Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 263 mieszkańców subregionu olsztyńskiego (powiaty: bartoszycki, kętrzyński, lidzbarski, mrągowski, nidzicki, olsztyński i m.Olsztyn, szczycieński) pozostających bez pracy wskutek świeżego (do 6 miesięcy) zwolnienia przez zakład pracy albo zagrożonych zwolnieniem (w okresie wypowiedzenia). W grupie docelowej znajdą się zarówno osoby bezrobotne (zarejestrowane oraz niezarejestrowane), jak i bierne zawodowo, a także pracownicy w końcowym okresie zatrudnienia. Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia – w tym ścieżkę szkoleniową (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej drogi dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje i uprawnienia lub kompetencje zawodowe, do staży w przedsiębiorstwach, kończąc na pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu) oraz dotacyjną (przygotowanie do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej i udzielenie wsparcia finansowego na jej założenie – do 25.000 zł jednorazowo - i rozruch – do 2000 zł miesięcznie przez pierwszy rok). The aim of the project is to strengthen employment opportunities on the labour market of a group of 263 inhabitants of the Olsztyn subregion (powiats: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyn, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn and Olsztyn, Górski) who remain unemployed as a result of fresh (up to 6 months) dismissal by the workplace or threatened with dismissal (during notice). The target group will include both unemployed (registered and unregistered) as well as inactive persons, as well as workers in the final period of employment. The project envisages a comprehensive and individualised approach to each participant, offering a wide range of forms of support – including training path (from professional guidance and establishing an individual path to further careers, through courses and training allowing to acquire qualifications and qualifications or professional competences, to traineeships in enterprises, to intermediation of work and employment) and grant (preparation for doing business and providing financial support for establishing it – up to PLN 25,000 per year – and start-up – for the first month). L’objectif du projet est de renforcer les possibilités d’emploi sur le marché du travail d’un groupe de 263 habitants de la sous-région d’Olsztyn (powiaty: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn et M. Olsztyn, M. Olsztyn) qui sont au chômage à la suite d’un nouveau licenciement (jusqu’à six mois) sur le lieu de travail ou à risque de licenciement (pendant le délai de préavis). Le groupe cible comprendra à la fois les chômeurs (enregistrés et non enregistrés) et les personnes inactives, ainsi que les travailleurs au cours de la dernière période d’emploi. Le projet prévoit une approche globale et individuelle pour chaque participant, offrant un large éventail de formes de soutien — y compris des parcours de formation (de l’orientation professionnelle à l’établissement d’un parcours de carrière individuel, en passant par des cours et des formations permettant d’acquérir des qualifications et des qualifications ou des compétences professionnelles, jusqu’à des stages dans les entreprises jusqu’à la médiation professionnelle et à l’emploi) et des subventions (préparation à faire des affaires et soutien financier pour sa création — jusqu’à 25 000 PLN à la fois — et démarrage — jusqu’à 2000 PLN par mois pour la première année). Ziel des Projekts ist die Stärkung der Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt einer Gruppe von 263 Einwohnern der Unterregion Olsztyn (powiaty: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski, Herrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn und M. Olsztyn, M. Olsztyn, M. Olsztyn), die infolge neuer (bis zu 6 Monate) Entlassungen am Arbeitsplatz oder Entlassungsgefahr (während der Kündigungsfrist) arbeitslos sind. Die Zielgruppe umfasst sowohl arbeitslose (registrierte und nicht registrierte) als auch Nichterwerbstätige sowie Arbeitnehmer in der letzten Beschäftigungszeit. Das Projekt sieht einen umfassenden und individuellen Ansatz für jeden Teilnehmer vor, der eine breite Palette von Formen der Unterstützung bietet – einschließlich der Ausbildungswege (von der Berufsberatung und der Festlegung eines individuellen Karrierewegs, über Kurse und Schulungen, die den Erwerb von Qualifikationen und Qualifikationen oder beruflicher Kompetenzen ermöglichen, über Praktika in Unternehmen bis hin zu Vermittlung und Beschäftigung) und Zuschüsse (Vorbereitung auf Geschäftstätigkeit und finanzielle Unterstützung für seine Gründung – bis zu 25.000 PLN zu einem Zeitpunkt – und Start-up – bis zu 2000 PLN pro Monat für das erste Jahr). Doel van het project is de werkgelegenheidskansen op de arbeidsmarkt te vergroten van een groep van 263 inwoners van de subregio Olsztyn (powiaty: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski,ągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn en M. Olsztyn, M. Olsztyn, die werkloos zijn als gevolg van een nieuw (tot zes maanden) ontslag op de werkplek of het risico op ontslag (tijdens de opzegtermijn). De doelgroep omvat zowel werklozen (geregistreerd als niet-geregistreerd) en inactieven, evenals werknemers in de laatste periode van tewerkstelling. Het project voorziet in een alomvattende en individuele aanpak van elke deelnemer en biedt een breed scala aan vormen van ondersteuning — met inbegrip van opleidingstrajecten (van loopbaanbegeleiding tot het vaststellen van een individueel loopbaantraject, via cursussen en opleidingen die kwalificaties en kwalificaties of beroepscompetenties kunnen verwerven, tot stages in ondernemingen, eindigend met werkbemiddeling en werkgelegenheid) en subsidies (voorbereiding van zakendoen en het verlenen van financiële steun voor de oprichting ervan — tot 25 000 PLN tegelijk — en start-up — tot 2000 PLN per maand voor het eerste jaar). L'obiettivo del progetto è rafforzare le opportunità di lavoro sul mercato del lavoro di un gruppo di 263 abitanti della sottoregione di Olsztyn (powiaty: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn e M. Il gruppo destinatario comprenderà sia i disoccupati (registrati e non registrati) sia le persone inattive, nonché i lavoratori nell'ultimo periodo di occupazione. El objetivo del proyecto es reforzar las oportunidades de empleo en el mercado laboral de un grupo de 263 habitantes de la subregión de Olsztyn (powiaty: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn y M. Olsztyn, M. Olsztyn) que están desempleados como consecuencia de un nuevo despido (hasta seis meses) en el lugar de trabajo o en riesgo de despido (durante el período de preaviso). El grupo destinatario incluirá tanto a las personas desempleadas (registradas y no registradas) como a las personas inactivas, así como a los trabajadores en el último período de empleo. El proyecto prevé un enfoque global e individual para cada participante, ofreciendo una amplia gama de formas de apoyo, incluidas las vías de formación (desde la orientación profesional y el establecimiento de una trayectoria profesional individual, pasando por cursos y formaciones que permiten adquirir cualificaciones y cualificaciones o competencias profesionales, hasta prácticas en empresas, que terminan con la mediación en el empleo y el empleo) y subvenciones (preparación para hacer negocios y prestación de apoyo financiero para su establecimiento -hasta 25 000 PLN a la vez- y puesta en marcha — hasta 2000 PLN al mes durante el primer año).
