Głównym celem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja 2 budynków użyteczności publicznej w Gminie Opatów tj. budynku Urzędu Miasta i Gminy i Samorządowego Zespołu Szkół nr 2. Projekt zakłada m.in. wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, termoizolację budynków, prace wewnątrz budynku związane z instalacją urządzeń odzysku ciepła, modernizacja instalacji c.o., montaż pompy ciepła, montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych, itp.
