Głównym założeniem Projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji społecznych i osobistych, w tym wychowawczych oraz podniesienie poziomu kluczowych umiejętności pracowniczych 20 dorosłych osób (UP, 14 kobiet-K i 6 mężczyzn-M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym oraz ich najbliższego otoczenia(12 osób dorosłych: K-8, M-4 i 18 dzieci: K-10, M-8), mieszkających na obszarach rewitalizowanych Gminy Nowe w okresie od 01.01.2021 do 30.06.2022.Projekt zakłada kompleksowe wsparcie poprzez zrealizowanie Programu Aktywności Lokalnej (PAL) z zastosowaniem indywidualnej ścieżki rozwoju, z wykorzystaniem trzech różnych instrumentów aktywnej integracji z zakresu: aktywizacji społecznej (praca socjalna, warsztaty gospodarowania budżetem, poradnictwo specjalistyczne - Szkoła rodziców, warsztaty autoprezentacji z elementami savoir-vivre; aktywizacji społecznej o charakterze zdrowotnym (terapia psychospołeczna i psychoterapia dla osób uzależnionych); aktywizacji zawodowej (spotkania z doradcą zawodowym, szkolenia podnoszące kompetencje zawodowe, trener pracy dla osoby z niepełnosprawnością). Zajęcia aktywizujące będą prowadzone na zrewitalizowanym poddaszu Centrum Kultury Zamek w Nowem oraz jego fili w Rychławie. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa grupy docelowej poprzez nabycie umiejętności interpersonalnych i zawodowych, aktywne poszukiwanie pracy bądź otrzymanie zatrudnienia. W projekcie zaplanowano osiągnięcie wskaźników: efektywności społecznej na poziomie 34%, efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 25 %, efektywności społecznej dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami na poziomie 34 %, efektywności zawodowej dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami na poziomie 12%. The main objective of the project is to improve social and personal competences, including educational skills, and to raise the level of key labour skills of 20 adults (UP, 14 women-K and 6 men-M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion and their immediate environment(12 adults: K-8, M-4 and 18 children: K-10, M-8), living in the revitalised areas of the New Commune in the period from 01.01.2021 to 30.06.2022. The project assumes comprehensive support through the implementation of the Local Activity Programme (PAL) using an individual development path, using three different instruments of active inclusion in the field of: social activation (social work, budget management workshops, specialist counselling – parents’ school, self-presentation workshops with savoir-vivre elements; social activation of a health nature (psychosocial therapy and psychotherapy for addicts); professional activation (meetings with a career adviser, training to improve professional competences, a job trainer for a person with disabilities). Activation classes will be conducted in the revitalised attic of the Castle Culture Centre in Nowem and its subsidiaries in Rychław. The main result of the project will be the socio-occupational activation of the target group through the acquisition of interpersonal and professional skills, active job search or employment. The project plans to achieve indicators: social efficiency of 34 %, employment efficiency of 25 %, social efficiency for persons with disabilities at 34 %, professional efficiency for persons with disabilities at 12 %. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer les compétences sociales et personnelles, y compris en matière d’éducation, et d’augmenter le niveau des compétences clés du travail de 20 adultes (UP, 14 femmes-K et 6 hommes-M) exposés au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale et de leur environnement immédiat (12 adultes: K-8, M-4 et 18 enfants: K-10, M-8), vivant dans les zones revitalisées de la Nouvelle Commune au cours de la période allant du 01.01.2021 au 30.06.2022. Le projet bénéficie d’un soutien global par la mise en œuvre du Programme d’Activités Locales (PAL) sur une voie de développement individuelle, en utilisant trois instruments différents d’inclusion active dans le domaine: activation sociale (travail social, ateliers de gestion budgétaire, conseil spécialisé — école des parents, ateliers d’auto-représentation avec des éléments de savoir-vivre); activation sociale de nature sanitaire (thérapie psychosociale et psychothérapie pour les toxicomanes); activation professionnelle (réunions avec un conseiller de carrière, formation visant à améliorer les compétences professionnelles, formateur d’emploi pour une personne handicapée). Des cours d’activation seront organisés dans le grenier revitalisé du Château Culture Centre de Nowem et de ses filiales à Rychław. Le principal résultat du projet sera l’activation socioprofessionnelle du groupe cible par l’acquisition de compétences interpersonnelles et professionnelles, la recherche active d’emploi ou l’emploi. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die sozialen und persönlichen Kompetenzen, einschließlich der Bildungskompetenzen, zu verbessern und das Niveau der Schlüsselkompetenzen von 20 Erwachsenen (UP, 14 Frauen-K und 6 Männer-M) zu erhöhen, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung und ihrer unmittelbaren Umgebung bedroht sind(12 Erwachsene: K-8, M-4 und 18 Kinder: K-10, M-8), die in den Revitalisierungsgebieten der Neuen Kommune in der Zeit vom 01.01.2021 bis zum 30.6.2022 lebt. Das Projekt übernimmt eine umfassende Unterstützung durch die Umsetzung des lokalen Aktivitätsprogramms (PAL) auf einem individuellen Entwicklungspfad, wobei drei verschiedene Instrumente der aktiven Eingliederung im Bereich der folgenden Bereiche eingesetzt werden: soziale Aktivierung (Sozialarbeit, Workshops zur Haushaltsführung, Fachberatung – Elternschule, Selbstpräsentationsworkshops mit savoir-vivre Elementen; soziale Aktivierung gesundheitlicher Art (psychosoziale Therapie und Psychotherapie für Süchtige); berufliche Aktivierung (Sitzungen mit einem Berufsberater, Schulungen zur Verbesserung der beruflichen Kompetenzen, Berufsausbilder für Menschen mit Behinderungen). Aktivierungskurse werden auf dem neu belebten Dachboden des Schlosskulturzentrums in Nowem und seiner Tochtergesellschaften in Rychław durchgeführt. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist die sozioökonomische Aktivierung der Zielgruppe durch den Erwerb von zwischenmenschlichen und beruflichen Fähigkeiten, aktive Arbeitssuche oder Beschäftigung. Das Projekt beabsichtigt, Indikatoren zu erreichen: soziale Effizienz von 34 %, Beschäftigungseffizienz von 25 %, soziale Effizienz für Menschen mit Behinderungen mit 34 %, berufliche Effizienz für Menschen mit Behinderungen mit 12 %. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het verbeteren van sociale en persoonlijke competenties, met inbegrip van onderwijsvaardigheden, en het verhogen van het niveau van de belangrijkste arbeidsvaardigheden van 20 volwassenen (UP, 14 vrouwen-K en 6 mannen-M) die risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting en hun directe omgeving(12 volwassenen: K-8, M-4 en 18 kinderen: K-10, M-8), wonend in de gerevitaliseerde gebieden van de Nieuwe Commune in de periode van 01.01.2021 tot 30.06.2022. Het project gaat uit van een uitgebreide ondersteuning door de uitvoering van het Lokaal Activiteitenprogramma (PAL) door middel van een individueel ontwikkelingstraject, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van drie verschillende instrumenten voor actieve inclusie op het gebied van: sociale activering (sociaal werk, workshops voor begrotingsbeheer, gespecialiseerde begeleiding — oudersschool, zelfpresentatieworkshops met savoir-vivre-elementen; sociale activering van gezondheidskarakter (psychosociale therapie en psychotherapie voor verslaafden); beroepsactivering (vergaderingen met een loopbaanadviseur, opleiding ter verbetering van de beroepscompetenties, een opleider voor een persoon met een handicap). Activeringsklassen worden uitgevoerd op de gerevitaliseerde zolder van het Castle Culture Centre in Nowem en zijn dochterondernemingen in Rychław. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de sociaal-economische activering van de doelgroep door het verwerven van interpersoonlijke en professionele vaardigheden, actieve zoektocht naar werk of werk. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è migliorare le competenze sociali e personali, comprese le capacità educative, e aumentare il livello delle competenze professionali chiave di 20 adulti (UP, 14 donne-K e 6 uomini-M) a rischio di povertà o esclusione sociale e il loro ambiente immediato(12 adulti: K-8, M-4 e 18 bambini: K-10, M-8), che vive nelle aree rivitalizzate del Nuovo Comune nel periodo dal 01.01.2021 al 30.06.2022. Il progetto assume un ampio sostegno attraverso l'attuazione del Programma di Attività Locali (PAL) utilizzando un percorso di sviluppo individuale, utilizzando tre diversi strumenti di inclusione attiva nel campo di: attivazione sociale (lavoro sociale, seminari di gestione del bilancio, consulenza specialistica — scuola dei genitori, workshop di auto-presentazione con elementi savoir-vivre; attivazione sociale di natura sanitaria (terapia psicosociale e psicoterapia per i tossicodipendenti); attivazione professionale (riunioni con un consulente di carriera, formazione per migliorare le competenze professionali, un formatore di lavoro per una persona con disabilità). Le lezioni di attivazione saranno condotte nella soffitta rivitalizzata del Centro Cultura del Castello di Nowem e delle sue controllate a Rychław. Il principale risultato del progetto sarà l'attivazione socio-professionale del gruppo target attraverso l'acquisizione di competenze interpersonali e professionali, la ricerca attiva o l'occupazione. El principal objetivo del proyecto es mejorar las competencias sociales y personales, incluidas las capacidades educativas, y elevar el nivel de competencias laborales clave de 20 adultos (UP, 14 mujeres-K y 6 hombres-M) en riesgo de pobreza o exclusión social y su entorno inmediato(12 adultos: K-8, M-4 y 18 niños: K-10, M-8), que viven en las zonas revitalizadas de la Nueva Comuna en el período comprendido entre el 01.01.2021 y el 30.6.2022. El proyecto asume un apoyo integral a través de la ejecución del Programa de Actividad Local (PAL) a través de una trayectoria de desarrollo individual, utilizando tres instrumentos diferentes de inclusión activa en el campo de: activación social (trabajo social, talleres de gestión presupuestaria, asesoramiento especializado — escuela de padres, talleres de auto-presentación con elementos savoir-vivre; activación social de carácter sanitario (terapia psicosocial y psicoterapia para adictos); activación profesional (reuniones con un asesor profesional, formación para mejorar las competencias profesionales, un formador de empleo para una persona con discapacidad). Las clases de activación se llevarán a cabo en el ático revitalizado del Castle Culture Centre en Nowem y sus filiales en Rychław. El principal resultado del proyecto será la activación socioprofesional del grupo destinatario mediante la adquisición de competencias interpersonales y profesionales, la búsqueda activa de empleo o el empleo.
