Przedmiotem projektu jest stworzenie oraz wdrożenie w pełni funkcjonalnej i operacyjnej infrastruktury teleinformatycznej umożliwiającej wymianę elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej pomiędzy systemami funkcjonującymi w systemie ochrony zdrowia, w tym wprowadzenie świadczenia usług on-line oraz wdrożenie elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej (EDM), dostosowującej działalność jednostki do znowelizowanych przepisów prawa m.in. w zakresie wymagań interoperacyjności oraz ustawy o systemie informacji w ochronie zdrowia. Zakres projektu obejmuje kompleksowe wdrożenie systemu teleinformatycznego, wdrożenie e-usług medycznych, zakup sprzętu teleinformatycznego, usługi wdrożeniowe, szkolenia personelu, inżynier kontraktu, prace przygotowawcze, promocja projektu, wdrożenie strony www z standardem WCAG2.0. Projekt poprzez wdrożenie e-usług medycznych na poziomie 4 dojrzałości A2C oraz zastosowanie TIK służących wymianie informacji i danych między pacjentami i placówkami opieki zdrowotnej, personelem oraz systemami informacji medycznej -wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM dla Osi Priorytetowej 3 Cyfrowy Region gdzie celem szczegółowym jest „Zwiększenie wykorzystania nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych w podmiotach świadczących publiczne usługi zdrowotne”. W ramach projektu rozwiązania technologiczne zapewnią udostępnianie i wymianę danych za pośrednictwem Platformy P1, P2. Ponadto projekt przewiduje prowadzenia elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej w sposób spełniający wymagania ustawy z dnia 28 kwietnia 2011 r. o systemie informacji w ochronie zdrowia. w ramach projektu powstaną 2 szt. e-usług na 4 poziomie dojrzałości typ A2C oraz usługa wewnątrzadministracyjna typ A2A 2 szt. ponieważ będzie to e-skierowanie i elektroniczna dokumentacja medyczna. The subject of the project is the creation and implementation of a fully functional and operational ICT infrastructure enabling the exchange of electronic medical records between systems operating in the health care system, including the introduction of on-line services and the implementation of electronic medical documentation (EDM), adapting the unit’s activity to the amended legal provisions in the area of interoperability requirements and the act on the information system in health care. The scope of the project includes comprehensive implementation of the ICT system, implementation of medical e-services, purchase of ICT equipment, implementation services, staff training, contract engineer, preparatory work, project promotion, implementation of website with WCAG2.0 standard. The project through the implementation of e-medical services at level 4 of A2C maturity and the use of ICT for the exchange of information and data between patients and healthcare institutions, staff and medical information systems – is included in the assumption of the WiM RPO for Priority Axis 3 Digital Region where the specific objective is “Increase the use of modern information and communication technologies in entities providing public health services”. As part of the project, technological solutions will ensure the sharing and exchange of data via Platform P1, P2. In addition, the project provides for the keeping of electronic medical records in a manner that meets the requirements of the Act of 28 April 2011 on the information system in health care. within the framework of the project there will be 2 pieces of e-services at 4 level of maturity type A2C and an internal service type A2A 2 pieces as it will be e-direction and electronic medical documentation. Le projet a pour objet la création et la mise en œuvre d’une infrastructure informatique pleinement fonctionnelle et opérationnelle permettant l’échange de dossiers de santé électroniques entre les systèmes opérant dans le système de soins de santé, y compris l’introduction de services en ligne et la mise en place de dossiers médicaux électroniques, adaptant l’activité de l’entité aux dispositions modifiées de la loi, notamment en ce qui concerne les exigences d’interopérabilité et la loi sur le système d’information en matière de protection de la santé. Le projet comprend la mise en œuvre intégrale du système informatique, la mise en place de services médicaux électroniques, l’achat de matériel informatique, les services de mise en œuvre, la formation du personnel, l’ingénieur contractuel, les travaux préparatoires, la promotion du projet, la mise en œuvre du site Web selon la norme WCAG2.0. Le projet, grâce à la mise en œuvre de services médicaux électroniques au niveau 4 de la maturité A2C et à l’utilisation des TIC pour l’échange d’informations et de données entre les patients et les établissements de santé, le personnel et les systèmes d’information médicale, s’inscrit dans les hypothèses du SzOOP ROP WiM pour la région numérique de l’axe prioritaire 3, dont l’objectif spécifique est d’«accroître l’utilisation des technologies modernes de l’information et de la communication dans les entités fournissant des services de santé publique». Dans le cadre du projet, les solutions technologiques assureront le partage et l’échange de données via la plateforme P1, P2. Das Projekt durch die Einführung von e-medizinischen Dienstleistungen auf Stufe 4 der A2C-Reife und die Nutzung von IKT für den Austausch von Informationen und Daten zwischen Patienten und Gesundheitseinrichtungen, Personal und medizinischen Informationssystemen – ist Teil der Annahmen des SzOOP ROP WiM für Prioritätsachse 3 Digitale Region, wo das spezifische Ziel ist, die Nutzung moderner Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien in Einrichtungen, die öffentliche Gesundheitsdienste erbringen, zu erhöhen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Technologielösungen die gemeinsame Nutzung und den Austausch von Daten über die Plattform P1, P2 gewährleisten. Darüber hinaus sieht das Projekt die Pflege elektronischer Patientenakten in einer Weise vor, die den Anforderungen des Gesetzes vom 28. April 2011 über das Informationssystem im Gesundheitswesen entspricht. Das Projekt wird 2 e-Dienste auf der 4. Het project betreft het opzetten en implementeren van een volledig functionele en operationele ICT-infrastructuur die de uitwisseling van elektronische medische dossiers tussen systemen in de gezondheidszorg mogelijk maakt, met inbegrip van de invoering van on-linediensten en de invoering van elektronische medische dossiers (EDM), waarbij de activiteit van de entiteit wordt aangepast aan de gewijzigde bepalingen van de wet, onder meer met betrekking tot de eisen inzake interoperabiliteit en de wet betreffende het informatiesysteem op het gebied van gezondheidsbescherming. Het project omvat een uitgebreide implementatie van het ICT-systeem, implementatie van e-medische diensten, aankoop van ICT-apparatuur, implementatiediensten, opleiding van personeel, contractingenieur, voorbereidende werkzaamheden, projectpromotie, implementatie van de website met WCAG2.0-norm. Het project door de invoering van e-medische diensten op niveau 4 van de A2C-rijpheid en het gebruik van ICT voor de uitwisseling van informatie en gegevens tussen patiënten en zorginstellingen, personeel en medische informatiesystemen — maakt deel uit van de veronderstellingen van het SzOOP ROP WiM voor prioritaire as 3 Digitale regio, waarin de specifieke doelstelling is „het gebruik van moderne informatie- en communicatietechnologieën in entiteiten die openbare gezondheidsdiensten verlenen” te vergroten. In het kader van het project zullen technologische oplossingen zorgen voor het delen en uitwisselen van gegevens via Platform P1, P2. Daarnaast voorziet het project in het onderhoud van elektronische medische dossiers op een manier die voldoet aan de eisen van de wet van 28 april 2011 betreffende het informatiesysteem in de gezondheidszorg. Het project zal 2 e-diensten creëren op het 4e niveau van volwassenheid type A2C en een intra-administratieve dienst type A2A 2 pcs. omdat het gaat om e-directie en elektronische medische documentatie. Oggetto del progetto è la creazione e la realizzazione di un'infrastruttura TIC pienamente funzionale e operativa che consenta lo scambio di cartelle cliniche elettroniche tra sistemi operanti nel sistema sanitario, compresa l'introduzione di servizi on-line e l'attuazione di cartelle cliniche elettroniche (EDM), adeguando l'attività dell'entità alle disposizioni modificate della legge, tra l'altro per quanto riguarda i requisiti di interoperabilità e la legge sul sistema d'informazione in materia di protezione della salute. L'ambito del progetto comprende l'attuazione completa del sistema TIC, l'attuazione di servizi e-medicali, l'acquisto di attrezzature TIC, servizi di implementazione, formazione del personale, ingegnere contrattuale, lavori preparatori, promozione del progetto, realizzazione del sito web con la norma WCAG2.0. Il progetto attraverso l'implementazione di servizi e-medicali al livello 4 di maturità A2C e l'uso delle TIC per lo scambio di informazioni e dati tra pazienti e istituzioni sanitarie, personale e sistemi di informazione medica — rientra nelle ipotesi del POR SZOOP WiM per l'asse prioritario 3 regione digitale, in cui l'obiettivo specifico è "Incrementare l'uso delle moderne tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione negli enti che forniscono servizi di sanità pubblica". Nell'ambito del progetto, le soluzioni tecnologiche garantiranno la condivisione e lo scambio di dati tramite la piattaforma P1, P2. Inoltre, il progetto prevede il mantenimento di cartelle cliniche elettroniche in modo conforme ai requisiti della legge del 28 aprile 2011 sul sistema di informazione nell'assistenza sanitaria. El objeto del proyecto es la creación y puesta en marcha de una infraestructura de TIC plenamente funcional y operativa que permita el intercambio de registros médicos electrónicos entre los sistemas que operan en el sistema de atención de la salud, incluida la introducción de servicios en línea y la implantación de registros médicos electrónicos (EDM), adaptando la actividad de la entidad a las disposiciones modificadas de la ley, entre otras, en relación con los requisitos de interoperabilidad y la Ley del Sistema de Información en Protección de la Salud. El alcance del proyecto incluye la implementación integral del sistema de TIC, la implementación de servicios médicos electrónicos, la compra de equipos de TIC, servicios de implementación, capacitación del personal, ingeniero contractual, trabajo preparatorio, promoción de proyectos, implementación del sitio web con la norma WCAG2.0. El proyecto a través de la implementación de servicios médicos electrónicos en el nivel 4 de madurez A2C y el uso de las TIC para el intercambio de información y datos entre pacientes e instituciones sanitarias, personal y sistemas de información médica, forma parte de los supuestos de la SzOOP ROP WiM para la Región Digital del Eje Prioritario 3, donde el objetivo específico es «Incrementar el uso de las modernas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en las entidades que prestan servicios de salud pública». Como parte del proyecto, las soluciones tecnológicas garantizarán el intercambio y el intercambio de datos a través de la Plataforma P1, P2. Además, el proyecto prevé el mantenimiento de registros médicos electrónicos de manera que se cumplan los requisitos de la Ley de 28 de abril de 2011 sobre el sistema de información en la atención de la salud. El proyecto creará 2 servicios electrónicos en el cuarto nivel de madurez tipo A2C y un servicio intraadministrativo de tipo A2A 2 unidades, ya que será la dirección electrónica y la documentación médica electrónica.
