Istotą projektu jest przebudowa budynku Niepublicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania piętra i poddasza na mieszkania socjalne. Dzięki realizacji projektu nastąpi ożywienie obszaru rewitalizacji poprzez wielopłaszczyznowe działania na rzecz lokalnej społeczności, przestrzeni i gospodarki. Realizacji głównego zamierzenia, a także osiągnięciu zakładanych efektów rewitalizacji przysłużą się następujące efekty: oddziaływanie projektu na lokalizowanie w obszarze rewitalizowanym nowych podmiotów gospodarczych i nowych miejsc pracy; zapobieganie wykluczeniu społecznemu; poprawa estetyki przestrzeni publicznej; wyprowadzenie obszaru rewitalizowanego ze stanu kryzysowego, w szczególności poprzez nadania mu nowej jakości funkcjonalnej. Projekt jest w pełni gotowy do realizacji pod względem formalno-prawnym (posiada pozwolenie na budowę) Nad całością prac budowlanych czuwać będzie inspektor nadzoru.Projekt ze względu na swoją specyfikę będzie miał charakter stacjonarny.Inwestycja będzie także promowana poprzez ustawienie tablic informacyjnych na obszarze realizacji projektu. The following effects will be used to achieve the main objective, as well as to achieve the expected effects of the revitalisation: the impact of the project on location in the revitalised area of new economic operators and new jobs; preventing social exclusion; improving the aesthetics of public spaces; removing the revitalised area from the crisis, in particular by giving it a new functional quality. L’essentiel du projet est la transformation du bâtiment du Département de la santé publique ainsi que le changement d’utilisation du plancher et du grenier en logements sociaux. Le projet revitalisera la zone de revitalisation par des actions multidimensionnelles au profit de la communauté locale, de l’espace et de l’économie. Les effets suivants bénéficieront de la réalisation de l’objectif principal, ainsi que des effets escomptés de la revitalisation: l’impact du projet sur la localisation de nouveaux opérateurs économiques et la création d’emplois dans la zone revitalisée; la prévention de l’exclusion sociale; l’amélioration de l’esthétique des espaces publics; retirer la zone revitalisée de l’état de crise, notamment en lui conférant une nouvelle qualité fonctionnelle. Le projet est entièrement prêt à être mis en œuvre en termes formels et juridiques (avec un permis de construire) sur l’ensemble des travaux de construction sera supervisé par l’inspecteur de surveillance. Das Wesentliche des Projekts ist die Umwandlung des Gebäudes der Abteilung für Nicht-Öffentliches Gesundheitswesen zusammen mit der Änderung der Nutzung des Bodens und des Dachbodens in Sozialwohnungen. Das Projekt wird das Revitalisierungsgebiet durch facettenreiche Maßnahmen zum Nutzen der lokalen Gemeinschaft, des Weltraums und der Wirtschaft neu beleben. Die folgenden Auswirkungen werden von der Umsetzung des Hauptziels sowie den erwarteten Auswirkungen der Wiederbelebung profitieren: die Auswirkungen des Projekts auf die Lokalisierung neuer Wirtschaftsteilnehmer und neue Arbeitsplätze im neu belebten Gebiet; Verhinderung der sozialen Ausgrenzung; Verbesserung der Ästhetik des öffentlichen Raums; Beseitigung des wiederbelebten Gebiets aus dem Krisenzustand, insbesondere durch eine neue funktionale Qualität. Das Projekt ist vollständig in formaler und rechtlicher Hinsicht (erhält eine Baugenehmigung) über die gesamten Bauarbeiten bereit, wird vom Aufsichtsinspektor überwacht. Das Projekt wird aufgrund seiner Spezifität stationär sein. Die Investition wird auch durch die Einrichtung von Informationstafeln im Projektbereich gefördert. (German)

De essentie van het project is de ombouw van het gebouw van de afdeling Niet-openbare gezondheidszorg samen met de verandering van het gebruik van de vloer en de zolder naar sociale huisvesting. Het project zal het revitaliseringsgebied nieuw leven inblazen door middel van veelzijdige acties ten behoeve van de lokale gemeenschap, de ruimte en de economie. De volgende effecten zullen baat hebben bij de verwezenlijking van het hoofddoel en de verwachte effecten van revitalisering: de impact van het project op de lokalisatie van nieuwe marktdeelnemers en nieuwe banen in het vernieuwde gebied; het voorkomen van sociale uitsluiting; verbetering van de esthetiek van openbare ruimten; het gerevitaliseerde gebied uit de crisis te halen, met name door het een nieuwe functionele kwaliteit te geven. Het project is volledig klaar om formeel en juridisch uitgevoerd te worden (heeft een bouwvergunning) over de gehele bouwwerkzaamheden zal worden gecontroleerd door de toezichthoudende inspecteur. Het project zal vanwege zijn specificiteit stilstaan. De investering zal ook worden bevorderd door het opzetten van informatieborden in het projectgebied. (Dutch)

L'essenza del progetto è la conversione dell'edificio del Dipartimento sanitario non pubblico insieme al cambiamento dell'uso del pavimento e della soffitta in alloggi sociali. Il progetto rivitalizzerà l'area di rivitalizzazione attraverso azioni poliedriche a beneficio della comunità locale, dello spazio e dell'economia. I seguenti effetti beneficeranno dell'attuazione dell'obiettivo principale e degli effetti attesi della rivitalizzazione: l'impatto del progetto sulla localizzazione di nuovi operatori economici e nuovi posti di lavoro nell'area rivitalizzata; prevenire l'esclusione sociale; migliorare l'estetica degli spazi pubblici; rimuovere l'area rivitalizzata dallo stato di crisi, in particolare conferendole una nuova qualità funzionale. Il progetto è pienamente pronto per essere attuato in termini formali e giuridici (ha un permesso di costruzione) sull'intero lavoro di costruzione sarà supervisionato dall'ispettore di supervisione. La esencia del proyecto es la conversión del edificio del Departamento de Salud no Pública junto con el cambio del uso del suelo y el ático en viviendas sociales. El proyecto revitalizará el área de revitalización mediante acciones polifacéticas en beneficio de la comunidad local, el espacio y la economía. Los siguientes efectos se beneficiarán de la aplicación del objetivo principal, así como de los efectos previstos de la revitalización: el impacto del proyecto en la localización de nuevos operadores económicos y nuevos puestos de trabajo en la zona revitalizada; prevención de la exclusión social; mejorar la estética de los espacios públicos; eliminar la zona revitalizada del estado de crisis, en particular dándole una nueva calidad funcional. El proyecto está totalmente listo para ser ejecutado en términos formales y legales (con permiso de construcción) durante la totalidad de las obras de construcción será supervisada por el inspector supervisor, el proyecto estará estacionario debido a su especificidad.
