Kujawski del 27 agosto 2019 e successivamente adottato con delibera n. 34/1545/19 del Consiglio di Voivodato di Kujawsko-Pomorskie del 4 settembre 2019. Il progetto ridurrà la portata dei problemi individuati dalla creazione dell'infrastruttura come base per l'attuazione dei progetti sociali. Il progetto risponde ai problemi individuati nella zona tecnica e spaziale-funzionale relativi all'esistenza dello spazio degradato e alla mancanza di infrastrutture sociali associate all'associazione, all'associazione locale e allo sviluppo sociale. Non esiste un luogo alternativo per l'attuazione di questi progetti sociali. A Plebanka mancano infrastrutture, il cui stato e la cui ubicazione consentirebbero di realizzare i progetti previsti. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di fornire una struttura e un'infrastruttura adeguata che consentano l'attuazione di attività di formazione e integrazione per progetti pianificati rivolti ai bambini, ai giovani e agli adulti a rischio di esclusione sociale. L'ammodernamento del centro comunitario e lo sviluppo del complesso del parco consentiranno di garantire alla comunità locale l'accesso alle infrastrutture per lo sviluppo della vita socioeconomica, consentendo così l'attuazione di altre attività di riqualificazione locale. El proyecto es el resultado de la actualización del Programa de Revitalización Local del Municipio de Aleksandrów Kujawski para 2025, adoptado por Resolución n.º XII/102/19 del Ayuntamiento de Aleksandrów Kujawski de 27 de agosto de 2019 y posteriormente adoptado por Resolución n.º 34/1545/19 de la Junta de Voivodatos de Kujawsko-Pomorskie de 4 de septiembre de 2019. El proyecto reducirá la magnitud de los problemas identificados por la creación de la infraestructura como base para la ejecución de proyectos sociales. El proyecto responde a los problemas identificados en la zona técnica y espacial-funcional en relación con la existencia de espacios degradados y la falta de desarrollo social, así como la falta de infraestructura local. No hay otro lugar para la ejecución de estos proyectos sociales. Existe una falta de infraestructura en Plebanka, cuyo estado y ubicación permitirían llevar a cabo los proyectos previstos. El objetivo del proyecto es proporcionar un servicio y una infraestructura adecuada que permitan la realización de actividades de formación e integración para proyectos previstos dirigidos a niños, jóvenes y adultos en riesgo de exclusión social. La modernización del centro comunitario y el desarrollo del complejo del parque permitirán garantizar que la comunidad local tenga acceso a la infraestructura para el desarrollo de la vida socioeconómica, permitiendo así la realización de otras actividades de regeneración local.
