Projekt zakłada remont i przebudowę istniejącego, zdegradowanego budynku w miejscowości Rzeki Wielkie poprzez wykonanie prac rozbiórkowych, budowlanych, instalacyjnych, termomodernizacyjnych i wykończeniowych wraz z zakupem niezbędnego wyposażenia. W wyniku realizacji inwestycji powstanie budynek służący aktywizacji społecznej i zawodowej osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących Gminę Kłomnice, poprzez stworzenie Centrum Usług Społecznościowych. W ramach projektu zostanie zapewniony nadzór inwestorski i promocja projektu. (Polish)

The project involves the renovation and reconstruction of the existing degraded building in Rzeki Wielkie by carrying out demolition, construction, installation, thermal modernisation and finishing works together with the purchase of necessary equipment. As a result of the investment, a building will be created for social and professional activation of people at risk of social exclusion living in the Kłomnice Municipality, through the creation of a Centre for Community Services. Le projet comprend la rénovation et la reconstruction du bâtiment existant dégradé dans le village de Rzeki Wielkie par l’exécution de travaux de démolition, de construction, d’installation, de thermomodernisation et de finition ainsi que l’achat des équipements nécessaires. Grâce à cet investissement, un bâtiment sera créé pour l’activation sociale et professionnelle des personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale vivant dans la municipalité de Kłomnice, grâce à la création d’un centre de services sociaux. Das Projekt umfasst die Renovierung und Rekonstruktion des bestehenden, degradierten Gebäudes im Dorf Rzeki Wielkie durch die Ausführung von Abbruch, Bau, Installation, Thermomodernisierung und Veredelungsarbeiten sowie den Kauf der notwendigen Ausrüstung. Als Ergebnis der Investition wird ein Gebäude für die soziale und berufliche Aktivierung von Menschen geschaffen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, die in der Gemeinde Kłomnice leben, durch die Einrichtung eines Zentrums für soziale Dienstleistungen. Das Projekt wird die Aufsicht der Investoren und die Förderung des Projekts gewährleisten. (German)
