Animacja wpływać będzie na mieszkańców, w taki sposób, aby czuli się oni kreatorami zmian i utożsamiali się z nimi, poprzez możliwość partycypowania w podejmowaniu istotnych dla projektu decyzji. Proj. przygotuje i pobudzi społeczności do aktywnego uczestnictwa w kształtowaniu i budowaniu lokalnego systemu wsparcia.Celem działań będzie wywołanie i przeprowadzenie „pozytywnej zmiany” w społeczności lokalnej.
