Inwestycja objęta niniejszym projektem polega na budowie 2 elektrowni fotowoltaicznych o mocy 2,0 MW, każda po 1,0 MW z jednym przyłączem na następujących działkach: Wilkowo 1: 106/2, 106/5, 352, 121/8, 107 Wilkowo 2: 121/8, Przyłącze elektroenergetyczne: 106/5, 107, 80/4, 79/2, 78, 77, 5. Wszystkie ww. nieruchomości znajdują się w obrębie nr 40, w miejscowości Wilkowo, gmina Olsztynek. Projekt wpisuje się w typ projektu wymieniony w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 dla działania 4.1 - instalacji wykorzystujących energię słońca (np. kolektory słoneczne, fotowoltaika) - do 2 MWe/MWth. Instalacja zgodnie z możliwością opisaną w SzOOP będzie służyła celom komercyjnym – wytworzeniem energii elektrycznej w celu sprzedaży do sieci OSD. Projekt spełnia warunki SzOOP w zakresie posiadania ważnych warunków technicznych podłączenia elektrowni do sieci. Dnia 14.06.2013 r. zostały wydane przez Energa Operator S.A. warunki przyłączenia do sieci dla elektrowni Wilkowo I o mocy 1 MW. Dnia 25.01.2016 r. zostały wydane kolejne warunki przyłączenia do sieci również na moc 1 MW dla elektrowni Wilkowo 2. Dla obu elektrowni zostało zaprojektowane 1 przyłącze. Projekt spełnia wszystkie warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020. Niniejszy projekt zakłada budowę naziemnej elektrowni fotowoltaicznych z wykorzystaniem technologii polikrystalicznej do produkcji energii elektrycznej. Inwestycja polega na montażu 5800 szt. paneli polikrystalicznych o mocy 275 WP i 1500 szt. paneli o mocy 270 WP w elektrowniach o łącznej mocy 2,0 MW połączonych w samodzielne układy wraz z falownikami, z niezbędnym okablowaniem i osprzętem. Elektrownia będzie podłączona do sieci, natomiast nie będzie potrzeby instalowania akumulatorów oraz regulatorów ładowania, ponieważ sieć jest w stanie przyjąć całą energię wyprodukowaną przez system fotowoltaiczny. Wyprodukowana energia elektryczna będzie wykorzystywana w celach komercyjnych i w 100% będzie wprowadzona do sieci elektroenergetycznej w celu odsprzedaży. (Polish)

The investment covered by this project consists of the construction of 2 photovoltaic plants with a capacity of 2,0 MW, each of 1,0 MW with one connection on the following plots: Wilkowo 1: 106/2, 106/5, 352, 121/8, 107 Wilkowo 2: 121/8, Power connector: 106/5, 107, 80/4, 79/2, 78, 77, 5. All of the above-mentioned properties are located within no. 40, in the town of Wilkowo, Olsztynek commune. The project fits into the type of project mentioned in the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 for action 4.1 – solar energy installations (e.g. solar collectors, photovoltaics) – up to 2 MWe/MWth. The installation in accordance with the possibility described in the SzOOP will serve commercial purposes – generating electricity for sale to the OSD network. The project meets the requirements of the SzOOP for having important technical conditions for connecting the power plant to the network. On 14.06.2013, the conditions for connection to the network for Wilkowo I power plant with a capacity of 1 MW were issued by Energa Operator S.A. On 25.01.2016, further conditions for connection to the network were issued also for 1 MW for the Wilkowo 2 power plant. For both power stations, 1 connections were designed. The project meets all the shore conditions specified in the SHOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020. This project involves the construction of a terrestrial photovoltaic power plant using polycrystalline technology to produce electricity. The investment consists of the assembly of 5800 units of polycrystalline panels with a capacity of 275 WP and 1500 panels with a capacity of 270 WP in power plants with a total capacity of 2.0 MW combined into independent circuits with inverters, with the necessary wiring and fittings. The power plant will be connected to the grid, but there will be no need to install batteries and charge regulators, as the network is able to absorb all the energy produced by the photovoltaic system. The electricity produced will be used for commercial purposes and 100 % will be introduced into the electricity grid for resale. (English)

L’investissement couvert par ce projet consiste en la construction de 2 centrales photovoltaïques d’une capacité de 2,0 MW chacune, chacune avec une connexion sur les parcelles suivantes: Wilkowo 1: 106/2, 106/5, 352, 121/8, 107 Wolf 2: 121/8, Connexion électrique: 106/5, 107, 80/4, 79/2, 78, 77, 5. Toutes ces propriétés sont situées dans le no 40, à Wilkowo, la municipalité d’Olsztynek. Le projet s’inscrit dans le type de projet figurant dans la norme SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 pour la mesure 4.1 — installations d’énergie solaire (par exemple, capteurs solaires, photovoltaïques) — jusqu’à 2 MWe/MWth. Selon la possibilité décrite dans SzOOP, l’installation servira à des fins commerciales — produire de l’électricité en vue de la vente au réseau de GRD. Le projet répond aux exigences de SzOOP en ce qui concerne l’existence de conditions techniques importantes pour le raccordement des centrales électriques au réseau. Die Investition, die Gegenstand dieses Projekts ist, besteht in dem Bau von 2 Photovoltaikanlagen mit einer Leistung von jeweils 2,0 MW mit jeweils einer Verbindung auf den folgenden Grundstücken: Wilkowo 1: 106/2, 106/5, 352, 121/8, 107 Wolf 2: 121/8, Stromanschluss: 106/5, 107, 80/4, 79/2, 78, 77, 5. Alle diese Immobilien befinden sich innerhalb der No 40, in Wilkowo, der Gemeinde Olsztynek. Das Projekt passt in den im SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 aufgeführten Projekttyp für Maßnahme 4.1 – Solarenergieanlagen (z. B. Solarkollektoren, Photovoltaik) – bis zu 2 MWe/MWth. Gemäß der in SzOOP beschriebenen Möglichkeit dient die Anlage kommerziellen Zwecken – Stromerzeugung zum Verkauf an das Netz der Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber. Das Projekt erfüllt die Anforderungen von SzOOP in Bezug auf wichtige technische Bedingungen für den Anschluss von Kraftwerken an das Netz. Am 14. Juni 2013 erteilte Energa Operator S.A. die Netzanschlussbedingungen für das 1 MW Wilkowo I-Kraftwerk. Am 25. Januar 2016 wurden für Wilkowo 2 weitere Bedingungen für den Anschluss an das Netz auch für eine Leistung von 1 MW erteilt. Für beide Kraftwerke wurde 1 Anschluss entwickelt. Das Projekt erfüllt alle im SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 festgelegten Randbedingungen. Bei diesem Projekt geht es um den Bau eines bodennahen Photovoltaik-Kraftwerks mit polykristalliner Technologie zur Stromerzeugung. Die Investition besteht in den Einbau von 5800 polykristallinen Platten mit einer Kapazität von 275 WP und 1500 Platten mit einer Kapazität von 270 WP in Kraftwerken mit einer Gesamtleistung von 2,0 MW, die in eigenständige Systeme mit Wechselrichtern verbunden sind, mit der erforderlichen Verdrahtung und Zubehör. Das Kraftwerk wird an das Netz angeschlossen, aber es wird keine Notwendigkeit geben, Batterien und Laderegler zu installieren, da das Netz in der Lage ist, die gesamte von der Photovoltaik-Anlage erzeugte Energie zu absorbieren. Der erzeugte Strom wird für kommerzielle Zwecke verwendet und wird zu 100 % für den Weiterverkauf in das Stromnetz eingespeist. (German)

De investering waarop dit project betrekking heeft, bestaat uit de bouw van twee fotovoltaïsche installaties met elk een capaciteit van 2,0 MW, elk met één aansluiting op de volgende percelen: Wilkowo 1: 106/2, 106/5, 352, 121/8, 107 Wolf 2: 121/8, Voedingsaansluiting: 106/5, 107, 80/4, 79/2, 78, 77, 5. Al deze woningen bevinden zich in nr. 40, in Wilkowo, de gemeente Olsztynek. Het project past in het projecttype dat is opgenomen in de SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 voor maatregel 4.1 — zonne-energie-installaties (bv. zonnecollectoren, fotovoltaïsche systemen) — tot 2 MWe/MWth. Volgens de in SzOOP beschreven mogelijkheid zal de installatie commerciële doeleinden dienen — het opwekken van elektriciteit voor verkoop aan het DSB-netwerk. Het project voldoet aan de eisen van SzOOP wat betreft het hebben van belangrijke technische voorwaarden voor het aansluiten van elektriciteitscentrales op het net. Op 14 juni 2013 heeft Energa Operator S.A. de aansluitingsvoorwaarden voor de elektriciteitscentrale Wilkowo I van Wilkowo I van 1 MW afgegeven. Op 25 januari 2016 werden ook voor Wilkowo 2 aanvullende voorwaarden voor aansluiting op het net afgegeven voor 1 MW-vermogen. Voor beide energiecentrales is 1 aansluiting ontworpen. L'investimento oggetto del presente progetto consiste nella costruzione di 2 impianti fotovoltaici con una capacità di 2,0 MW ciascuno, ciascuno con un collegamento sui seguenti posti: Wilkowo 1: 106/2, 106/5, 352, 121/8, 107 Lupo 2: 121/8, Collegamento elettrico: 106/5, 107, 80/4, 79/2, 78, 77, 5. Tutte queste strutture sono situate all'interno del n. 40, a Wilkowo, il comune di Olsztynek. Il progetto si inserisce nel tipo di progetto elencato nel POR SZOOP WiM 2014-2020 per la misura 4.1 — Impianti di energia solare (ad esempio collettori solari, fotovoltaici) — fino a 2 MWe/MWth. In base alla possibilità descritta in SzOOP, l'impianto servirà a scopi commerciali — la produzione di energia elettrica per la vendita alla rete DSO. Il progetto soddisfa i requisiti di SzOOP per quanto riguarda l'esistenza di importanti condizioni tecniche per il collegamento delle centrali elettriche alla rete. Il 14 giugno 2013 Energa Operator S.A. ha rilasciato le condizioni di connessione alla rete per la centrale elettrica di Wilkowo I da 1 MW. La centrale elettrica sarà collegata alla rete, ma non sarà necessario installare batterie e regolatori di carica, poiché la rete è in grado di assorbire tutta l'energia prodotta dall'impianto fotovoltaico.
