Przedmiotem projektu są prace termomodernizacyjne przy przegrodach zewnętrznych budynku Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego im. Jana Brzechwy w Pyrzycach (który nie jest budynkiem zabytkowym oraz nie jest objęty ochroną konserwatora zabytków), zlokalizowanego przy ul. Słowackiego 1, 74 - 200 Pyrzyce, na działce nr 117, obręb 12 (co oznacza, że projekt ma charakter stacjonarny). Realizacja niniejszego projektu składa się zatem z takich zadań, jak: I. Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej, w tym: wykonanie audytu energetycznego i inwentaryzacji budynku, wykonanie Studium Wykonalności inwestycji, ekspertyza ornitologa i chiropterologiczna, dokumentacja projektowa, celem rzetelnego zweryfikowania zakresu realizacji przedsięwzięcia i zidentyfikowania wszystkich niezbędnych do wykonania w jego ramach prac, a także celem umożliwienia pozyskania na realizację projektowanego przedsięwzięcia środków unijnych dostępnych w ramach 2.5 Modernizacja energetyczna obiektów użyteczności publicznej, RPO Zachodniopomorskiego na lata 2014-2020. II. Roboty termomodernizacyjne budynku SOSW w Pyrzycach, uwzględniające: ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych (w kontakcie z gruntem i powietrzem zewnętrznym) oraz ocieplenie stropodachów. III. Nadzór inwestorski, który będzie miał na celu kontrolę nad prawidłowym wykonaniem wszystkich zaplanowanych w projektowanym przedsięwzięciu prac. IV. Działania promocyjne polegające na właściwym oznaczeniu miejsca realizacji projektu oraz dokumentach i materiałach, które powstaną w związku z jego realizacją, informacją o współfinansowaniu projektu przez UE, a także umieszczeniu opisu wdrażanego projektu na stronie WWW Powiatu Pyrzyckiego. Projekt będzie realizowany przez Powiat Pyrzycki (przy wsparciu merytorycznym nadzoru inwestorskiego wyłonionego w ramach przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia), na rzecz Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego im. The subject of the project is thermal modernisation works on the outer partitions of the Jan Brzechwa Special Education and Education Centre building in Pyrzyce (which is not a historic building and is not protected by the conservation of monuments), located at ul. Słowackiego 1, 74-200 Pyrzyce, on plot no. 117, perimeter 12 (which means that the project is stationary). The implementation of this project therefore consists of tasks such as: I. Development of design documentation, including: implementation of the energy audit and inventory of the building, execution of the project feasibility study, ornithologist and chiropterological expertise, project documentation, in order to accurately verify the scope of implementation of the project and to identify all necessary works for the implementation of the project, as well as to enable the acquisition of EU funds available under 2.5 Energy modernisation of public utility facilities, the West Pomeranian RPO for the years 2014-2020. II. Thermal modernisation works of the SOSW building in Pyrzyce, taking into account: warming of the outer walls (in contact with ground and external air) and warming of stropodache. III. Investor supervision, which will control the proper execution of all planned works planned in the project. IV. Promotional activities consisting of appropriate designation of the place of implementation of the project, documents and materials which will be created in connection with its implementation, information on EU co-financing of the project, as well as placing a description of the implemented project on the website of the Pyrzycki County District. The project will be implemented by Powiat Pyrzycki (with the support of the substantive investor supervision selected within the framework of the project), for the Jan Brzechwa Special Education and Education Centre in Pyrzyce, which will manage the resulting implementation of the project. L’objet du projet est d’effectuer des travaux de thermomodernisation sur les cloisons extérieures de l’école spéciale et du centre d’éducation Jan Brzechwa de Pyrzyce (qui n’est pas un bâtiment historique et n’est pas protégé par un conservateur de monument), situé à ul. Slovaque 1, 74-200 Pyrzyce, parcelle no 117, volume 12 (ce qui signifie que le projet est stationnaire). La mise en œuvre de ce projet comprend donc des tâches telles que: I. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Thermomodernisierung der Außenwände des Sonderschul- und Bildungszentrums Jan Brzechwa in Pyrzyce (das kein historisches Gebäude ist und nicht durch einen Denkmalkonservator geschützt ist), das sich in ul befindet. Slowakische 1, 74-200 Pyrzyce, Grundstück Nr. 117, Band 12 (d. h. das Projekt ist stationär). Die Durchführung dieses Projekts umfasst daher Aufgaben wie: I. Ausarbeitung der Projektdokumentation, einschließlich: Durchführung eines Energieaudits und einer Bestandsaufnahme des Gebäudes, Durchführung einer InvestitionsDurchführbarkeitsstudie, Expertise von Ornithologen und chiropterologischer Expertise, Entwurfsdokumentation, um den Umfang der Durchführung des Projekts zu überprüfen und alle für seine Durchführung erforderlichen Arbeiten zu ermitteln und die EU-Mittel, die im Rahmen von 2.5 Energiemodernisierung öffentlicher Versorgungseinrichtungen, dem ROP Zachodniopomorskie für den Zeitraum 2014-2020, zur Verfügung stehen, für das geplante Projekt zu erhalten. Het doel van het project is thermomoderniseringswerk op de externe scheidingswanden van de Jan Brzechwa Special School and Education Centre in Pyrzyce (die geen historisch gebouw is en niet beschermd is door een monument conservator), gelegen te ul. Slowaaks 1, 74-200 Pyrzyce, perceel nr. 117, deel 12 (wat betekent dat het project stilstaat). De uitvoering van dit project bestaat dus uit taken zoals: I. Uitwerking van projectdocumentatie, met inbegrip van: het uitvoeren van een energieaudit en een inventaris van het gebouw, het uitvoeren van een Investeringshaalbaarheidsstudie, ornitholoog- en chiropterologische expertise, ontwerpdocumentatie, om de reikwijdte van de uitvoering van het project te verifiëren en alle werkzaamheden te identificeren die nodig zijn voor de uitvoering ervan, en om de EU-middelen die beschikbaar zijn in het kader van 2.5 Energiemodernisering van openbare nutsvoorzieningen, het Zachodniopomorskie ROP voor de periode 2014-2020, mogelijk te maken voor het geplande project. II. Thermische modernisering van het SOSW-gebouw in Pyrzyce, waaronder: opwarming van de buitenmuren (in contact met de grond en buitenlucht) en opwarming van de plafonds. III. Toezicht op de investeerder, dat tot doel heeft de correcte uitvoering van alle geplande werkzaamheden in het project te controleren. IV. Promotieactiviteiten, bestaande uit een passende aanduiding van de plaats van uitvoering van het project, documenten en materiaal die in het kader van de uitvoering ervan zullen worden gecreëerd, informatie over de medefinanciering van het project door de EU en een beschrijving van het project dat wordt uitgevoerd op de website van het district Pyrzycki. Oggetto del progetto è il lavoro di termomodernizzazione sulle partizioni esterne della Scuola Speciale Jan Brzechwa e del Centro Educativo di Pyrzyce (che non è un edificio storico e non è protetto da un conservatore monumento), situato a ul.
