Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja i adaptacja pomieszczeń w budynku należącym do Gminy Łękawica – skrzydło „C” oraz zmiana sposobu użytkowania na Centrum Usług Społecznościowych. W ramach projektu planuje się następujące prace: 1. Modernizację skrzydła „C” 2. Termomodernizację obiektu 3. Przebudowę budynku 4. Zmianę sposobu użytkowania Obiekt zostanie dostosowany do osób niepełnosprawnych z różnymi dysfunkcjami poprzez wybudowanie platformy podnośnikowej od strony dziedzińca budynku. Dzięki pracom modernizacyjnym w istniejącym Skrzydle „C”, Gmina Łękawica będzie mogła prowadzić działania umożliwiające opiekę nad dziećmi z rodzin wykluczonych społecznie, co dawać będzie możliwość zwiększenia swojej aktywności zawodowej opiekunom tych dzieci. The subject of the project is the modernisation and adaptation of the premises in the building belonging to the Łękawica commune – the “C” wing and the change of use to the Community Services Centre. The following work is planned under the project: 1. Modernisation of the “C” wing 2. Thermal upgrade of facility 3. Redevelopment of Building 4. Change of use The facility will be adapted to people with disabilities with various dysfunctions by building a lifting platform from the courtyard side of the building. Thanks to the modernisation work in the existing “C” Wing, the Municipality of Łękawica will be able to carry out activities enabling the care of children from socially excluded families, which will give the opportunity to increase their professional activity for carers of these children. Le projet a pour objet la modernisation et l’adaptation des locaux du bâtiment appartenant à la commune de Łękawica — aile «C» et le changement d’usage au centre des services sociaux. Les travaux suivants sont prévus pour le projet: 1. Modernisation de l’aile «C» 2. Thermomodernisation de l’objet 3. Reconstruction du bâtiment 4. Changement d’utilisation L’installation sera adaptée aux personnes handicapées souffrant de divers dysfonctionnements en construisant une plate-forme élévatrice du côté de la cour du bâtiment. Grâce aux travaux de modernisation de l’aile «C», la municipalité de Łękawica sera en mesure de mener des activités permettant de s’occuper d’enfants issus de familles socialement exclues, ce qui permettra d’accroître leur activité professionnelle pour les aidants de ces enfants. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Modernisierung und Anpassung der Räumlichkeiten im Gebäude der Gemeinde Łękawica – Flügel „C“ und die Änderung der Nutzung in das Zentrum für Soziale Dienstleistungen. Für das Projekt sind folgende Arbeiten geplant: 1. Modernisierung des „C“ Flügels 2. Thermomodernisierung von Objekt 3. Umbau des Gebäudes 4. Nutzungsänderung Die Einrichtung wird an Menschen mit Behinderungen mit verschiedenen Funktionsstörungen angepasst, indem eine Aufzugsplattform von der Seite des Hofes des Gebäudes errichtet wird. Dank der Modernisierungsarbeiten in der bestehenden Wing „C“ wird die Gemeinde Łękawica in der Lage sein, Aktivitäten durchzuführen, die die Betreuung von Kindern aus sozial ausgegrenzten Familien ermöglichen, was die Möglichkeit gibt, ihre berufliche Tätigkeit für Pflegekräfte dieser Kinder zu erhöhen. Het doel van het project is de modernisering en aanpassing van de gebouwen in het gebouw van de gemeente Łękawica — vleugel „C” en de wijziging van het gebruik naar het Centrum voor Sociale Diensten. De volgende werkzaamheden zijn gepland voor het project: 1. Modernisering van de C-vleugel 2. Thermomodernisering van object 3. Wederopbouw van gebouw 4. Verandering van gebruik De faciliteit zal worden aangepast aan mensen met een handicap met verschillende disfuncties door het bouwen van een lift platform vanaf de zijkant van de binnenplaats van het gebouw. Dankzij de moderniseringswerkzaamheden in de bestaande Wing „C” zal de gemeente Łękawica activiteiten kunnen verrichten die de zorg voor kinderen uit sociaal uitgesloten gezinnen mogelijk maken, waardoor hun beroepsactiviteit voor verzorgers van deze kinderen kan worden uitgebreid. L'obiettivo del progetto è l'ammodernamento e l'adeguamento dei locali dell'edificio appartenente al comune di Łękawica — ala "C" e il cambiamento di utilizzo al Centro servizi sociali. Per il progetto sono previsti i seguenti lavori: 1. Modernizzazione dell'ala C 2. Termomodernizzazione dell'oggetto 3. Ricostruzione dell'edificio 4. Cambio d'uso La struttura sarà adattata alle persone con disabilità con varie disfunzioni costruendo una piattaforma di ascensore dal lato del cortile dell'edificio. Grazie al lavoro di ammodernamento dell'ala "C" esistente, il comune di Łękawica sarà in grado di svolgere attività che consentano la cura dei bambini provenienti da famiglie socialmente escluse, il che darà l'opportunità di aumentare la loro attività professionale per i prestatori di assistenza di questi bambini. El objeto del proyecto es la modernización y adaptación de los locales en el edificio perteneciente al municipio de Łękawica — ala «C» y el cambio de uso al Centro de Servicios Sociales. Para el proyecto están previstas las siguientes obras: 1. Modernización del ala «C» 2. Termomodernización del objeto 3. Reconstrucción del edificio 4. Cambio de uso La instalación se adaptará a personas con discapacidad con diversas disfunciones mediante la construcción de una plataforma de ascensor desde el lado del patio del edificio. Gracias al trabajo de modernización en el ala existente «C», el Ayuntamiento de Łękawica podrá llevar a cabo actividades que permitan el cuidado de niños de familias socialmente excluidas, lo que brindará la oportunidad de aumentar su actividad profesional para los cuidadores de estos niños.
