Projekt dostosuje systemy informatyczne Partnerów, głównie szpitali do wymogów pracy w oparciu o dokumentację medyczną w postaci elektronicznej i umożliwienie im przekazywanie informacji o zdarzeniach medycznych do CSIOZ, zgodnie z wymogami Ustawy o SIOZ, obsługę e-recept i e-skierowań oraz stworzenie możliwości udostępnienia pacjentom elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej. Ze względu na różny poziom infrastruktury partnerów systemy teleinformatyczne będą dostosowane indywidualnie do posiadanego sprzętu i oprogramowania w taki sposób aby we wszystkich jednostkach zastosowane rozwiązania gwarantowały i podnosiły bezpieczeństwo w zakresie ciągłości działania systemów na poziomie 4-tej klasy dostępności systemów informatycznych. Cele projektu są zgodne z celem Działania7.1 Rozwój e-społeczeństwa RPO2014-2020 oraz zgodny z celami szczegółowymi tej osi priorytetowej to jest: upowszechnienie wykorzystania technik informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych w usługach publicznych dotyczących sektora administracji publicznej. Planowane jest terminowe osiągnięcie zdolności do udostępniania dokumentacji medycznej zgodnie z wymogami Ustawy o SIOZ. Planowane jest osiągnięcie 5 wskaźników produktu oraz 1 rezultatu tj: Liczba uruchomionych systemów teleinformatycznych w podmiotach wykonujących zadania publiczne, Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 4 – transakcja, Liczba podmiotów, które udostępniły on-line informacje sektora publicznego-wartość docelowa dla nich to 20 szt.; Przestrzeń dyskowa serwerowni-wartość docelowa to 1200 TB; Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości 3 -dwustronna interakcja-wartość docelowa 38 szt; . Liczba pobrań/odtworzeń dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego-wartość docelowa to 2000 szt./rok. W ramach Projektu realizowane będzie 21 zadań. The project will adapt partners’ IT systems, mainly hospitals, to work requirements based on medical documentation in electronic form and enable them to transmit information on medical events to CSIOZ, in accordance with the requirements of the SIOZ Act, e-recept and e-direction services and the possibility of providing patients with electronic medical records. Le projet adaptera les systèmes informatiques des partenaires, principalement les hôpitaux, aux exigences du travail basé sur la documentation médicale sous forme électronique et leur permettra de transmettre des informations sur les événements médicaux à CSIOZ, conformément aux exigences de la loi SiOz, de soutenir les ordonnances électroniques et les instructions électroniques et de créer la possibilité de mettre les dossiers médicaux électroniques à la disposition des patients. En raison de la diversité des infrastructures des partenaires, les systèmes informatiques seront adaptés individuellement à leur matériel et à leurs logiciels de manière à ce que, dans toutes les unités, les solutions utilisées garantissent et améliorent la sécurité de la continuité des activités des systèmes au niveau 4 de la classe de disponibilité des systèmes informatiques. Les objectifs du projet sont conformes à l’objectif de l’action7.1 Développement du PO 2014-2020 de la société en ligne et aux objectifs spécifiques de cet axe prioritaire: promouvoir l’utilisation des techniques d’information et de communication dans les services publics liés au secteur de l’administration publique. Il est prévu de disposer en temps voulu de la capacité de fournir des documents médicaux conformément aux dispositions de la loi SiOz. Il est prévu d’atteindre 5 indicateurs de réalisation et 1 résultat, à savoir: Nombre de systèmes TIC déployés dans des entités exécutant des tâches publiques, nombre de services publics mis à disposition en ligne avec un degré de maturité d’au moins 4 — transaction, nombre d’entités ayant mis à disposition des informations du secteur public en ligne — valeur cible pour eux est de 20; Stockage de la salle de serveur — La valeur cible est de 1200 To; Nombre de services publics en ligne de niveau 3 de maturité — valeur cible d’interaction bidirectionnelle de 38 unités; . Das Projekt wird die IT-Systeme der Partner, hauptsächlich Krankenhäuser, an die Anforderungen der Arbeit auf der Grundlage medizinischer Dokumentation in elektronischer Form anpassen und es ihnen ermöglichen, Informationen über medizinische Ereignisse an CSIOZ gemäß den Anforderungen des SiOz-Gesetzes zu übermitteln, elektronische Verschreibungen und E-Richtungen zu unterstützen und die Möglichkeit zu schaffen, den Patienten elektronische Krankenakten zur Verfügung zu stellen. Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Infrastruktur der Partner werden die IKT-Systeme individuell an ihre Hardware und Software angepasst, so dass die verwendeten Lösungen in allen Einheiten die Sicherheit der Betriebskontinuität der Systeme auf Stufe 4 der Verfügbarkeitsklasse von IT-Systemen gewährleisten und verbessern. Die Ziele des Projekts stehen im Einklang mit dem Ziel von Aktion7.1 Entwicklung der e-Gesellschaft ROP 2014-2020 und im Einklang mit den spezifischen Zielen dieser Prioritätsachse: Förderung der Nutzung von Informations- und Kommunikationstechniken in öffentlichen Dienstleistungen im Bereich der öffentlichen Verwaltung. Es ist geplant, rechtzeitige Kapazitäten zur Bereitstellung medizinischer Unterlagen gemäß den Anforderungen des SiOz-Gesetzes zu erreichen. Het project zal de IT-systemen van de Partners, met name ziekenhuizen, aanpassen aan de vereisten van werkzaamheden op basis van medische documentatie in elektronische vorm en hen in staat stellen informatie over medische gebeurtenissen aan CSIOZ door te geven, in overeenstemming met de eisen van de SiOz-wet, e-recepten en e-richtingen te ondersteunen en de mogelijkheid te creëren om elektronische medische dossiers beschikbaar te stellen aan patiënten. Vanwege de uiteenlopende infrastructuur van de partners worden de ICT-systemen zodanig aangepast aan hun hardware en software dat de gebruikte oplossingen in alle eenheden de bedrijfscontinuïteit van de systemen garanderen en verbeteren op niveau 4 van de beschikbaarheidsklasse van IT-systemen. De doelstellingen van het project zijn in overeenstemming met de doelstelling van actie7.1 "Ontwikkeling van het programma "E-society ROP2014-2020" en in overeenstemming met de specifieke doelstellingen van deze prioritaire as: bevordering van het gebruik van informatie- en communicatietechnieken in overheidsdiensten. Het is de bedoeling dat tijdig de capaciteit wordt bereikt om medische documentatie te verstrekken in overeenstemming met de eisen van de SiOz-wet. Il progetto adatterà i sistemi informatici dei partner, principalmente ospedali, alle esigenze di lavoro basate sulla documentazione medica in forma elettronica e consentirà loro di trasmettere informazioni su eventi medici a CSIOZ, conformemente ai requisiti della legge SiOz, di sostenere le prescrizioni elettroniche e le direttive elettroniche e di creare la possibilità di mettere a disposizione dei pazienti cartelle cliniche elettroniche. A causa del diverso livello di infrastruttura dei partner, i sistemi ICT saranno adattati individualmente ai loro hardware e software in modo che in tutte le unità le soluzioni utilizzate garantiscano e migliorino la sicurezza della continuità operativa dei sistemi al livello 4 della classe di disponibilità dei sistemi IT. Gli obiettivi del progetto sono in linea con l'obiettivo dell'azione7.1 Sviluppo del POR 2014-2020 della società elettronica e in linea con gli obiettivi specifici di questo asse prioritario: promuovere l'uso delle tecniche di informazione e comunicazione nei servizi pubblici relativi al settore della pubblica amministrazione. Si prevede di raggiungere la capacità tempestiva di fornire la documentazione medica in conformità con i requisiti della legge SiOz. Si prevede di raggiungere 5 indicatori di output e 1 risultato, vale a dire: Numero di sistemi TIC utilizzati negli enti che svolgono funzioni pubbliche, numero di servizi pubblici messi a disposizione online con un grado di maturità di almeno 4 — operazione, numero di soggetti che hanno reso disponibili online informazioni del settore pubblico — valore obiettivo per loro è 20; Archiviazione in sala server — Il valore di destinazione è 1 200 TB; Numero di servizi pubblici on-line di livello di maturità 3 — valore di interazione-obiettivo bidirezionale di 38 pezzi; . El proyecto adaptará los sistemas informáticos de los Partners, principalmente hospitales, a los requisitos de trabajo basados en la documentación médica en formato electrónico y les permitirá transmitir información sobre eventos médicos a CSIOZ, de acuerdo con los requisitos de la Ley SiOz, apoyar las recetas electrónicas y las direcciones electrónicas y crear la posibilidad de poner a disposición de los pacientes los historiales médicos electrónicos. Los objetivos del proyecto están en consonancia con el objetivo de la Acción7.1 Desarrollo de la sociedad electrónica ROP2014-2020 y en consonancia con los objetivos específicos de este eje prioritario: promover el uso de técnicas de información y comunicación en los servicios públicos relacionados con el sector de la administración pública. Está previsto lograr la capacidad oportuna para proporcionar documentación médica de conformidad con los requisitos de la Ley SiOz. Está previsto alcanzar 5 indicadores de realización y 1 resultado, es decir: Número de sistemas de TIC desplegados en entidades que realizan tareas públicas, número de servicios públicos puestos a disposición en línea con un grado de madurez de al menos 4 — transacción, número de entidades que han facilitado información del sector público en línea — el valor objetivo para ellos es de 20; Almacenamiento en la sala de servidores: el valor objetivo es de 1 200 TB; Número de servicios públicos en línea de nivel de vencimiento 3 — valor objetivo de interacción bidireccional de 38 PC; .
