Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 30 mieszkańców subregionu olsztyńskiego (powiaty: bartoszycki, kętrzyński, lidzbarski, mrągowski, nidzicki, olsztyński i m.Olsztyn, szczycieński) w wieku 30+ lat, pozostających bez pracy lub zatrudnionych w niekorzystnych warunkach (umowy terminowe, cywilnoprawne, wynagrodzenie na poziomie płacy minimalnej). W grupie docelowej znajdą się osoby bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w PUP oraz pracujące. Główny nacisk zostanie położony na wsparcie osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami. Projekt profilowany jest na osoby zainteresowane podjęciem pracy w branży budowlanej. Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej ścieżki dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje zawodowe lub uzyskać uprawnienia zawodowe, kończąc na pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu. The aim of the project is to strengthen employment opportunities on the labour market of a group of 30 inhabitants of the Olsztyn subregion (powiats: Bartoszycki, Ketrzyn, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn and Olsztyn, Górski) aged 30+, who are unemployed or employed in disadvantaged conditions (term contracts, civil law, wages at minimum wage level). The target group will include unemployed persons not registered in PUP and working. The main focus will be on supporting low-skilled people. The project is profiled for people interested in taking up work in the construction industry. The project envisages a comprehensive and individualised approach to each participant, offering a wide range of forms of support (from career guidance and individual career paths, through courses and training to acquire professional qualifications or gain professional qualifications, ending in intermediation of work and employment). L’objectif du projet est de renforcer les possibilités d’emploi sur le marché du travail d’un groupe de 30 habitants de la sous-région d’Olsztyn (powiaty: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn et Olsztyn, M. Olsztyn) âgés de 30 ans et plus, sans emploi ou employés dans des conditions défavorables (contrats à durée déterminée, contrats de droit civil, salaires au niveau du salaire minimum). Le groupe cible comprendra les chômeurs qui ne sont pas inscrits à l’OLP et qui sont employés. L’accent sera mis principalement sur le soutien aux personnes peu qualifiées. Le projet est profilé pour les personnes intéressées par le travail dans l’industrie de la construction. Le projet prévoit une approche globale et personnalisée pour chaque participant, offrant un large éventail de formes de soutien (de l’orientation professionnelle et de l’établissement d’un parcours de carrière individuel, en passant par des cours et des formations pour acquérir des qualifications professionnelles ou acquérir des qualifications professionnelles, jusqu’au placement et à l’emploi). Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt einer Gruppe von 30 Einwohnern der Unterregion Olsztyn (powiaty: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski, Herrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn und Olsztyn, M. Olsztyn, M. Olsztyn) im Alter von über 30 Jahren, die arbeitslos oder unter ungünstigen Bedingungen beschäftigt sind (Arbeitsverträge, zivilrechtliche Verträge, Löhne auf Mindestlohnniveau). Die Zielgruppe umfasst Arbeitslose, die nicht im PLO registriert sind und erwerbstätig sind. Der Schwerpunkt wird auf der Unterstützung gering qualifizierter Menschen liegen. Das Projekt ist für Personen profiliert, die sich für die Aufnahme von Arbeiten in der Bauindustrie interessieren. Das Projekt sieht einen umfassenden und personalisierten Ansatz für jeden Teilnehmer vor, der eine breite Palette von Formen der Unterstützung bietet (von der Berufsberatung über die Einrichtung eines individuellen Karrierewegs, über Kurse und Schulungen bis hin zum Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen oder beruflichen Qualifikationen, bis hin zur Vermittlung und Beschäftigung). Doel van het project is de werkgelegenheidskansen op de arbeidsmarkt te vergroten van een groep van 30 inwoners van de subregio Olsztyn (powiaty: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski,ągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn en Olsztyn, M. Olsztyn) op de leeftijd van 30+ jaar oud, die werkloos zijn of in ongunstige omstandigheden werken (overeenkomsten voor bepaalde tijd, civielrechtelijke overeenkomsten, lonen op het niveau van het minimumloon). De doelgroep omvat werklozen die niet in de PLO zijn ingeschreven en in dienst zijn. De nadruk zal vooral liggen op de ondersteuning van laaggeschoolden. Het project is geprofileerd voor mensen die geïnteresseerd zijn in werk in de bouwsector. Het project voorziet in een alomvattende en gepersonaliseerde aanpak van elke deelnemer en biedt een breed scala aan vormen van ondersteuning (van loopbaanbegeleiding tot de vaststelling van een individueel loopbaantraject, via cursussen en opleidingen om beroepskwalificaties te verwerven of beroepskwalificaties te verwerven, eindigend met arbeidsbemiddeling en arbeidsbemiddeling). L'obiettivo del progetto è rafforzare le opportunità di lavoro sul mercato del lavoro di un gruppo di 30 abitanti della sottoregione di Olsztyn (powiaty: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn e Olsztyn, M. Olsztyn) all'età di oltre 30 anni, disoccupati o occupati in condizioni sfavorevoli (contratti a termine, contratti di diritto civile, salari al livello del salario minimo). Il gruppo destinatario comprenderà i disoccupati che non sono iscritti all'OLP e sono occupati. L'obiettivo principale sarà quello di sostenere le persone scarsamente qualificate. Il progetto è profilato per le persone interessate a lavorare nel settore delle costruzioni. Il progetto prevede un approccio globale e personalizzato a ciascun partecipante, offrendo un'ampia gamma di forme di sostegno (dall'orientamento professionale fino alla creazione di un percorso di carriera individuale, attraverso corsi e formazione per acquisire qualifiche professionali o ottenere qualifiche professionali, fino al collocamento e all'occupazione). El objetivo del proyecto es reforzar las oportunidades de empleo en el mercado laboral de un grupo de 30 habitantes de la subregión de Olsztyn (powiaty: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn y Olsztyn, M. Olsztyn) a los 30 años de edad, desempleados o empleados en condiciones desfavorables (contratos de duración, contratos de Derecho civil, salarios de salario mínimo). El grupo destinatario incluirá a las personas desempleadas que no están inscritas en la OLP y que están empleadas. La atención se centrará principalmente en el apoyo a las personas poco cualificadas. El proyecto está perfilado para personas interesadas en trabajar en la industria de la construcción. El proyecto prevé un enfoque integral y personalizado para cada participante, ofreciendo una amplia gama de formas de apoyo (desde la orientación profesional y el establecimiento de una trayectoria profesional individual, pasando por cursos y formación para adquirir cualificaciones profesionales o adquirir cualificaciones profesionales, que terminan con la colocación y el empleo).
