PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO-PRODUKCYJNO-HANDLOWO-USŁUGOWE „DORJAN” KONFEKCJA SKÓRZANA JANUSZ JABŁOŃSKI

Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup środków trwałych, WNiP oraz usług. W ramach inwestycji przewidziano realizację 3 zadań: Zadanie I: Środki trwałe, wartości niematerialne i prawne (01.05.2017 r. - 31.08.2018 r.) W ramach zadania zaplanowano: a) zakup oraz instalację serwera dla przechowywania plików firmowych i dokonywania regularnych kopii bezpieczeństwa zgromadzonych danych. Na serwerze zainstalowana zostanie także kopia systemu informatycznego. b) zakup i wdrożenie dedykowanego systemu informatycznego: system będzie się składał z modułów, stanowiących logiczną i komplementarną całość: - CRM; - Zaopatrzenie i Magazyn; - Produkcja; - Finanse; - BI; Wdrożenie polegać będzie na przydzieleniu kont użytkowników, migracji danych firmowych do systemu, testowaniu i uruchomieniu systemu. Zadanie II: Promocja projektu (01.07.2018 r. - 31.08.2018 r.): Zadanie obejmuje reklamę internetową: Działania promocyjne zostaną zlecone wykonawcy, który dokona optymalnego podziału przewidywanego budżetu na konkretne działania. Zadanie III: Szkolenia (01.08.2018 r. - 31.08.2018 r.): Zadanie obejmie szkolenie dot. prezentacji działania poszczególnych modułów, przeprowadzenie próbnego użycia oraz wyjaśnienie sposobu zarządzania działaniem systemu. Realizacja projektu wpisuje się w postanowienia SZOOP RPO WiM poprzez: 1) Wzmacnianie konkurencyjności MŚP: firma należy do wymienionej grupy podmiotów; 2) Opracowanie i wdrażanie nowych modeli biznesowych dla MŚP, w szczególności w celu umiędzynarodowienia: w wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi znacząca zmiana procesów biznesowych, ułatwiających wnioskodawcy wejście na nowe rynki zagraniczne; 3) projekt polega na zwiększeniu udziału TIK w zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem, prowadząc do internacjonalizacji oraz usprawnienia kontaktów z klientem, jak również przeprowadzeniu działań informacyjno-promocyjnych. A copy of the IT system will also be installed on the server. b) purchase and implementation of a dedicated IT system: the system will consist of modules, which constitute a logical and complementary whole: — CRM; — Supply and Warehouse; — Production; — Finances; — BI; Implementation will consist of allocating user accounts, migrating company data to the system, testing and running the system. Task II: Promotion of the project (01.07.2018-31.08.2018): The task includes internet advertising: Promotion activities will be commissioned to contractors, which will make the optimal breakdown of the planned budget into specific actions. Task III: Training (01.08.2018-31.08.2018): The task will include training on the presentation of the operation of individual modules, conducting a test use and explaining how the system operates. The implementation of the project is in line with the provisions of the SZOOP RPO WiM by: 1) Strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs: the company belongs to the listed group of entities; 2) Development and implementation of new business models for SMEs, in particular with a view to internationalising: as a result of the project, there will be a significant change in business processes, facilitating applicants entering new foreign markets; 3) The project consists of increasing the share of ICT in company management, leading to internationalisation and improved customer contacts, as well as carrying out information and promotion activities. L’objet du projet est l’achat d’immobilisations, d’ISP et de services. Dans le cadre de l’investissement, 3 tâches sont prévues: Activité I: Immobilisations, immobilisations incorporelles (01.05.2017-31/08/2018) Dans le cadre de la mission: a) l’achat et l’installation d’un serveur pour stocker les fichiers de l’entreprise et faire régulièrement des copies de sécurité des données collectées. Une copie du système informatique sera également installée sur le serveur. b) l’achat et la mise en œuvre d’un système informatique dédié: le système se composera de modules constituant un ensemble logique et complémentaire: — CRM; Approvisionnement et entrepôt; Production; — Financement; — BI; La mise en œuvre consistera à attribuer des comptes d’utilisateurs, à migrer les données de l’entreprise vers le système, à tester et à exécuter le système. Activité II: Promotion du projet (01.07.2018-31/08/2018): La tâche comprend la publicité en ligne: Les activités promotionnelles seront externalisées à un contractant qui procédera à une ventilation optimale du budget prévisionnel pour des actions spécifiques. Activité III: Cours de formation (01.08.2018-31/08/2018): La tâche comprendra une formation sur la présentation du fonctionnement des modules individuels, la réalisation d’une utilisation à l’essai et l’explication du fonctionnement du système. La mise en œuvre du projet est conforme aux dispositions du SZOOP ROP WiM: 1) Renforcer la compétitivité des PME: la société appartient au groupe d’entités figurant sur la liste; 2) Développer et mettre en œuvre de nouveaux modèles d’entreprise pour les PME, notamment en vue de l’internationalisation: à la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet, il y aura un changement important dans les processus opérationnels, ce qui facilitera l’entrée du demandeur sur de nouveaux marchés étrangers; 3) Le projet consiste à accroître la participation des TIC à la gestion d’entreprise, conduisant à l’internationalisation et à l’amélioration des relations avec la clientèle, ainsi qu’à mener des activités d’information et de promotion. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Erwerb von Anlagevermögen, PSI und Dienstleistungen. Im Rahmen der Investition sind drei Aufgaben geplant: Tätigkeit I: Anlagevermögen, immaterielle Vermögenswerte (01.05.2017-31/08/2018) Im Rahmen der Aufgabe: a) Kauf und Installation eines Servers zur Speicherung von Unternehmensakten und zur Erstellung regelmäßiger Sicherheitskopien der gesammelten Daten. Eine Kopie des IT-Systems wird auch auf dem Server installiert. b) Kauf und Implementierung eines dedizierten IT-Systems: das System besteht aus Modulen, die ein logisches und ergänzendes Ganzes bilden: — CRM; Lieferung und Lager; Produktion; — Finanzierung; — BI; Die Implementierung wird darin bestehen, Benutzerkonten zuzuweisen, Unternehmensdaten dem System zu migrieren, das System zu testen und zu betreiben. Tätigkeit II: Förderung des Projekts (01.07.2018-31.08.2018): Die Aufgabe umfasst Online-Werbung: Die Werbemaßnahmen werden an einen Auftragnehmer ausgelagert, der eine optimale Aufschlüsselung der veranschlagten Mittel für spezifische Maßnahmen vornehmen wird. Tätigkeit III: Schulungen (01.08.2018-31.08.2018): Die Aufgabe umfasst Schulungen zur Darstellung des Betriebs einzelner Module, die Durchführung eines Versuchseinsatzes und die Erläuterung der Funktionsweise des Systems. Die Durchführung des Projekts steht im Einklang mit den Bestimmungen des SZOOP ROP WiM durch: 1) Stärkung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von KMU: das Unternehmen gehört zur börsennotierten Unternehmensgruppe; 2) Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsmodelle für KMU, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Internationalisierung: infolge der Durchführung des Projekts wird es zu einer erheblichen Änderung der Geschäftsprozesse kommen, die den Eintritt des Antragstellers in neue ausländische Märkte erleichtern wird; 3) Das Projekt besteht darin, die Beteiligung der IKT an der Unternehmensführung zu erhöhen, die Internationalisierung und die Verbesserung der Kundenbeziehungen sowie die Durchführung von Informations- und Werbeaktivitäten. Het doel van het project is de aankoop van vaste activa, PSI en diensten. In het kader van de investering zijn 3 taken gepland: Activiteit I: Vaste activa, immateriële activa (01.05.2017-31/08/2018) Als onderdeel van de taak: a) aankoop en installatie van een server voor het opslaan van bedrijfsbestanden en het maken van regelmatige beveiligingskopieën van de verzamelde gegevens. Een kopie van het IT-systeem zal ook op de server worden geïnstalleerd. b) de aankoop en implementatie van een specifiek IT-systeem: het systeem bestaat uit modules die een logisch en complementair geheel vormen: — CRM; Levering en pakhuis; Productie; — Financiering; — BI; Implementatie zal bestaan uit het toewijzen van gebruikersaccounts, het migreren van bedrijfsgegevens naar het systeem, het testen en uitvoeren van het systeem. Activiteit II: Promotie van het project (01.07.2018-31/08/2018): De taak omvat online reclame: De promotieactiviteiten worden uitbesteed aan een contractant die het geraamde budget voor specifieke acties optimaal zal uitsplitsen. Activiteit III: Opleidingscursussen (01.08.2018-31/08/2018): De taak omvat een opleiding over de presentatie van de werking van de afzonderlijke modules, het uitvoeren van een proefgebruik en het uitleggen van de werking van het systeem. De uitvoering van het project is in overeenstemming met de bepalingen van de SZOOP ROP WiM door: 1) Versterking van het concurrentievermogen van het MKB: de onderneming behoort tot de beursgenoteerde groep van entiteiten; 2) Ontwikkeling en tenuitvoerlegging van nieuwe bedrijfsmodellen voor kmo’s, met name met het oog op internationalisering: als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project zal er sprake zijn van een aanzienlijke verandering in bedrijfsprocessen, waardoor de toegang van de aanvrager tot nieuwe buitenlandse markten wordt vergemakkelijkt; 3) Het project bestaat uit het vergroten van de deelname van ICT aan bedrijfsbeheer, wat leidt tot internationalisering en verbetering van de klantrelaties, en het uitvoeren van voorlichtings- en promotieactiviteiten. L'oggetto del progetto è l'acquisto di immobilizzazioni, PSI e servizi. Nell'ambito dell'investimento sono previsti 3 compiti: Attività I: Immobilizzazioni, immobilizzazioni immateriali (01.05.2017-31/08/2018) Nell'ambito del compito: a) l'acquisto e l'installazione di un server per la memorizzazione dei file aziendali e la realizzazione di regolari copie di sicurezza dei dati raccolti. Sul server sarà inoltre installata una copia del sistema informatico. b) l'acquisto e l'implementazione di un sistema informatico dedicato: il sistema sarà costituito da moduli costitutivi di un insieme logico e complementare: — CRM; Fornitura e magazzino; Produzione; — Finanziamenti; — BI; L'implementazione consisterà nell'assegnare account utente, migrare i dati aziendali al sistema, testare ed eseguire il sistema. Attività II: Promozione del progetto (01.07.2018-31/08/2018): L'attività comprende la pubblicità online: Le attività promozionali saranno esternalizzate a un contraente che realizzerà una ripartizione ottimale del bilancio stimato per azioni specifiche. Attività III: Corsi di formazione (01.08.2018-31/08/2018): Il compito comprenderà la formazione sulla presentazione del funzionamento dei singoli moduli, l'esecuzione di un uso di prova e la spiegazione del funzionamento del sistema. L'attuazione del progetto è in linea con le disposizioni del POR SZOOP WiM: 1) Rafforzare la competitività delle PMI: la società appartiene al gruppo di soggetti elencati; 2) Sviluppare e attuare nuovi modelli di business per le PMI, in particolare al fine di internazionalizzare: a seguito dell'attuazione del progetto, si verificherà un cambiamento significativo nei processi aziendali, facilitando l'ingresso del richiedente in nuovi mercati esteri; 3) Il progetto consiste nell'aumentare la partecipazione dell'ICT alla gestione aziendale, portando all'internazionalizzazione e al miglioramento delle relazioni con i clienti, nonché svolgendo attività di informazione e promozione. Actividad II: Promoción del proyecto (01.07.2018-31/08/2018): La tarea incluye la publicidad en línea: Las actividades de promoción se subcontratarán a un contratista que hará un desglose óptimo del presupuesto estimado para acciones específicas. Actividad III: Cursos de formación (01.08.2018-31/08/2018): La tarea incluirá la formación sobre la presentación del funcionamiento de módulos individuales, la realización de un ensayo y la explicación del funcionamiento del sistema. La ejecución del proyecto se ajusta a las disposiciones del SZOOP ROP WiM: 1) Fortalecimiento de la competitividad de las PYME: la empresa pertenece al grupo de entidades que cotiza en bolsa; 2) Desarrollar y aplicar nuevos modelos de negocio para las PYMES, en particular con vistas a la internacionalización: como resultado de la ejecución del proyecto, se producirá un cambio significativo en los procesos empresariales, facilitando la entrada del solicitante en nuevos mercados extranjeros; 3) El proyecto consiste en aumentar la participación de las TIC en la gestión de la empresa, dando lugar a la internacionalización y mejora de las relaciones con los clientes, así como a la realización de actividades de información y promoción.
