Mając na uwadze potrzebę zapobiegania i zwalczania zakażeń COVID-19 w stacjonarnych podmiotach opieki długoterminowej, konieczne jest pilne podjęcie działań umożliwiających wdrożenie rozwiązań organizacyjno-finansowych w Zakładach Opiekuńczo-Leczniczych, Domach Pomocy Społecznej, Zakładach Pielęgnacyjno-Opiekuńczych, Hospicjach (w podmiotach udzielających świadczeń w trybie stacjonarnym) na czas COVID-19 (opracowanych przez Ministerstwo Zdrowia).Z uwagi na specyfikę zakładów opiekuńczo-leczniczych, domów pomocy społecznej, zakładów pielęgnacyjno-opiekuńczych i hospicjów, wprowadzony zostanie w ramach projektu system pracy ograniczony wyłącznie do jednego z wyżej wymienionych podmiotów. Pozwoli to zapobiegać transmisji wirusa SARS-CoV-2 i w znaczącym stopniu ograniczy możliwość zakażenia się pacjentów przebywających w tych podmiotach.Przedstawiany projekt jest ukierunkowany na ograniczenie negatywnych skutków wystąpienia COVID-19. Celem projektu jest wsparcie bezpieczeństwa pacjentów przebywających w zakładach opiekuńczoleczniczych, zakładach pielęgnacyjno-opiekuńczych i hospicjach (podmiotach udzielających świadczeń w trybie stacjonarnym) (ZOL/ZPO/hospicja) oraz mieszkańców domów pomocy społecznej (DPS), a także bezpieczeństwa personelu. Zaplanowano 2 nabory wniosków Rezultatem projektu będzie realizacja poniższych wskaźników:1. In view of the need to prevent and combat COVID-19 infections in residential long-term care entities, it is necessary to take urgent measures to implement organisational and financial arrangements in the care and treatment facilities, social care homes, nursing and care centres, hospices (in entities providing benefits in the physical mode) for the duration of COVID-19 (developed by the Ministry of Health).Because of the specificities of care and care institutions, welfare homes, nursing and care institutions and hospices, the project will introduce a work system limited to only one of the above-mentioned entities. Compte tenu de la nécessité de prévenir et de combattre les infections liées à la COVID-19 dans les entités de soins résidentiels de longue durée, il est nécessaire de prendre des mesures urgentes pour mettre en œuvre des dispositions organisationnelles et financières dans les établissements de soins et de traitement, les foyers de soins sociaux, les centres de soins infirmiers et de soins, les hospices (dans les entités fournissant des prestations en mode physique) pour la durée de la COVID-19 (développé par le ministère de la santé). Angesichts der Notwendigkeit, COVID-19-Infektionen in Einrichtungen der Langzeitpflege zu verhindern und zu bekämpfen, müssen dringend Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, um organisatorische und finanzielle Vorkehrungen in den Pflege- und Behandlungseinrichtungen, in Sozialheimen, Pflege- und Pflegezentren, Hospien (in Einrichtungen, die Leistungen im physischen Modus erbringen) für die Dauer von COVID-19 (entwickelt vom Gesundheitsministerium) umzusetzen. Aufgrund der Besonderheiten von Pflege- und Pflegeeinrichtungen, Sozialheimen, Pflege- und Pflegeeinrichtungen und Hospien wird das Projekt ein auf nur eine der oben genannten Einrichtungen beschränktes Arbeitssystem einführen. Dies wird die Übertragung des SARS-CoV-2-Virus verhindern und die Möglichkeit einer Infektion von Patienten in SARS-CoV-2 erheblich verringern.Das vorgeschlagene Projekt zielt darauf ab, die negativen Auswirkungen von COVID-19 zu verringern. Gezien de noodzaak om COVID-19-infecties in residentiële entiteiten voor langdurige zorg te voorkomen en te bestrijden, moeten dringend maatregelen worden genomen om organisatorische en financiële regelingen ten uitvoer te leggen in de zorg- en behandelingsfaciliteiten, sociale zorginstellingen, verpleeg- en zorgcentra, hospices (in entiteiten die uitkeringen in de fysieke modus verstrekken) voor de duur van COVID-19 (ontwikkeld door het ministerie van Volksgezondheid). Vanwege de specifieke kenmerken van zorg- en zorginstellingen, verzorgingstehuizen, verpleeg- en zorginstellingen en hospices zal het project een werksysteem invoeren dat beperkt is tot slechts één van de bovengenoemde entiteiten. Dit zal de overdracht van SARS-CoV-2-virus voorkomen en de kans op besmetting van patiënten in SARS-CoV-2 aanzienlijk verminderen. Habida cuenta de la necesidad de prevenir y combatir las infecciones por COVID-19 en las entidades residenciales de cuidados de larga duración, es necesario adoptar medidas urgentes para aplicar medidas organizativas y financieras en los centros de atención y tratamiento, los centros de asistencia social, los centros de enfermería y asistencia, los hospicios (en entidades que ofrecen prestaciones en modo físico) durante la duración de la COVID-19 (desarrollado por el Ministerio de Sanidad).
