Projekt jest częścią zintegrowanego przedsięwzięcia i zakłada odremontowanie,rozbudowę i adaptację budynku dworku znajdującego się na terenie zespołu dworsko-parkowego w Długiej Wsi na przedszkole gminne,tak aby możliwe było przeniesienie dzieci kształcących się obecnie w warunkach nie pozwalających na realizację w pełni podstawy programowej w Przedszkolu w Dobrej przy ul. Kościuszki oraz utworzenie 48 nowych miejsc przedszkolnych (Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury przedszkolnej-1).Docelowo dzięki tej inwestycji gmina dysponować będzie 8 oddziałami po 24 osoby-192 miejscami (potencjał objętej wsparciem infrastruktury w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi lub infrastruktury edukacyjnej-192).Całość planowanego obiektu składa się z trzech brył.Pierwszą jest część istniejąca,nieznacznie dominująca nad całością założenia,kolejna bryła jest wielkościowo zbliżona do istniejącego dworu (nieznacznie niższa i węższa),trzecia to łącznik,w którym znajdą się główny holl wejściowy, klatka schodowa,winda oraz główne wejście do przedszkola.Część istniejąca wymaga kompleksowego remontu,który poprawi jej bezpieczeństwo użytkowania,zapobiegnie dalszej degradacji mienia gminy,jak również poprawi funkcjonalność budynku.Projektowany budynek formą oraz gabarytami ma za zadanie harmonizować oraz podkreślić walory istniejącego zabytkowego dworu.Dzięki remontowi i rozbudowie powstanie kompleks,w którym 8 grup będzie rozlokowanych w przestronnych salach do zabawy i nauki (każda z osobną łazienką),w budynku będzie osobna jadalnia,szatnie,infrastruktura ułatwiająca funkcjonowanie niepełnosprawnym,gabinety specjalistów,pomieszczenia biurowe i gospodarcze.Budynek z racji swej lokalizacji przy zespole szkół i funkcjonującej obok infrastrukturze m.in. hali sportowej, boisku wielofunkcyjnemu i rekreacyjnemu terenowi parku,idealnie nadaje się na lokowanie w nim wielooddziałowego przedszkola, które zapewni bezpieczny i wielotorowy rozwój swoich wychowanków. Il progetto fa parte di un progetto integrato e prevede la ristrutturazione, l'ampliamento e l'adeguamento della costruzione della casa padronale situata nei locali del complesso maniero e parco nel villaggio di Długa all'asilo comunale, in modo che sia possibile trasferire i bambini attualmente in corso di istruzione in condizioni che non consentono la piena attuazione della base del programma nella scuola materna di Dobroj, ul. Kościuszki e la creazione di 48 nuovi posti prescolastici (numero di strutture sostenute da infrastrutture prescolastiche-1). Una fine di questo investimento, il comune avrà 8 rami di 24 persone-192 posti (potenziale delle infrastrutture sostenute nel campo dell'assistenza all'infanzia o infrastrutture educative-192).
