Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kieleckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 320 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zastaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia, zakwalifikowane do profili pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in Kielce County. The main result of the project will be the employment of 320 people registered in the PUP. As part of the project, support for people over 29 years of age, qualified for assistance profiles I (so-called active unemployed) or profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont au chômage dans le district de Kielce. Le principal résultat du projet sera le recrutement de 320 personnes inscrites à l’OLP. Dans le cadre du projet, les personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans seront éligibles aux profils d’aide I (appelés «chômeurs actifs») ou II (appelés «demandes d’aide»). Dans le cadre du projet pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Menschen über 29 Jahre zu erhöhen, die im Landkreis Kielce arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird die Rekrutierung von 320 bei der PLO registrierten Personen sein. Im Rahmen des Projekts können Personen über 29 Jahren für Beihilfeprofile I (sogenannte Erwerbslose) oder Profil II (sogenannte Unterstützungsbedürftige) in Betracht kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts für jeden Teilnehmer wird eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers mit einem spezifischen Angebot der beruflichen Aktivierung vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor mensen ouder dan 29 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Kielce. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de aanwerving van 320 personen die in de PLO zijn ingeschreven. In het kader van het project komen personen ouder dan 29 jaar in aanmerking voor steunprofielen I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of profiel II (zogenaamde ondersteuningsbehoefte). Als onderdeel van het project voor elke deelnemer wordt het presenteren van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheid en professionele problemen van de deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per le persone di età superiore ai 29 anni che sono disoccupati nel distretto di Kielce. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà il reclutamento di 320 persone iscritte all'OLP. Nell'ambito del progetto, le persone di età superiore ai 29 anni potranno beneficiare dei profili di aiuto I (cosiddetti disoccupati attivi) o II (cosiddetto che necessitano di sostegno). Nell'ambito del progetto per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo de las personas mayores de 29 años que están desempleadas en el distrito de Kielce. El principal resultado del proyecto será la contratación de 320 personas inscritas en la OLP. Como parte del proyecto, las personas mayores de 29 años podrán optar a los perfiles de ayuda I (denominados desempleados activos) o al perfil II (denominados que requieren ayuda). Como parte del proyecto para cada participante, la presentación de una oferta específica de activación profesional irá precedida de un análisis de las habilidades, aptitudes y problemas profesionales del participante. Sobre esta base, la OLP llevará a cabo servicios e instrumentos del mercado de trabajo debidamente seleccionados a los que se hace referencia en la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral.
