Inwestycja została zaplanowana w odpowiedzi na potrzeby mieszkańców, turystów oraz przedsiębiorców w zakresie poprawy potencjału turystycznego gminy Zalewo, w tym główną potrzebę obsługi ruchu turystycznego przy jeziorze Ewingi w Zalewie. Zadanie obejmuje zagospodarowanie terenu rekreacyjnego na działkach nr 51/8, 51/10, 51/11 obręb 2 Zalewo oraz 233/1 obręb 1 Zalewo. Projekt w swych założeniach uwzględnia ochronę środowiska naturalnego, w tym podniesienie bioróżnorodności gatunkowej. Zakres projektu: 1. The investment was planned in response to the needs of residents, tourists and entrepreneurs to improve the tourist potential of the municipality of Zalewo, including the main need to support tourist traffic on Lake Ewingi in Zalewo. The task includes the development of the recreational area on plots no. 51/8, 51/10, 51/11 of the 2 Zalewo and 233/1 Area 1 Zalewo.
