Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie pruszkowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 44% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji, tj. osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami, a także przez 59,5% osób niekwalifikujących się do żadnej z wymienionych grup podejmujących zatrudnienie, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowy Urzędzie Pracy w Pruszkowie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia bez pracy, w tym w szczególności, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Pruszkowie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Prussian district. The main result of the project will be 44 % of the most vulnerable, i.e. people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, as well as 59.5 % of those who are not eligible for any of the listed groups taking up employment registered with the District Labour Office in Pruszków. The project will support people under the age of 30 without a job, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (so-called NEETs). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office in Pruszków will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district prussien. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 44 % des personnes les plus vulnérables, à savoir les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées, ainsi que 59,5 % des personnes qui ne sont éligibles à aucun des groupes énumérés qui occupent un emploi enregistré auprès du bureau du travail du district de Pruszków. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans sans emploi, notamment celles qui ne participent pas à l’éducation et à la formation (les NEET). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, le bureau du travail de Poviat à Pruszków mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im preußischen Bezirk arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 44 % der am stärksten gefährdeten Personen sein, d. h. Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, Geringqualifizierte sowie 59,5 % der Personen, die nicht für eine der aufgeführten Gruppen in Anspruch genommen werden, die beim Bezirksarbeitsamt in Pruszków eine Beschäftigung aufnehmen. Das Projekt wird Menschen unter 30 Jahren ohne Arbeit unterstützen, insbesondere diejenigen, die nicht an der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung teilnehmen (sogenannte NEET). Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird das Arbeitsamt Poviat in Pruszków entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren onder de 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in het Pruisische district. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is 44 % van de meest kwetsbaren, d.w.z. mensen met een handicap, langdurig werklozen, laaggeschoolden en 59,5 % van degenen die niet in aanmerking komen voor een van de in de lijst opgenomen groepen die in dienst treden bij het arbeidsbureau van het district Pruszków. Het project ondersteunt mensen jonger dan 30 jaar die geen baan hebben, met name degenen die niet deelnemen aan onderwijs en opleiding (zogenaamde NEET’s). In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal het arbeidsbureau van Poviat in Pruszków naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per i giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni disoccupati nel distretto prussiano. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà il 44 % delle persone più vulnerabili, vale a dire le persone con disabilità, i disoccupati di lunga durata, le persone poco qualificate, nonché il 59,5 % di coloro che non hanno diritto a nessuno dei gruppi elencati che hanno assunto un'occupazione registrata presso l'ufficio del lavoro distrettuale di Pruszków. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età inferiore ai 30 anni senza lavoro, in particolare quelle che non partecipano all'istruzione e alla formazione (i cosiddetti NEET). Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, l'Ufficio del lavoro Poviat di Pruszków effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo para los jóvenes menores de 30 años que están desempleados en el distrito prusiano. El principal resultado del proyecto será el 44 % de los más vulnerables, es decir, las personas con discapacidad, los desempleados de larga duración, los poco cualificados, así como el 59,5 % de las personas que no tienen derecho a ninguno de los grupos enumerados que se incorporan a un empleo inscrito en la Oficina de Trabajo del Distrito de Pruszków. El proyecto apoyará a las personas menores de 30 años sin empleo, en particular a aquellas que no participan en la educación y la formación (los llamados ninis). En el marco del proyecto, para cada participante, la presentación de una oferta específica de activación profesional irá precedida de un análisis de las competencias, aptitudes y problemas profesionales del participante en cuestión. Sobre esta base, la Oficina del Trabajo de Poviat en Pruszków llevará a cabo los servicios y los instrumentos del mercado de trabajo debidamente seleccionados a que se refiere la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral.
