Przedmiotem projektu jest adaptacja nieużytkowanych lokali stanowiących własność gminy Ruda Śląska na mieszkania socjalne. Celem projektu jest ograniczenie problemu zagrożenia wykluczeniem społecznym części społeczności lokalnej poprzez umożliwienie zamieszkania w lokalach socjalnych, których standard i wymagania związane z ich utrzymaniem dostosowane są do możliwości tej części społeczności lokalnej zagrożonej wykluczeniem. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie 13 nowych mieszkań socjalnych zlokalizowanych w różnych dzielnicach miasta Ruda Śląska o łącznej powierzchni 633,68 metry kwadratowe. Projekt obejmuje wykonanie niezbędnych robót budowlanych oraz instalacyjnych z dostosowaniem wymagań dla mieszkań socjalnych. Mieszkania zostaną zasiedlone przez osoby spełniające kryteria obowiązujące dla uzyskania lokalu socjalnego, które będą zarazem uczestnikami projektu przeprowadzonego w ramach EFS, którego celem jest pomoc i aktywizacja mieszkańców zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. The subject of the project is the adaptation of unused premises owned by Ruda Śląska commune to social housing. The aim of the project is to reduce the risk of social exclusion of parts of the local community by allowing people to live in social premises whose standard and maintenance requirements are adapted to the possibilities of this part of the local community at risk of exclusion. As a result of the project, 13 new social housing will be created located in different districts of Ruda Śląska with a total area of 633.68 square metres. The project includes the execution of necessary construction and installation works with adaptation of requirements for social housing. Dwellings will be settled by persons fulfilling the criteria for obtaining a social premises, who will also be participants in a project carried out under the ESF to help and activate residents at risk of social exclusion. L’objet du projet est l’adaptation des locaux inutilisés appartenant à la municipalité de Ruda Śląska au logement social. L’objectif du projet est de réduire le risque d’exclusion sociale d’une partie de la communauté locale en leur permettant de vivre dans un logement social, dont le niveau et les besoins en matière d’entretien sont adaptés aux possibilités de cette partie de la communauté locale menacée d’exclusion. À la suite de ce projet, 13 nouvelles unités de logement social situées dans différents districts de Ruda Śląska seront créées pour une superficie totale de 633,68 mètres carrés. Le projet comprend l’exécution des travaux de construction et d’installation nécessaires avec l’adaptation des exigences en matière de logement social. Les logements seront occupés par des personnes répondant aux critères d’obtention d’un logement social, qui participeront également à un projet réalisé dans le cadre du FSE, qui vise à aider et à activer les résidents exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Anpassung ungenutzter Räumlichkeiten im Besitz der Gemeinde Ruda Śląska an Sozialwohnungen. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Risiko der sozialen Ausgrenzung eines Teils der örtlichen Bevölkerung zu verringern, indem es ihnen ermöglicht wird, in Sozialwohnungen zu leben, deren Standard und ihre Unterhaltsanforderungen an die Möglichkeiten dieses Teils der von Ausgrenzung bedrohten lokalen Gemeinschaft angepasst sind. Als Ergebnis des Projekts werden 13 neue Sozialwohnungen in verschiedenen Bezirken von Ruda Śląska mit einer Gesamtfläche von 633,68 Quadratmetern errichtet. Das Projekt umfasst die Durchführung der notwendigen Bau- und Installationsarbeiten mit der Anpassung der Anforderungen an Sozialwohnungen. Die Wohnungen werden von Personen besetzt, die die Kriterien für den Erwerb von Sozialwohnungen erfüllen, die auch an einem Projekt im Rahmen des ESF teilnehmen werden, das darauf abzielt, Menschen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, zu helfen und zu aktivieren. Het doel van het project is de aanpassing van ongebruikte gebouwen die eigendom zijn van de gemeente Ruda Śląska aan sociale woningen. Het project heeft tot doel het risico van sociale uitsluiting van een deel van de lokale gemeenschap te verminderen door hen in staat te stellen in sociale woningen te wonen, waarvan de kwaliteit en de onderhoudseisen zijn aangepast aan de mogelijkheden van dit deel van de lokale gemeenschap dat met uitsluiting wordt bedreigd. Als gevolg van het project zullen 13 nieuwe sociale woningen in verschillende wijken van Ruda Śląska worden gecreëerd met een totale oppervlakte van 633,68 vierkante meter. L'obiettivo del progetto è l'adeguamento dei locali inutilizzati di proprietà del comune di Ruda Śląska agli alloggi sociali. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di ridurre il rischio di esclusione sociale di una parte della comunità locale, consentendo loro di vivere in alloggi sociali, il cui livello e le loro esigenze di manutenzione sono adattati alle opportunità di questa parte della comunità locale a rischio di esclusione. Come risultato del progetto, saranno create 13 nuove unità abitative sociali situate in diversi distretti di Ruda Śląska con una superficie totale di 633,68 metri quadrati. Il progetto prevede l'esecuzione dei necessari lavori di costruzione e installazione con l'adeguamento dei requisiti per l'edilizia sociale. Le abitazioni saranno occupate da persone che soddisfano i criteri per l'ottenimento di alloggi sociali, che parteciperanno anche ad un progetto realizzato nell'ambito del FSE, che mira ad aiutare e ad attivare i residenti a rischio di esclusione sociale. El objeto del proyecto es la adaptación de los locales no utilizados propiedad del municipio de Ruda Śląska a viviendas sociales. El objetivo del proyecto es reducir el riesgo de exclusión social de una parte de la comunidad local permitiéndole vivir en viviendas sociales, cuyo nivel y sus necesidades de mantenimiento se adaptan a las oportunidades de esta parte de la comunidad local en riesgo de exclusión. Como resultado del proyecto, se crearán 13 nuevas viviendas sociales ubicadas en diferentes distritos de Ruda Śląska con una superficie total de 633,68 metros cuadrados. El proyecto incluye la ejecución de las obras de construcción e instalación necesarias con la adaptación de los requisitos de vivienda social. Las viviendas serán ocupadas por personas que cumplan los criterios para obtener vivienda social, que también participarán en un proyecto llevado a cabo en el marco del FSE, cuyo objetivo es ayudar y activar a los residentes en riesgo de exclusión social.
