CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU Zwiększenie atrakcyjności zawodowej min. 15 uczniów (1K/14M) Powiatowego Centrum Edukacyjnego w Kętrzynie poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji spawalniczych, a po ich zdobyciu wykorzystanie w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy poprzez realizację staży/praktyk u pracodawców oraz poprawa jakości kształcenia uczniów poprzez współpracę szkoły z pracodawcami w zakresie organizacji praktyk/staży w okresie IX.2020-VIII.2021 r. Cel proj. wynika ze zdiagnozowanych problemów w RPO WiM 2014-2020 oraz z przeprowadzonej przez szkołę diagnozy. Realizacja projektu i osiągnięcie celu przełoży się bezpośrednio na realizację wskazanego celu szczegółowego RPO WiM i osiągnięcie wskaźnika produktu dla Działania 2.4, Podziałania 2.4.1 Realizacja działań jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane potrzeby lokalnych przedsiębiorców którzy uczestniczyli w konstruowaniu założeń projektu (wnioski: brak odpowiednich kwalifikacji praktykantów) i zwiększy szanse uczestników projektu na zatrudnienie. ZADANIA 1 Diagnoza ucznia pod kątem uzupełnienia kwalifikacji 2. Realizacja szkoleń z zakresu autoprezentacji 3 Realizacja uzupełniających kursów zawodowych w metodzie TIG-141 FM5 oraz spawania orbitalnego TIG 4 Realizacja i organizacja staży GRUPA DOCELOWA Uczniowie PCE w Kętrzynie KWALIFIKACJE Uczestnicy szkoleń po pozytywnym zdaniu egzaminu końcowego nabędą kwalifikacje spawalnicze KOMPETENCJE Uczestnicy zajęć z zakresu autoprezentacji nabędą kompetencje EFEKTY PROJEKTU - Liczba osób uczestniczących w pozaszkolnych formach kształcenia w programie - Liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawców - Liczba uczniów uczestniczących w uzupełnieniu kwalifikacji poprzez udział w kursie spawania TIG-141 FM5 oraz spawania orbitalnego TIG Projekt nie jest realizowany w partnerstwie. Accroître l’attractivité professionnelle d’au moins 15 étudiants (1K/14M) du centre d’éducation de district de Kętrzyn en obtenant des qualifications de soudage, et après les avoir obtenus dans des conditions de travail réelles, en mettant en œuvre des stages/pratiques avec les employeurs et en améliorant la qualité de l’éducation des étudiants grâce à la coopération entre l’école et les employeurs dans l’organisation de stages/stages au cours de la période IX.2020-VIII.2021. Erhöhung der beruflichen Attraktivität von mindestens 15 Schülern (1K/14M) des Bezirksbildungszentrums in Kętrzyn durch die Erlangung von Schweißqualifikationen und nach Erlangung der tatsächlichen Arbeitsbedingungen durch die Umsetzung von Praktika/Praktika bei Arbeitgebern und durch die Verbesserung der Qualität der Ausbildung der Schüler durch die Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Schule und Arbeitgebern bei der Organisation von Praktika/Praktika im Zeitraum IX.2020-VIII.2021. Das Ziel des Projekts ist auf diagnostische Probleme im ROP WiM 2014-2020 und die Diagnose durch die Schule zurückzuführen. Die Durchführung des Projekts und die Verwirklichung des Ziels werden sich unmittelbar in die Umsetzung des spezifischen Ziels des WiM ROP und das Erreichen des Outputindikators für Maßnahme 2.4 niederschlagen. Maßnahme 2.4.1 Die Durchführung der Maßnahmen ist eine Reaktion auf den diagnostischen Bedarf lokaler Unternehmer, die an der Verwirklichung der Projektziele beteiligt waren (Schlussfolgerungen: Fehlen geeigneter Qualifikationen von Auszubildenden) und Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Projektteilnehmer. Aumentare l'attrattiva professionale di almeno 15 studenti (1K/14M) del Centro educativo distrettuale di Kętrzyn ottenendo qualifiche di saldatura, e dopo averli ottenuti in condizioni di lavoro reali, implementando stage/pratiche con i datori di lavoro e migliorando la qualità dell'istruzione degli studenti attraverso la cooperazione tra la scuola e i datori di lavoro nell'organizzazione di stage/tirocini nel periodo IX.2020-VIII.2021. L'obiettivo del progetto è dovuto a problemi diagnosticati nel ROP WiM 2014-2020 e alla diagnosi effettuata dalla scuola. L'attuazione del progetto e il raggiungimento dell'obiettivo si tradurranno direttamente nell'attuazione dell'obiettivo specifico del POR WiM e nella realizzazione dell'indicatore di output per la misura 2.4. Misura 2.4.1 L'attuazione delle misure è una risposta alle esigenze diagnosticate degli imprenditori locali che hanno partecipato alla realizzazione degli obiettivi del progetto (conclusioni: mancanza di qualifiche adeguate per gli apprendisti) e aumentare l'occupabilità dei partecipanti al progetto.
