Wzrost aktywności zawodowej i zatrudnienia wśród 60 osób (54M/6K) powyżej 29 roku życia, znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, które poszukują zatrudnienia zamieszkujących teren woj. świetokrzyskiego . Za pomocą instrumentów wsparcia stosowanego w ramach RPO WŚ 10.2.1. grupa ta w okresie od 01.08.2018 do 31.08.2019r. przejdzie indywidualną i kompleksową aktywizację zawodową. Projekt przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego poprzez skierowanie wsparcia pochodzącego z EFS do osób po 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy na regionalnym rynku pracy. Stopień w jakim cel projektu przyczyni się do realizacji wyznaczonego celu określają wskaźniki rezultatu bezpośredniego oraz produktu, a także wskaźniki własne wnioskodawcy, które zapewniają wysoką jakość realizowanych projektów. Dodatkowo cele oraz wsparcie założone w projekcie wpisują się w Strategię rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego Polski Wschodniej do roku 2020 - priorytet rozwojowy 3: wzrost sprzyjający włączeniu społecznemu poprzez zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej, podnoszenie kwalifikacji, walka z ubóstwem. Etapy projektu: 1. Indywidualne doradztwo zawodowe wraz z Indywidualnym Planem Działania; 2. Szkolenia zawodowe (po zakończonym szkoleniu uczestnicy otrzymują stypendia szkoleniowe); 3. 3-miesięczne płatne staże na stanowiskach pracy powiązanych z odbytym szkoleniem; 4. Pośrednictwo pracy; 5. Znalezienie pracy i utrzymanie zatrudnienia. Szkolenia kończą się egzaminem, przeprowadzanym przez właściwy organ, sprawdzającym osiągnięte efekty i uzyskaniem dokumentu potwierdzającego nabycie kwalifikacji w konkretnym zawodzie. (Polish)

The increase in labour participation and employment among 60 people (54M/6K) over the age of 29, who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, who are looking for employment in the area of Świokrzyskie Voivodeship. This group will undergo individual and comprehensive professional activation in the period 01.08.2018 to 31.08.2019 with the support instruments used under the WWW ROP 10.2.1. The project will contribute to the specific objective by targeting ESF support to those over 29 who are unemployed on the regional labour market. The extent to which the objective of the project contributes to the achievement of the objective is determined by the direct result and output indicators as well as the applicant’s own indicators that ensure the high quality of the projects carried out. In addition, the objectives and support set out in the project fit into the strategy of socio-economic development of Eastern Poland until 2020 – development priority 3: inclusive growth through increased participation, upgrading skills and combating poverty. Stages of the project: 1. Individual professional advice together with the Individual Action Plan; 2. Vocational training (after the training has been completed, participants receive training scholarships); 3. 3-month paid internships in posts linked to the training course; 4. Intermediation of work; 5. Finding a job and maintaining employment. The training shall be completed by an examination carried out by the competent authority, verifying the results achieved and obtaining evidence of the acquisition of qualifications in a particular profession. Augmentation de la participation au marché du travail et de l’emploi chez 60 personnes (54M/6K) de plus de 29 ans, qui se trouvent dans une situation particulièrement difficile sur le marché du travail et qui sont à la recherche d’un emploi dans la province de Lightning. Ce groupe fera l’objet d’une activation professionnelle individuelle et complète au cours de la période allant du 01.08.2018 au 31.08.2019 par l’intermédiaire des instruments de soutien appliqués dans le cadre du ROP WŚ 10.2.1. Le projet contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique en ciblant le soutien du FSE aux personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi sur le marché du travail régional. La mesure dans laquelle l’objectif du projet contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif est déterminée par des indicateurs de résultat et de réalisation directs, ainsi que par les propres indicateurs du demandeur, qui garantissent la qualité élevée des projets réalisés. En outre, les objectifs et le soutien énoncés dans le projet s’inscrivent dans la stratégie de développement socio-économique de l’Est de la Pologne jusqu’en 2020 — priorité de développement 3: une croissance inclusive grâce à une participation accrue au marché du travail, au perfectionnement des compétences et à la lutte contre la pauvreté. Étapes du projet: 1. L’orientation professionnelle individuelle et le plan d’action individuel; 2. Formation professionnelle (à la fin de la formation, les participants reçoivent des bourses de formation); 3. Stages rémunérés de 3 mois dans des emplois liés à la formation; 4. Le placement de la main-d’œuvre; 5. Trouver un emploi et maintenir un emploi. La formation se termine par un examen, effectué par l’autorité compétente, qui vérifie les résultats obtenus et obtient la preuve de l’acquisition de qualifications dans une profession déterminée. Steigerung der Erwerbsbeteiligung und Beschäftigung bei 60 Personen (54M/6K) über 29 Jahren, die sich in einer besonders schwierigen Arbeitsmarktsituation befinden und in der Provinz Lightning eine Beschäftigung suchen. Diese Gruppe wird in der Zeit vom 01.08.2018 bis zum 31.08.2019 über die im Rahmen des ROP WŚ 10.2.1 angewandten Förderinstrumente eine individuelle und umfassende berufliche Aktivierung durchlaufen. Das Projekt wird zur Verwirklichung des spezifischen Ziels beitragen, indem es die ESF-Unterstützung für Personen ab 29 Jahren, die auf dem regionalen Arbeitsmarkt arbeitslos sind, gezielt unterstützt. Das Ausmaß, in dem das Projektziel zur Erreichung des Ziels beitragen wird, wird durch direkte Ergebnis- und Outputindikatoren sowie durch eigene Indikatoren des Antragstellers bestimmt, die die hohe Qualität der durchgeführten Projekte gewährleisten. Darüber hinaus sind die im Projekt festgelegten Ziele und Unterstützung Teil der Strategie für die sozioökonomische Entwicklung Ostpolens bis 2020 – Entwicklungspriorität 3: integratives Wachstum durch höhere Erwerbsbeteiligung, Weiterbildung und Armutsbekämpfung. Phasen des Projekts: 1. Individuelle Berufsberatung zusammen mit dem individuellen Aktionsplan; 2. Berufsausbildung (am Ende der Ausbildung erhalten die Teilnehmer Ausbildungsstipendien); 3. Dreimonatige bezahlte Praktika an Stellen im Zusammenhang mit der Ausbildung; 4. Vermittlung von Arbeitskräften; 5. Suche nach einem Arbeitsplatz und Aufrechterhaltung der Beschäftigung. Die Ausbildung endet mit einer Prüfung, die von der zuständigen Behörde durchgeführt wird, die erzielten Ergebnisse zu überprüfen und den Nachweis über den Erwerb von Qualifikationen in einem bestimmten Beruf zu erlangen. Verhoging van de arbeidsmarktparticipatie en werkgelegenheid onder 60 personen (54M/6K) ouder dan 29 jaar, die zich in een bijzonder moeilijke situatie op de arbeidsmarkt bevinden en werk zoeken in de provincie Bliksem. Deze groep zal in de periode van 1.7.2018 tot en met 31.8.2019 individuele en uitgebreide professionele activering ondergaan via de ondersteunende instrumenten die worden toegepast in het kader van ROP WŚ 10.2.1. Het project zal bijdragen aan de specifieke doelstelling door ESF-steun toe te spitsen op mensen ouder dan 29 jaar die werkloos zijn op de regionale arbeidsmarkt. De mate waarin de doelstelling van het project zal bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van het streefcijfer wordt bepaald door directe resultaat- en outputindicatoren, alsook door de eigen indicatoren van de aanvrager, die de hoge kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde projecten waarborgen. Bovendien maken de doelstellingen en de steun van het project deel uit van de strategie voor sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van Oost-Polen tot 2020 — ontwikkelingsprioriteit 3: inclusieve groei door een grotere arbeidsmarktparticipatie, bijscholing en bestrijding van armoede. Fasen van het project: 1. Individuele loopbaanbegeleiding samen met het individuele actieplan; 2. Beroepsopleiding (aan het einde van de opleiding ontvangen de deelnemers opleidingsbeurzen); 3. 3 maanden betaalde stages in banen die verband houden met de opleiding; 4. Arbeidsbemiddeling; 5. Het vinden van een baan en het behoud van werkgelegenheid. De opleiding eindigt met een examen, dat door de bevoegde autoriteit wordt uitgevoerd, de behaalde resultaten te controleren en het bewijs te verkrijgen van de verwerving van kwalificaties voor een bepaald beroep. Aumento della partecipazione al mercato del lavoro e dell'occupazione tra 60 persone (54M/6K) di età superiore ai 29 anni, che si trovano in una situazione del mercato del lavoro particolarmente difficile e che cercano occupazione nella provincia di Lightning. Questo gruppo subirà un'attivazione professionale individuale e completa nel periodo compreso tra l'1.8.2018 e il 31.8.2019 attraverso gli strumenti di supporto applicati nell'ambito del POR WŚ 10.2.1. Il progetto contribuirà al conseguimento dell'obiettivo specifico indirizzando il sostegno del FSE alle persone di età superiore ai 29 anni che sono disoccupati nel mercato del lavoro regionale. La misura in cui l'obiettivo del progetto contribuirà al conseguimento dell'obiettivo è determinata da indicatori diretti di risultato e di realizzazione, nonché da indicatori propri del richiedente, che garantiscono l'elevata qualità dei progetti realizzati. Inoltre, gli obiettivi e il sostegno stabiliti nel progetto fanno parte della strategia per lo sviluppo socioeconomico della Polonia orientale fino al 2020 — priorità di sviluppo 3: crescita inclusiva attraverso una maggiore partecipazione al mercato del lavoro, miglioramento delle competenze e lotta contro la povertà. Fasi del progetto: 1. Consulenza professionale individuale insieme al piano d'azione individuale; 2. Formazione professionale (al termine della formazione i partecipanti ricevono borse di studio); 3. Tirocini retribuiti di 3 mesi in lavori connessi alla formazione; 4. Collocamento del lavoro; 5. Trovare un lavoro e mantenere l'occupazione. La formazione si conclude con un esame, effettuato dall'autorità competente, che verifica i risultati conseguiti e ottiene la prova dell'acquisizione di qualifiche in una determinata professione. Aumento de la participación y el empleo en el mercado laboral de 60 personas (54M/6K) mayores de 29 años, que se encuentran en una situación particularmente difícil en el mercado laboral y que buscan empleo en la provincia de Lightning. Este grupo se someterá a una activación profesional individual y completa en el período comprendido entre el 1.8.2018 y el 31.8.2019 a través de los instrumentos de apoyo aplicados en el marco del ROP WŚ 10.2.1. El proyecto contribuirá al objetivo específico centrándose en el apoyo del FSE a las personas mayores de 29 años que están desempleadas en el mercado laboral regional. La medida en que el objetivo del proyecto contribuirá a la consecución del objetivo está determinada por indicadores directos de resultados y realizaciones, así como por los propios indicadores del solicitante, que garantizan la alta calidad de los proyectos llevados a cabo. Además, los objetivos y el apoyo establecidos en el proyecto forman parte de la Estrategia para el desarrollo socioeconómico de Polonia Oriental hasta 2020, prioridad de desarrollo 3: crecimiento integrador a través de una mayor participación en el mercado laboral, la mejora de las capacidades y la lucha contra la pobreza. Etapas del proyecto: 1. Asesoramiento profesional individual junto con el Plan de acción individual; 2. Formación profesional (al final de la formación, los participantes reciben becas de formación); 3. Períodos de prácticas remunerados de tres meses en puestos de trabajo vinculados a la formación; 4. Colocación de mano de obra; 5. Encontrar un empleo y mantener el empleo. La formación finalizará con un examen, realizado por la autoridad competente, en el que se comprobarán los resultados obtenidos y se obtendrán pruebas de la adquisición de cualificaciones en una profesión determinada.
