Przedmiotowy projekt zakłada adaptację wnętrza budynku Bramy Lidzbarskiej na cele społeczno-kulturalne oraz zagospodarowanie otoczenia Bramy Lidzbarskiej w powiązaniu z historią i tradycją miasta Bisztynek, przy spełnieniu wszystkich przepisów Prawa budowlanego dla tego typu obiektów i z zachowaniem wskazań konserwatorskich. Projekt realizowany będzie w Bisztynku na działkach o numerach ewidencyjnych 38/3, 38/4 oraz części działki nr 39/1. Teren przeznaczony pod inwestycję jest własnością Inwestora – Gminy Bisztynek. Dotyczy modernizacji obiektu Bramy Lidzbarskiej, który został wpisany do rejestru zabytków pod pozycją: 519 (B/82) z 12.10.1957. Brama Lidzbarska jest jedyną zachowaną bramą z niegdyś istniejących trzech bram miejskich w Bisztynku. Wybudowana została w latach 1481-1547. Obecny stan zabytku wymaga pilnej interwencji i działań remontowo-modernizacyjnych. Zakres robót budowlanych można podzielić na dwa zadania: 1) remont wnętrza budynku Bramy Lidzbarskiej, które zostaną zaadaptowane na Młodzieżowy Klub Integracji Społecznej. 2) zagospodarowanie otoczenia Bramy Lidzbarskiej. Zaplanowane działania przez Wnioskodawcę mają zakończyć się do 31 lipca 2019 roku. Zgodnie z zapisami SzOOP RPO WiM Oś 8 projekt spełnia wymogi formalne i pozostałe kryteria wyboru projektów. Proj. wpisuje się także w oczekiwane w ramach RPO WiM 2014-2020 efekty, które można wyrazić wskaźnikami produktu i rezultatu, zgodnymi z SzOOP Dział. 8.1 Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich (Schemat B), osi prioryt.8 Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Warmińsko-Mazurskiego na lata 2014-2020: Wskaźniki produktu: - Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach; - Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją. This project involves adapting the interior of the Lidzbar Gate for socio-cultural purposes and the development of the surroundings of the Lidzbar Gate in connection with the history and tradition of the city of Bisztynek, complying with all the provisions of the Construction Law for such buildings and maintaining conservation guidelines. The project will be implemented in Bisztynk on plots with registration numbers 38/3, 38/4 and part of plot No 39/1. The area for the investment is owned by the Investor – the municipality of Bisztynek. It concerns the modernisation of the Lidzbar Gate, which has been entered in the register of monuments under the heading: 519 (B/82) of 12.10.1957. The Lidzbar Gate is the only surviving gate of the former three city gates in Bishtynk. It was built between 1481 and 1547. The current state of the monument requires urgent intervention and modernisation efforts. The scope of the works can be divided into two tasks: 1) renovation of the interior of the Lidzbar Gate building, which will be adapted to the Youth Club of Social Integration. 2) the development of the surroundings of the Lidsbar Gate. The actions planned by the Applicant are to be completed by 31 July 2019. According to the provisions of the SzOOP RPO WiM Axis 8, the project meets the formal requirements and other criteria for selecting projects. The project is also part of the expected effects of the WiM 2014-2020 RPO, which can be expressed by product and result indicators in accordance with the SzOOP Department. 8.1 Urban revitalisation (Schemat B), priority axis 8 Areas requiring revitalisation of the Regional Operational Programme of Warmia-Mazury Voivodship for the years 2014-2020: Output indicators: — Number of infrastructure facilities supported in revitalised areas; — Areas covered by revitalisation. Le projet comprend l’adaptation de l’intérieur du bâtiment de la porte de Lidzbarska à des fins socioculturelles et le développement des environs de la porte de Lidzbarska en relation avec l’histoire et la tradition de la ville de Bisztynek, tout en respectant toutes les dispositions de la loi sur la construction de ce type d’objets et en maintenant les lignes directrices en matière de conservation. Le projet sera mis en œuvre à Bisztynk sur des parcelles portant les numéros cadastraux 38/3, 38/4 et une partie de la parcelle no 39/1. La zone désignée pour l’investissement est la propriété de l’investisseur — Municipalité de Bisztynek. Il concerne la modernisation de la porte de Lidzbarska, inscrite au registre des monuments sous la rubrique: 519 (B/82) du 12.10.1957. La porte de Lidzbarska est la seule porte préservée avec les trois portes de la ville autrefois existantes à Bisztynk. Il a été construit entre 1481 et 1547. L’état actuel du monument nécessite des mesures urgentes d’intervention et de rénovation et de modernisation. L’étendue des travaux peut être divisée en deux tâches: 1) rénovation de l’intérieur du bâtiment de la Porte de Lidzbarska, qui sera adapté au Club des Jeunes d’Intégration Sociale. 2) développement des environs de la porte de Lidzbarska. Les activités prévues par la requérante devraient être achevées d’ici le 31 juillet 2019. Das Projekt umfasst die Anpassung des Innenraums des Lidzbarska-Torgebäudes für soziokulturelle Zwecke und die Entwicklung der Umgebung des Lidzbarska-Tors in Verbindung mit der Geschichte und Tradition der Stadt Bisztynek, unter Einhaltung aller Bestimmungen des Baugesetzes für diese Art von Objekten und Erhaltungsrichtlinien. Das Projekt wird in Bisztynk auf Paketen mit Katasternummern 38/3, 38/4 und Teilstück Nr. 39/1 durchgeführt. Das für die Investition bestimmte Gebiet ist Eigentum des Investors – Gemeinde Bisztynek. Es geht um die Modernisierung des Lidzbarska-Tors, das unter der Überschrift in das Denkmalregister eingetragen wurde: 519 (B/82) vom 12.10.1957. Das Lidzbarska Tor ist das einzige erhaltene Tor mit den einst bestehenden drei Stadttoren in Bisztynk. Es wurde zwischen 1481 und 1547 gebaut. Der aktuelle Zustand des Denkmals erfordert dringende Interventions- und Renovierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen. Der Umfang der Arbeiten kann in zwei Aufgaben unterteilt werden: 1) Renovierung des Innenraums des Gebäudes des Lidzbarska-Tors, das an den Jugendclub für soziale Integration angepasst wird. 2) Entwicklung der Umgebung des Lidzbarska Tores. Die geplanten Tätigkeiten des Antragstellers werden voraussichtlich bis zum 31. Juli 2019 abgeschlossen sein. Gemäß den Bestimmungen des SzOOP ROP WiM WiM Axis 8 erfüllt das Projekt die formalen Anforderungen und andere Projektauswahlkriterien. Het project zal in Bisztynk worden uitgevoerd op percelen met kadastrale nummers 38/3, 38/4 en een deel van perceel nr. 39/1. Het voor de investering aangewezen gebied is eigendom van de Investor — gemeente Bisztynek. Het betreft de modernisering van de Poort Lidzbarska, die is ingeschreven in het register van monumenten onder de titel: 519 (B/82) van 12.10.1957. De Lidzbarska Poort is de enige bewaard gebleven poort met de ooit bestaande drie stadspoorten in Bisztynk. Het werd gebouwd tussen 1481 en 1547. De huidige toestand van het monument vereist dringend ingrijpen en renovatie- en moderniseringsmaatregelen. De reikwijdte van de werkzaamheden kan worden onderverdeeld in twee taken: 1) renovatie van het interieur van het gebouw van de Lidzbarska Poort, die zal worden aangepast aan de Jeugd Club van Sociale Integratie. 2) ontwikkeling van de omgeving van de Lidzbarska Poort. De geplande activiteiten van de aanvrager zullen naar verwachting uiterlijk op 31 juli 2019 zijn voltooid. Volgens de bepalingen van de SzOOP ROP WiM-as 8 voldoet het project aan de formele eisen en andere criteria voor de selectie van projecten. Il progetto prevede l'adeguamento dell'interno dell'edificio della Porta Lidzbarska per scopi socio-culturali e lo sviluppo dei dintorni della Porta di Lidzbarska in connessione con la storia e la tradizione della città di Bisztynek, nel rispetto di tutte le disposizioni della legge di costruzione per questo tipo di oggetti e mantenendo le linee guida per la conservazione. Il progetto sarà attuato a Bisztynk su parcelle con numero catastale 38/3, 38/4 e parte della parcella n. 39/1. L'area designata per l'investimento è di proprietà dell'investitore — Comune di Bisztynek. Essa riguarda l'ammodernamento della porta di Lidzbarska, iscritta nel registro dei monumenti sotto la voce: 519 (B/82) del 12.10.1957. La porta di Lidzbarska è l'unica porta conservata con le tre porte cittadine una volta esistenti a Bisztynk. Fu costruita tra il 1481 e il 1547. Lo stato attuale del monumento richiede interventi urgenti e interventi di ristrutturazione e ammodernamento. La portata dei lavori può essere suddivisa in due compiti: 1) ristrutturazione dell'interno dell'edificio della Porta Lidzbarska, che sarà adattato al Club Giovanile di Integrazione Sociale. 2) sviluppo dei dintorni della Porta di Lidzbarska.
