Projekt realizowany na terenie gminy Drawno w trzech lokalizacjach: Drawno obszar 2, Niemieńsku i Świeciechowie. W ramach projektu powstanie świetlica wiejska w Niemieńsku służącej również jako klub seniora, odnowienie Alei Kasztanowej oraz zagospodarowanie nadbrzeża nad jeziorem Grażyna i nadanie mu nowych funkcji. W efekcie powstaną 3 zrewitalizowane obszary o łącznym obszarze 0,57 ha. Działaniami rewitalizacyjnymi zostanie objętych 922 mieszkańców z obszarów rewitalizacji. W rezultacie powstanie 1 miejsce pracy w wymiarze 1 etatu. Etapami rzeczowymi i realizacyjnymi proj.będą:1)dokumentacja projektowa-studium wykonalności,2) dokumentacja techniczna w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj, 3) działania inwestycyjne obejmujące budowę świetlicy wiejskiej wraz z wyposażeniem, odnowienie Alei Kasztanowej na miejsce rekreacji, integracji i wypoczynku, zagospodarowanie terenu nad jeziorem Grażyna i nadanie mu nowych funkcji integracyjnych, rekreacyjnych i wypoczynkowych, 4)Wydatki na usługi dotyczące czynności w procesie budowlanym i zarządzanie, w tym:nadzór inwestorski oraz rozliczenie proj. Etap 4)to promocja projektu-wykonanie tablic informacyjnych. Projekt będzie stacjonarny, bowiem określono jego lokalizację. Inwestycja realizowana jest na obszarze Chronionego Krajobrazu (Choszczno-Drawno), Obszar Specjalnej Ochrony PLB320016 Lasy Puszczy nad Drawą oraz otulina Drawieńskiego Parku Narodowego oraz ostoi siedliskowej „Jezioro Lubie i Dolina Drawy”. Zadania projektowe stanowią kompleksową realizację działań wytypowanych w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji Gminy Drawno w celu rewitalizacji obszarów zdegradowanych jako zintegrowane przedsięwzięcia dotyczące wszystkich aspektów rewitalizacji danego obszaru. Projekt przyczynia się do zaspokojenia potrzeb grup docelowych. Realizacja zdań odbędzie się w gminie w której rozpoznano 6 deficytów w ramach Specjalnej Strefy Włączenia (tabela 3). (Polish)

Projet mis en œuvre dans la municipalité de Drawno en trois endroits: Drawno zone 2, allemand et Świeciechów. Projekt in der Gemeinde Drawno an drei Standorten durchgeführt: Drawno Bereich 2, Deutsch und Świeciechów. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird in Niemieńsk ein Gemeindezentrum geschaffen, das auch als Senior Club, die Erneuerung der Kashtan Avenue und die Entwicklung der Uferpromenade am Grażyna-See dient und ihm neue Funktionen verleiht. Infolgedessen werden 3 Revitalisierungsflächen mit einer Gesamtfläche von 0,57 ha geschaffen. Die Wiederbelebungsmaßnahmen werden 922 Einwohner aus den Regenerationsgebieten abdecken. Als Ergebnis wird 1 Job auf 1 Post erstellt. Die Material- und Durchführungsphasen des Projekts werden sein: 1) Entwurfsdokumentation-Machbarkeitsstudie, 2) technische Dokumentation in der Formel-Design und -Bau, 3) Investitionstätigkeiten mit dem Bau eines ländlichen Gemeindezentrums mit Ausrüstung, die Erneuerung der Kaschtan Avenue an den Ort der Erholung, Integration und Erholung, Entwicklung des Gebiets am Grażyna See und gibt ihm neue Integration, Freizeit- und Freizeitfunktionen, 4) Ausgaben für Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Aktivitäten im Bauprozess und Management, in tym:nadzór Investor und Projektabwicklung. Das Projekt trägt dazu bei, den Bedürfnissen der Zielgruppen gerecht zu werden. Progetto realizzato nel comune di Drawno in tre sedi: Drawno area 2, tedesco e Świeciechów. Nell'ambito del progetto verrà creato un centro comunitario a Niemieńsk, che funge anche da club senior, il rinnovo dell'Avenida Kashtan e lo sviluppo del lungomare sul lago Grażyna e le nuove funzioni.
