Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osóbdo 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie staszowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum 44% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskim kwalifikacjami) oraz minimum 59,5% osób niekwalifikujących się do żadnej powyższej grupy docelowej wśród osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osobydo 29 roku życia. Projekt zapewnia możliwość skorzystania ze wsparcia byłym uczestnikom projektów z zakresu wyłączenia społecznego realizowanego w ramach celu tematycznego 9 w RPO oraz współpracuje w tym zakresie z działającymi na obszarze realizacji projektu instytucjami pomocy i integracji społecznej. Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na jej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. W ramach projektu urząd będzie kierował osoby bezrobotne na indywidualne szkolenia, które będą odpowiadały bieżącym potrzebom rynku pracy.Szkolenia będą zgodne ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i potencjałem uczestnika oraz zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami właściwego lub regionalnego rynku pracy. Efektem takich szkoleń będzie uzyskanie kwalifikacji, bądź nabycia kompetencji w rozumieniu Wytycznych w zakresie monitorowania postępu rzeczowego realizacji programów operacyjnych na lata 2014-2020. The project aims to increase employment opportunities for people up to the age of 29 who are unemployed in the district of Staszów. The main result of the project will be to employ a minimum of 44 % of the most vulnerable people in the labour market (disabled people, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled) and a minimum of 59.5 % of those not eligible for any of the above target groups among those registered in the PLO. The project will support people up to the age of 29. The project provides the possibility of benefiting from the support of former participants of projects from the scope of social exclusion implemented under thematic objective 9 in the ROP and cooperates in this respect with institutions operating in the project implementation area of social assistance and integration. For each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, aptitudes and professional problems. On its basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. As part of the project, the Office will direct unemployed people to individual trainings that will meet the current needs of the labour market. Trainings will be in accordance with the diagnosed needs and potential of the participant and the diagnosed needs of the relevant or regional labour market. The effect of such training will be to obtain qualifications or acquire competences within the meaning of the Guidelines for monitoring the physical progress of the operational programmes 2014-2020. Le projet vise à accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes jusqu’à l’âge de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Staszów. Le principal résultat du projet sera d’employer au moins 44 % des personnes les plus vulnérables sur le marché du travail (personnes handicapées, chômeurs de longue durée, peu qualifiés) et un minimum de 59,5 % des personnes qui ne sont pas éligibles à l’un des groupes cibles susmentionnés parmi les personnes inscrites à l’OLP. Le projet soutiendra des personnes jusqu’à l’âge de 29 ans. Le projet offre la possibilité de bénéficier du soutien d’anciens participants à des projets relevant du champ d’application de l’exclusion sociale mis en œuvre au titre de l’objectif thématique 9 dans le ROP et coopère à cet égard avec les institutions opérant dans le domaine de la mise en œuvre du projet d’assistance et d’intégration sociales. Pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur sa base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Dans le cadre du projet, l’Office dirigera les chômeurs vers des formations individuelles répondant aux besoins actuels du marché du travail, en fonction des besoins diagnostiqués et du potentiel du participant et des besoins diagnostiqués du marché du travail pertinent ou régional. Cette formation aura pour effet d’obtenir des qualifications ou d’acquérir des compétences au sens des lignes directrices pour le suivi de l’avancement physique des programmes opérationnels 2014-2020. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Personen bis zum Alter von 29 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Bezirk Staszów arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Beschäftigung von mindestens 44 % der am stärksten gefährdeten Menschen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt (Behinderte, Langzeitarbeitslose, Geringqualifizierte) und mindestens 59,5 % der Personen, die nicht für eine der oben genannten Zielgruppen unter den im PLO registrierten Zielgruppen in Frage kommen. Das Projekt wird Menschen bis zum Alter von 29 Jahren unterstützen. Das Projekt bietet die Möglichkeit, ehemalige Teilnehmer von Projekten aus dem Anwendungsbereich der sozialen Ausgrenzung zu unterstützen, die im Rahmen des thematischen Ziels 9 im Rahmen des ROP durchgeführt werden, und arbeitet in diesem Zusammenhang mit Einrichtungen zusammen, die im Bereich Sozialhilfe und Integration tätig sind. Für jeden Teilnehmer wird ein spezifisches Angebot zur beruflichen Aktivierung vorgelegt, dem eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers vorausgeht. Auf seiner Grundlage wird die PLO angemessen ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Die Ausbildung erfolgt entsprechend dem diagnostizierten Bedarf und dem Potenzial des Teilnehmers und dem diagnostizierten Bedarf des relevanten oder regionalen Arbeitsmarktes. Diese Ausbildung wird dazu führen, Qualifikationen zu erwerben oder Kompetenzen im Sinne der Leitlinien für die Überwachung des physischen Fortschritts der operationellen Programme 2014-2020 zu erwerben. Het project heeft tot doel de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor mensen tot 29 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Staszów. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is dat minimaal 44 % van de meest kwetsbare personen op de arbeidsmarkt (gehandicapten, langdurig werklozen, laaggeschoolden) en minimaal 59,5 % van de personen die niet in aanmerking komen voor een van de bovengenoemde doelgroepen onder de PLO’s in dienst wordt genomen. Het project zal mensen tot 29 jaar ondersteunen. Het project biedt de mogelijkheid om te profiteren van de steun van voormalige deelnemers aan projecten van het toepassingsgebied van sociale uitsluiting die worden uitgevoerd in het kader van thematische doelstelling 9 in het ROP en werkt in dit verband samen met instellingen die actief zijn op het gebied van sociale bijstand en integratie van het project. Voor elke deelnemer wordt een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de deelnemer. Op basis daarvan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. In het kader van het project zal het Bureau werklozen naar individuele opleidingen leiden die tegemoet komen aan de huidige behoeften van de arbeidsmarkt. De opleidingen zullen in overeenstemming zijn met de gediagnosticeerde behoeften en mogelijkheden van de deelnemer en de gediagnosticeerde behoeften van de relevante of regionale arbeidsmarkt. Deze opleiding zal leiden tot het verwerven van kwalificaties of het verwerven van competenties in de zin van de richtsnoeren voor het toezicht op de fysieke vooruitgang van de operationele programma’s 2014-2020. Il progetto mira ad aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per le persone fino a 29 anni che sono disoccupate nel distretto di Staszów. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà quello di impiegare almeno il 44 % delle persone più vulnerabili sul mercato del lavoro (persone disabili, disoccupati di lunga durata, scarsamente qualificati) e un minimo del 59,5 % di coloro che non possono beneficiare di nessuno dei suddetti gruppi target tra quelli iscritti all'OLP. Il progetto sosterrà persone fino a 29 anni. Il progetto offre la possibilità di beneficiare del sostegno degli ex partecipanti ai progetti nell'ambito dell'esclusione sociale attuato nell'ambito dell'obiettivo tematico 9 del POR e coopera in tal senso con le istituzioni che operano nel settore dell'assistenza sociale e dell'integrazione nell'attuazione del progetto. Per ogni partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante. Sulla sua base, l'OLP eseguirà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. Nell'ambito del progetto, l'Ufficio dirigerà i disoccupati verso formazioni individuali che rispondano alle esigenze attuali del mercato del lavoro. Le formazioni saranno conformi alle esigenze diagnosticate e alle potenzialità del partecipante e alle esigenze diagnosticate del mercato del lavoro pertinente o regionale. Tale formazione avrà l'effetto di ottenere qualifiche o acquisire competenze ai sensi degli orientamenti per il monitoraggio dei progressi fisici dei programmi operativi 2014-2020. (Italian)

El proyecto tiene por objeto aumentar las oportunidades de empleo de las personas de hasta 29 años que están desempleadas en el distrito de Staszów. El principal resultado del proyecto será emplear a un mínimo del 44 % de las personas más vulnerables en el mercado laboral (discapacitados, desempleados de larga duración, personas poco cualificadas) y un mínimo del 59,5 % de las personas que no pueden optar a ninguno de los grupos destinatarios mencionados entre los inscritos en la OLP. El proyecto apoyará a personas de hasta 29 años. El proyecto ofrece la posibilidad de beneficiarse del apoyo de antiguos participantes en proyectos del ámbito de la exclusión social ejecutado en el marco del objetivo temático 9 del ROP y coopera a este respecto con las instituciones que operan en el ámbito de ejecución del proyecto de asistencia social e integración. Para cada participante, la presentación de una oferta específica de activación profesional irá precedida de un análisis de las habilidades, aptitudes y problemas profesionales del participante. Sobre su base, la OLP llevará a cabo servicios e instrumentos del mercado de trabajo debidamente seleccionados a los que se hace referencia en la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral. Como parte del proyecto, la Oficina dirigirá a las personas desempleadas a formaciones individuales que satisfagan las necesidades actuales del mercado de trabajo. La capacitación se ajustará a las necesidades y el potencial diagnosticados del participante y a las necesidades diagnosticadas del mercado laboral pertinente o regional. El efecto de dicha formación será obtener cualificaciones o adquirir competencias en el sentido de las Directrices para el seguimiento del progreso físico de los programas operativos 2014-2020.
