Przedmiotem projektu jest wykreowanie przestrzeni publicznej tj.miejsca służącego rekreacji i wypoczynkowi mieszkańców miasta i turystów. Obecnie na terenie objętym opracowaniem znajduje się zaniedbany zielony skwer z okalającym chodnikiem wzdłuż którego rosną wieloletnie drzewa. Projekt znajduje się w centralnej części miasta, która powinna być jego wizytówką. W chwili obecnej plac szpeci to miejsce, jest niefunkcjonalny i niewykorzystywany w sposób oczekiwany przez społeczeństwo i władze miasta. Projekt wpisuje się i realizuje cele RPO WiM na lata 2014-2020. Przedsięwzięcie wpisuje się w działanie 8.1. Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich RPO WWM realizuje 9 cel tematyczny: Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją, priorytet inwestycyjny 9b: Wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich, cel szczegółowy: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Kwalifikuje się do projektów schematu A. Projekt uwzględnia działania w zakresie zagospodarowania (usunięcie wyeksploatowanych elementów placu: nawierzchnie, zieleń, mała architektura, wykonanie nowych elementów: nawierzchnie, zieleń, mała architektura, oświetlenie) i rozwoju przestrzeni w obszarze problemowym i zagrożonym ubóstwem. Przyczyni się do wzrostu gospodarczego tej części Susza poprzez regenerację obszaru dawnego rynku – placu przy ul. Stare Miasto. Działanie ukierunkowane jest na nadanie zdegradowanej przestrzeni nowych walorów funkcjonalnych i estetycznych, podniesienie atrakcyjności społecznej terenu oraz stworzenie warunków do dalszych działań na rzecz włączenia społecznego, walki z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. Planowane przedsięwzięcie przyczyni się zatem do poprawy jakości życia społeczności zamieszkującej i użytkującej zdegradowany obszar starego miasta w Suszu, likwidacji podstawowych barier infrastrukturalnych powodujących dysfunkcję obszaru i wykluczenie społeczne. The aim of the project is to create a public space, i.e. a place for recreation and recreation of residents and tourists. The project fits in and implements the objectives of the WiM RPO for the years 2014-2020. The project is part of action 8.1. Revitalisation of urban areas ROP WWM pursues 9 thematic objective: Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and all discrimination, investment priority 9b: Supporting the physical, economic and social regeneration of poor communities in urban and rural areas, specific objective: Better quality of life for communities living in problem areas. It is eligible for scheme A projects. The project takes into account the development activities (deleting of the exploited elements of the square: surfaces, greens, small architecture, new elements: surfaces, greens, small architecture, lighting) and the development of space in an area that is problematic and at risk of poverty. It will contribute to the economic growth of this part of the Drought by regenerating the area of the former market – square at ul. The old town. The action is aimed at giving a degraded space new functional and aesthetic qualities, increasing the social attractiveness of the area and creating the conditions for further action to promote social inclusion, combating poverty and any discrimination. L’objectif du projet est de créer un espace public, c’est-à-dire un lieu de loisirs et de loisirs pour les citadins et les touristes. La revitalisation des zones urbaines du PP ROP poursuit 9 objectifs thématiques: Promotion de l’inclusion sociale, lutte contre la pauvreté et toute discrimination, priorité d’investissement 9b: Soutenir la régénération physique, économique et sociale des communautés pauvres dans les zones urbaines et rurales, objectif spécifique: Amélioration de la qualité de vie des communautés vivant dans des zones à problèmes. Le projet tient compte des activités de développement (élimination des éléments carrés épuisés: surfaces, verdure, petite architecture, construction de nouveaux éléments: les surfaces, la verdure, la petite architecture, l’éclairage) et le développement de l’espace dans les zones à problèmes et exposés au risque de pauvreté. Il contribuera à la croissance économique de cette partie de Drusz en régénérant la zone de l’ancien marché — la place à ul. La vieille ville. L’objectif de l’action est de donner à l’espace dégradé de nouvelles valeurs fonctionnelles et esthétiques, d’accroître l’attractivité sociale du site et de créer les conditions propices à de nouvelles actions en matière d’inclusion sociale, de lutte contre la pauvreté et de toute discrimination. Le projet envisagé contribuera donc à l’amélioration de la qualité de vie de la population vivant et à l’utilisation de la zone dégradée de la vieille ville de Drusz, en supprimant les barrières d’infrastructure de base qui causent le dysfonctionnement et l’exclusion sociale de la région. Ziel des Projekts ist es, einen öffentlichen Raum zu schaffen, d. h. einen Ort zur Erholung und Erholung von Stadtbewohnern und Touristen. Derzeit gibt es in der bebauten Fläche einen vernachlässigten grünen Platz mit einem schrägen Pflaster, auf dem langfristige Bäume wachsen. Das Projekt befindet sich im zentralen Teil der Stadt, die ihr Schaufenster sein sollte. Im Moment, der Platz entstellt diesen Ort, es ist nicht-funktional und nicht in der von der Öffentlichkeit und den Stadtbehörden erwarteten Weise genutzt. Das Projekt passt zu den Zielen des ROP WiM 2014-2020 und verfolgt diese Ziele. Das Projekt ist Teil der Aktion 8.1. Die Revitalisierung der städtischen Gebiete des ROP PP verfolgt neun thematische Ziele: Förderung der sozialen Eingliederung, Bekämpfung von Armut und jeglicher Diskriminierung, Investitionspriorität 9b: Unterstützung der physischen, wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Regeneration armer Gemeinschaften in städtischen und ländlichen Gebieten, spezifisches Ziel: Bessere Lebensqualität für Gemeinschaften, die in Problemgebieten leben. Das Projekt berücksichtigt Entwicklungsaktivitäten (Entfernung von abgereicherten quadratischen Elementen: Oberflächen, Grün, kleine Architektur, Bau neuer Elemente: Oberflächen, Grün, kleine Architektur, Beleuchtung) und Raumentwicklung in Problemgebieten und Armutsgefährdung. Het doel van het project is het creëren van een openbare ruimte, d.w.z. een plek voor recreatie en recreatie van inwoners en toeristen. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di creare uno spazio pubblico, ossia un luogo di ricreazione e ricreazione di residenti e turisti. Ammissibile ai progetti del diagramma A. Il progetto tiene conto delle attività di sviluppo (rimozione di elementi quadrati esauriti: superfici, verde, piccola architettura, costruzione di nuovi elementi: superfici, verde, piccola architettura, illuminazione) e sviluppo dello spazio in aree problematiche e a rischio di povertà. Contribuirà alla crescita economica di questa parte di Drusz rigenerando l'area dell'ex mercato — la piazza di ul. La Città Vecchia. Il progetto previsto contribuirà pertanto a migliorare la qualità della vita della popolazione e a utilizzare l'area degradata della città vecchia di Drusz, eliminando le barriere infrastrutturali di base che causano la disfunzione e l'esclusione sociale della zona. Elegibles para los proyectos del diagrama A. El proyecto tiene en cuenta las actividades de desarrollo (eliminación de los elementos cuadrados agotados: superficies, vegetación, arquitectura pequeña, construcción de nuevos elementos: superficies, vegetación, arquitectura pequeña, iluminación) y desarrollo espacial en zonas problemáticas y en riesgo de pobreza.
