Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny. Projekt polega na termomodernizacji budynku Przychodni Kolejowej przy ul. Adama Mickiewicza 18 w Stargardzie. Zakres planowanych prac jest szerszy niż koszty kwalifikowalne (KK) projektu. Podyktowane jest to potrzebami i problemami zidentyfikowanymi w budynku oraz racjonalnością wykonania prac przez jednego wykonawcę w jednym czasie. Kwalifikowalny zakres projektu wynika z audytu energetycznego oraz audytu oświetlenia wbudowanego wykonanych dla budynku i jest z nimi zgodny. W ramach KK planuje się wykonanie poniższych prac: 1. Usprawnienie instalacji grzewczej 2. Docieplenie - ściana zewnętrzna 3. Docieplenie - strop przy przepływie ciepła z dołu do góry 4. Wymiana stolarki drzwiowej 5. Wymiana stolarki okiennej 6. Docieplenie - ściana zewnętrzna 7. Usprawnienie wentylacji 8. Docieplenie - dach II piętra 9. Docieplenie - podłoga na gruncie 10. Usprawnienie instalacji podgrzewania c.w.u. 11. Docieplenie - ściana w gruncie 12. Wymiana oświetlenia i montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych o łącznej mocy 2,5 kW. W ramach projektu planuje się ponadto wykonanie m.in. prac remontowych wewnątrz budynku, wymianę pokrycia dachu, wyburzenie parterowej przybudówki – będą to koszty niekwalifikowalne. The project is stationary. The project consists of the thermomodernisation of the Railway Clinic building at ul. Adam Mickiewicz 18 in Stargard. The scope of the planned work is broader than the eligible costs (KK) of the project. This is due to the needs and problems identified in the building and the rationality of the execution of the work by one contractor at one time. The eligible scope of the project results from energy audit and built-in lighting audit for the building and is compatible with them. The KK is planning to carry out the following work: 1. Improvement of heating installation 2. Warming – outer wall 3. Warming – ceiling with heat flow from the bottom to the top 4. Replacement of door carpentry 5. Replacement of window carpentry 6. Warming – outer wall 7. Improved ventilation 8. Warming – the roof of the second floor 9. Warming – floor on the ground 10. Improvement of heating installation 11. Warming – a wall in the ground 12. Replacement of lighting and installation of photovoltaic panels with a total power of 2.5 kW. The project also plans to perform, among others, renovation works inside the building, replacement of the roof covering, demolition of a one-storey annex – these will be ineligible. Le projet est stationnaire. Le projet consiste en la thermomodernisation du bâtiment de la clinique ferroviaire à ul. Adam Mickiewicz 18 à Stargard. La portée des travaux prévus est plus large que les coûts éligibles (KK) du projet. Cela est dicté par les besoins et les problèmes identifiés dans le bâtiment et par la rationalité de l’exécution des travaux par un seul entrepreneur à la fois. Le champ d’application éligible du projet résulte de l’audit énergétique et de l’audit d’éclairage intégré réalisé pour le bâtiment et est conforme à celui-ci. Das Projekt ist stationär. Das Projekt besteht in der Thermomodernisierung des Eisenbahnklinikgebäudes in ul. Adam Mickiewicz 18 in Stargard. Der Umfang der geplanten Arbeiten ist größer als die förderfähigen Kosten (KK) des Projekts. Dies ergibt sich aus den im Gebäude ermittelten Bedürfnissen und Problemen und der Rationalität der Ausführung der Arbeiten durch einen Auftragnehmer auf einmal. Der förderfähige Umfang des Projekts ergibt sich und steht im Einklang mit dem Energieaudit und dem eingebauten Lichtaudit für das Gebäude. Die KK plant die Durchführung folgender Arbeiten: 1. Verbesserung des Heizsystems 2. Erwärmung – Außenwand 3. Erwärmung – die Decke an der Wärmeströmung von unten nach oben 4. Ersatz der Türtischlerie 5. Ersatz der Fenstertischlerie 6. Erwärmung – Außenwand 7. Verbesserung der Lüftung 8. Erwärmung – Dach der zweiten Etage 9. Erwärmung – Boden auf dem Boden 10. Verbesserung der Heizungsanlage von Warmwasser 11. Erwärmung – Wand im Boden 12. Austausch von Beleuchtung und Installation von Photovoltaik-Panels mit einer Gesamtleistung von 2,5 kW. Das Projekt plant auch, unter anderem Renovierungsarbeiten im Inneren des Gebäudes durchzuführen, die Dachbedeckung zu ersetzen, das Erdgeschossgebäude abzubauen – dies sind nicht zuschussfähige Kosten. Het project is stil. Het project bestaat uit thermomodernisering van het spoorwegkliniekgebouw in ul. Adam Mickiewicz 18 in Stargard. Het toepassingsgebied van de geplande werkzaamheden is ruimer dan de subsidiabele kosten (KK) van het project. Dit wordt bepaald door de behoeften en problemen die in het gebouw zijn vastgesteld en de rationaliteit van de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden door één contractant tegelijk. De subsidiabele reikwijdte van het project is het resultaat van en is consistent met de energieaudit en de ingebouwde verlichtingsaudit die voor het gebouw is uitgevoerd. De KK is van plan de volgende werkzaamheden uit te voeren: 1. Verbetering van het verwarmingssysteem 2. Opwarming — buitenmuur 3. Opwarming — het plafond bij de warmtestroom van de bodem naar de top 4. Vervanging van deurschrijnwerk 5. Vervanging van raamschrijnwerk 6. Opwarming — buitenmuur 7. Verbetering van de ventilatie 8. Opwarming — dak van de tweede verdieping 9. Opwarming — verdieping op begane grond 10. Verbetering van de verwarmingsinstallatie van warm water 11. Warming — muur in de grond 12. Il progetto è fermo. Il progetto consiste nella termomodernizzazione dell'edificio della clinica ferroviaria a ul. Adam Mickiewicz 18 a Stargard. La portata dei lavori previsti è più ampia dei costi ammissibili (KK) del progetto. Ciò è dettato dalle esigenze e dai problemi individuati nell'edificio e dalla razionalità dell'esecuzione dei lavori da parte di un imprenditore alla volta. L'ambito di applicazione ammissibile del progetto risulta dall'audit energetico e dall'audit di illuminazione integrato effettuato per l'edificio ed è coerente con quest'ultimo. La KK prevede di eseguire i seguenti lavori: 1. Miglioramento dell'impianto di riscaldamento 2. Riscaldamento — parete esterna 3. Riscaldamento — il soffitto al flusso di calore dal basso verso la parte superiore 4. Sostituzione della falegnameria 5. Sostituzione della falegnameria 6. Riscaldamento — parete esterna 7.
