Celem głównym proj jest zdobycie zatrudnienia przez min. 12 UP, spośród grupy 30 osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, o niskich kwalifikacjach, w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zamieszkujących powiat bartoszycki w subregionie olsztyńskim, poprzez udział w kompleksowym wsparciu w okresie od 01.11.2018 do 31.12.2019. W ramach projektu założono osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników: • Liczba osób biernych zawodowo objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zawodowej w programie – 15 • Liczba osób bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zawodowej w programie – 15 • Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu – 12. • Liczba osób o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w programie – 30. Proj jest skierowany do 30 osób (17K) z obszaru powiatu bartoszyckiego, tj. osób fizycznych, które zamieszkują na obszarze powiatu bartoszyckiego w subregionie olsztyńskim w woj. warmińsko - mazurskim w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego. Będą to osoby bezrobotne i bierne zawodowo w wieku 30 lat i więcej, znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy – osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, w tym 2 osoby niepełnospr. Min. 15% UP to os zamieszk. w roz. KC miasto średnie – Bartoszyce (kryt. fakult. 5). Gr doc to: • 15 os biernych zaw • 15 os bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy. Wartością dodaną proj jest zastosowanie rozwiązania wyprac.w proj innowacyjnym PO KL, a mianowicie Kwestionariusza Istotnych Kompetencji w Poszukiwaniu Zatrudnienia, wypracowanego przez OIC Poland i Org. Pracodawców Lewiatan (kryt. fakult. 3). Proj jest komplementarny ze wsparciem realizowanym w ramach innych niż EFS środków pomocowych Unii Europejskiej (kryt. fakult. 1). The main objective of the project is to obtain employment by at least 12 UP, among the 30 unemployed and inactive, low-skilled, aged 30 and over, living in the Olsztyn sub-region of Bartoszyce, through participation in comprehensive support in the period from 01.11.2018 to 31.12.2019. The project aims to achieve the following indicators: • Number of inactive persons covered by professional activation support in the programme – 15 • Number of unemployed persons supported by professional activation in the programme – 15 • Number of persons working, including self-employed, after leaving the programme – 12. • Number of low-skilled people supported in the programme – 30. The project is addressed to 30 people (17K) from the area of the Bartoszycki district, i.e. natural persons who reside in the area of the Bartoszycki district in the Olsztyn subregion in the Warmia-Mazury voivodship within the meaning of the Civil Code. They will be unemployed and inactive people aged 30 and over, who are particularly disadvantaged in the labour market – low-skilled people, including 2 disadvantaged people. At least 15 % UP is a wasp. “KC Middle City – Bartoszyce”. 5. Gr doc is: • 15 passive persons incl. 15 unemployed persons not registered in employment offices. L’objectif principal du projet est d’obtenir un emploi pour au moins 12 UP, parmi les 30 chômeurs et inactifs, peu qualifiés, âgés de 30 ans et plus, vivant dans le district de Bartoszycki dans la sous-région d’Olsztyn, en participant à un soutien global au cours de la période allant du 1er novembre 2018 au 31 décembre 2019. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, durch Beteiligung an umfassenden Unterstützungen im Zeitraum vom 01.11.2018 bis zum 31.12.2019 mindestens 12 UP unter den 30 Arbeitslosen und Nichterwerbstätigen, Geringqualifizierten, 30 Jahren und darüber, im Bezirk Bartoszycki in der Unterregion Olsztyn zu arbeiten. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, folgende Indikatoren zu erreichen: • Zahl der nicht erwerbstätigen Personen, die durch Aktivierung in der Regelung unterstützt werden – 15 • Zahl der Arbeitslosen, die durch Aktivierungsbeihilfen im Rahmen der Regelung unterstützt werden – 15 • Zahl der Erwerbstätigen, einschließlich Selbständiger, nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm – 12. • Die Zahl der Geringqualifizierten, die durch das Programm gefördert werden, beträgt 30. Das Projekt richtet sich an 30 Personen (17K) aus dem Bezirk bartoszycki, d. h. natürliche Personen, die im Bezirk bartoszycki in der Olsztyn-Unterregion in der Provinz Warmińsko-Mazurskie im Sinne des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs wohnen. Der Mehrwert des Proj besteht darin, die Lösung anzuwenden, die im innovativen Projekt des OP HC entwickelt wurde, nämlich dem von OIC Polen und Org entwickelten Fragebogen wichtiger Kompetenzen in der Arbeitssuche. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is om werk te vinden voor ten minste 12 UP, onder de 30 werklozen en inactieven, laaggeschoolden van 30 jaar en ouder, die in het district bartoszycki in de subregio Olsztyn wonen, door deel te nemen aan uitgebreide steun in de periode van 1.11.2018 tot en met 31.12.2019.
