Celem projektu jest podniesienie wiedzy i umiejętności pracowniczych 16 uczniów/nic Zespołu Szkół w Dobrym Mieście poprzez realizowane w ramach projektu wsparcie w postaci szkoleń, kursów i staży zawodowych w okresie sty2019-wrze2019. Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na wzrost zatrudnialności uczestników projektu poprzez nabycie oraz potwierdzenie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych i zastosowanie ich w praktyce u Pracodawcy. Działania pozwalają na zwiększenie zatrudnialności uczniów szkoły prowadzącej kształcenie zawodowe, w szczególności poprzez poprawę jakości kształcenia zawodowego. Projekt przyczynia się do wzmocnienia powiązania systemu kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego z rynkiem pracy oraz wzrostu jakości systemu szkoleń służącego zwiększeniu zdolności do zatrudnienia uczniów placówek kształcenia zawodowego. Projekt realizuje założenia MODEL 1. a) zdiagnozowanie ucznia/słuchacza pod kątem uzupełnienia jego umiejętności, kompetencji i uzyskiwania kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz kompetencji miękkich ułatwiających wejście na rynek pracy/kontynuację nauki w celu skierowania go na staż zawodowy oraz kursy/szkolenia (o ile dotyczy), z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uczniów i słuchaczy objętych wsparciem b) realizacja staży zawodowych dla uczniów/słuchaczy w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy. Model został dodatkowo rozszerzony o wsparcie w postaci wyposażenie uczniów w dodatkowe umiejętności, kompetencje i kwalifikacje zawodowe oraz w miękkie kompetencje pracownicze, które zostaną uzyskane w trakcie kursów/szkoleń powiązanych z profilem kształcenia, wybranych przy udziale pracodawców i poprzedzonych diagnozą ucznia (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the knowledge and skills of 16 pupils/nothing of the School Complex in the Good City by means of the project support in the form of trainings, courses and traineeships in the period of January 2019. The implementation of the project is intended to increase the employability of project participants by acquiring and confirming qualifications and practical skills and applying them in practice with the Employer. Measures increase the employability of pupils in vocational training, in particular by improving the quality of vocational training. The project contributes to strengthening the link between VET and the labour market and increasing the quality of the training system to increase the employability of VET pupils. The project implements the assumptions of MODEL 1. a) diagnosing the student with a view to supplementing his/her skills, competences and obtaining professional qualifications and soft competences facilitating entry into the labour market/continuation of education in order to refer him to a traineeship and courses/training (if applicable), taking into account individual development and educational needs and psychophysical possibilities of pupils and students supported by b) implementing professional internships for pupils/listeners in real working conditions. The model has been extended to include support in the form of equipping pupils with additional skills, competences and professional qualifications and soft employee competences to be obtained during courses/training related to the education profile selected with the participation of employers and preceded by a diagnosis of the pupil (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer les connaissances et les compétences de 16 étudiants/riens du Complexe scolaire de la Bonne Ville grâce au soutien du projet sous la forme de formations, de cours et de stages professionnels entre janvier 2019 et septembre 2019. La mise en œuvre du projet vise à accroître l’employabilité des participants au projet en acquérant et en confirmant les qualifications et les compétences pratiques et en les appliquant dans la pratique à l’employeur. Ces mesures permettent d’accroître l’employabilité des élèves de l’école de formation professionnelle, notamment en améliorant la qualité de la formation professionnelle. Le projet contribue à renforcer le lien entre l’EFP et le marché du travail et à améliorer la qualité du système de formation afin d’accroître l’employabilité des étudiants de l’EFP. Le projet met en œuvre MODEL 1. a) Diagnostic de l’étudiant en vue de compléter ses aptitudes, ses compétences et l’obtention de qualifications professionnelles et de compétences non techniques facilitant l’entrée sur le marché du travail/la poursuite de l’apprentissage afin de l’orienter vers un stage professionnel et des cours/formations (le cas échéant), en tenant compte du développement individuel et des besoins éducatifs et des capacités psychophysiques des étudiants et des étudiants couverts par le soutien b) la mise en œuvre de stages professionnels pour les étudiants en conditions réelles de travail. Le modèle a été élargi de manière à inclure un soutien sous la forme d’un soutien visant à doter les étudiants d’aptitudes, de compétences et de qualifications professionnelles supplémentaires, ainsi que de compétences en main-d’œuvre souples, qui seront obtenues lors des cours/formations liés au profil éducatif, sélectionnés avec la participation d’employeurs et précédés d’un diagnostic de l’étudiant. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Wissen und die Fähigkeiten von 16 Schülern/Nichts des Schulkomplexes in der Guten Stadt durch die Unterstützung des Projekts in Form von Schulungen, Kursen und beruflichen Praktika im Zeitraum Januar2019-September 2019 zu verbessern. Die Durchführung des Projekts zielt darauf ab, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Projektteilnehmer zu verbessern, indem Qualifikationen und praktische Fähigkeiten erworben und bestätigt und in der Praxis auf den Arbeitgeber angewandt werden. Die Maßnahmen ermöglichen es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Schüler in der Berufsausbildung zu verbessern, insbesondere durch die Verbesserung der Qualität der Berufsausbildung. Das Projekt trägt dazu bei, die Verbindung zwischen Berufsbildung und Arbeitsmarkt zu stärken und die Qualität des Ausbildungssystems zu verbessern, um die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Studierenden in der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung zu verbessern. Das Projekt implementiert MODEL 1. a) Diagnose des Studierenden im Hinblick auf die Ergänzung seiner Fähigkeiten, Kompetenzen und den Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen und Soft-Kompetenzen zur Erleichterung des Eintritts in den Arbeitsmarkt/Fortsetzung des Lernens, um ihn auf eine berufliche Praktika und Kurse/Ausbildungen (falls zutreffend) zu verweisen, wobei individuelle Entwicklungs- und Bildungsbedürfnisse sowie psychophysische Fähigkeiten von Studierenden und Studenten, die unter die Unterstützung fallen, zu berücksichtigen sind b) die Durchführung von Berufspraktikum für Studierende unter realen Arbeitsbedingungen. Das Modell wurde weiter ausgebaut, um die Unterstützung in Form der Ausstattung der Studierenden mit zusätzlichen Fähigkeiten, Kompetenzen und beruflichen Qualifikationen sowie Soft-Work-Kompetenzen, die während der Kurse/Ausbildungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Bildungsprofil erworben werden, mit der Teilnahme von Arbeitgebern und einer Diagnose des Schülers auszuwählen. Het doel van het project is om de kennis en vaardigheden van 16 studenten/niets van het Schoolcomplex in de Goede Stad te verbeteren door middel van de ondersteuning van het project in de vorm van trainingen, cursussen en professionele stages in de periode januari2019-september 2019. De uitvoering van het project heeft tot doel de inzetbaarheid van projectdeelnemers te vergroten door kwalificaties en praktische vaardigheden te verwerven en te bevestigen en ze in de praktijk toe te passen op de Werkgever. De maatregelen maken het mogelijk de inzetbaarheid van leerlingen in de beroepsopleidingsschool te vergroten, met name door de kwaliteit van de beroepsopleiding te verbeteren. Het project draagt bij tot het versterken van de band tussen beroepsonderwijs en -opleiding en de verbetering van de kwaliteit van het opleidingssysteem om de inzetbaarheid van studenten in beroepsonderwijs en -opleiding te vergroten. Het project voert MODEL 1. a) Diagnostiek van de student uit met het oog op de aanvulling van zijn vaardigheden, competenties en het verkrijgen van beroepskwalificaties en zachte competenties die de toegang tot de arbeidsmarkt/voortzetting van het leren vergemakkelijken, teneinde hem te verwijzen naar professionele stages en cursussen/opleidingen (indien van toepassing), rekening houdend met individuele ontwikkelings- en onderwijsbehoeften en psychofysische capaciteiten van studenten en studenten die onder de steun vallen; b) de uitvoering van professionele stages voor studenten in reële arbeidsomstandigheden. Het model is verder uitgebreid met ondersteuning in de vorm van het toerusten van studenten met aanvullende vaardigheden, competenties en beroepskwalificaties, alsook zachte arbeidscompetenties, die zullen worden verkregen tijdens cursussen/opleidingen die verband houden met het onderwijsprofiel, geselecteerd met deelname van werkgevers en voorafgegaan door een diagnose van de student. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di migliorare le conoscenze e le competenze di 16 studenti/niente del complesso scolastico nella città buona attraverso il sostegno del progetto sotto forma di formazioni, corsi e stage professionali nel periodo gennaio2019-settembre 2019. L'attuazione del progetto mira ad aumentare l'occupabilità dei partecipanti al progetto acquisendo e confermando qualifiche e competenze pratiche e applicandole nella pratica al Datore di lavoro. Le misure consentono di aumentare l'occupabilità degli alunni nella scuola di formazione professionale, in particolare migliorando la qualità della formazione professionale. Il progetto contribuisce a rafforzare il legame tra l'IFP e il mercato del lavoro e a migliorare la qualità del sistema di formazione per aumentare l'occupabilità degli studenti dell'IFP. Il progetto implementa il MODELLO 1. a) Diagnostica dello studente al fine di integrare le sue capacità, competenze e l'ottenimento di qualifiche professionali e competenze trasversali facilitando l'ingresso nel mercato del lavoro/proseguimento dell'apprendimento al fine di indirizzarlo a stage e corsi/formazione professionali (se del caso), tenendo conto delle esigenze individuali di sviluppo e di istruzione e delle capacità psicofisiche degli studenti e degli studenti coperti dal sostegno b) l'attuazione di tirocini professionali per gli studenti in condizioni di lavoro reali. Il modello è stato ulteriormente ampliato per includere il sostegno sotto forma di dotare gli studenti di capacità, competenze e qualifiche professionali supplementari, nonché competenze in materia di lavoro morbido, che saranno ottenute nel corso di corsi/formazione relativi al profilo educativo, selezionati con la partecipazione dei datori di lavoro e preceduti da una diagnosi dello studente. El objetivo del proyecto es mejorar los conocimientos y habilidades de 16 estudiantes/nada del Complejo Escolar en la Ciudad Buena a través del apoyo del proyecto en forma de formaciones, cursos y prácticas profesionales en el período comprendido entre enero de 2019 y septiembre de 2019. La ejecución del proyecto tiene por objeto aumentar la empleabilidad de los participantes en el proyecto adquiriendo y confirmando las cualificaciones y competencias prácticas y aplicándolas en la práctica al empleador. Las medidas permiten aumentar la empleabilidad de los alumnos en la escuela de formación profesional, en particular mejorando la calidad de la formación profesional. El proyecto contribuye a reforzar el vínculo entre la EFP y el mercado laboral y a mejorar la calidad del sistema de formación para aumentar la empleabilidad de los estudiantes de EFP. El proyecto aplica el MODEL 1. a) Diagnóstico del estudiante con el fin de complementar sus capacidades, competencias y obtener cualificaciones profesionales y competencias blandas que faciliten la entrada en el mercado laboral o la continuación del aprendizaje, con el fin de remitirlo a prácticas profesionales y cursos/formación (si procede), teniendo en cuenta el desarrollo individual y las necesidades educativas y las capacidades psicofísicas de los estudiantes y estudiantes cubiertos por la ayuda b) la realización de prácticas profesionales para estudiantes en condiciones de trabajo reales. El modelo se ha ampliado para incluir el apoyo en forma de dotar a los estudiantes de capacidades, competencias y cualificaciones profesionales adicionales, así como competencias laborales blandas, que se obtendrán durante los cursos/formación relacionados con el perfil educativo, seleccionados con la participación de los empleadores y precedidos de un diagnóstico del estudiante.
