Projekt zakłada zwiększenie dostępu do wysokiej jakości miejsc wsparcia 25 seniorów oraz opieki dla 20 dzieci i młodzieży z terenu Gminy Kłomnice zagrożonych ubóstwem oraz wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez uruchomienie i funkcjonowanie Klubu Seniora oraz świetlicy środowiskowej do 31.01.2020r. Zaplanowano utworzenie Klubu seniora o świetlicy środowiskowej w ramach placówki wsparcia dziennego wspomagającej rodziny zagrożone ubóstwem oraz wykluczeniem społecznym w procesie wychowania dziecka. Świetlica rozwijać będzie dwie kompetencje kluczowe poprzez zajęcia z języka obcego oraz koła naukowo-technicznego. W klubie seniora zapewniona będzie profesjonalna opieka dla osób starszych po zakończonym okresie aktywności zawodowej. (Polish)

The project aims to increase access to high-quality support places of 25 seniors and care for 20 children and young people from the area of Kłomnice commune at risk of poverty and social exclusion through the launch and operation of the Senior Club and the community centre by 31.01.2020. It is planned to create a Senior Club with an environmental common room as part of a daytime support facility supporting families at risk of poverty and social exclusion in the process of upbringing the child. The common room will develop two key competences through classes in foreign language and science and technology. The senior club will provide professional care for the elderly after the end of their professional activity. (English)

Le projet vise à améliorer l’accès à des lieux de soutien de qualité pour 25 personnes âgées et à s’occuper de 20 enfants et jeunes de la commune de Kłomnice exposés au risque de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale grâce au lancement et au fonctionnement du Club des seniors et du centre communautaire d’ici au 31 janvier 2020. Il est prévu de créer un club pour les personnes âgées doté d’un centre communautaire dans le cadre d’un centre d’aide à la journée pour aider les familles exposées au risque de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale dans le processus d’éducation d’un enfant. Le centre communautaire développera deux compétences clés à travers des cours dans une langue étrangère et un cercle scientifique et technique. Les soins professionnels aux personnes âgées seront dispensés dans le club des seniors après la fin de la période de vie active. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Zugang zu hochwertigen Betreuungsplätzen für 25 Senioren und die Betreuung von 20 Kindern und Jugendlichen aus der Gemeinde Kłomnice, die von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, durch die Einrichtung und den Betrieb des Senior Clubs und des Gemeindezentrums bis zum 31.01.2020 zu verbessern. Es ist geplant, einen Senior Club mit Gemeindezentrum als Teil einer Tagesunterstützungseinrichtung zur Unterstützung von Familien, die von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, bei der Erziehung eines Kindes zu gründen. Das Gemeindezentrum wird zwei Schlüsselkompetenzen durch Klassen in einer Fremdsprache und einen wissenschaftlichen und technischen Kreis entwickeln. Die berufliche Betreuung älterer Menschen wird nach dem Ende des Arbeitslebens im Seniorclub erbracht. (German)

Het project heeft tot doel de toegang tot hoogwaardige steunplaatsen voor 25 senioren en de zorg voor 20 kinderen en jongeren uit de gemeente Kłomnice die met armoede en sociale uitsluiting worden bedreigd, te verbeteren door de oprichting en exploitatie van de Senior Club en het gemeenschapscentrum tegen 31.1.2020. Het is de bedoeling om een Senior Club met gemeenschapscentrum op te richten als onderdeel van een dagondersteuningsfaciliteit ter ondersteuning van gezinnen die het risico lopen op armoede en sociale uitsluiting bij het opvoeden van een kind. Het gemeenschapscentrum zal twee sleutelcompetenties ontwikkelen door middel van lessen in een vreemde taal en een wetenschappelijke en technische kring. Na het einde van de periode van beroepsleven wordt in de senior club professionele zorg voor ouderen verleend. (Dutch)

Il progetto mira ad aumentare l'accesso a posti di sostegno di alta qualità per 25 anziani e l'assistenza a 20 bambini e giovani della Comune di Kłomnice a rischio di povertà ed esclusione sociale attraverso il lancio e il funzionamento del Club senior e del centro comunitario entro il 31.1.2020. Si prevede di creare un Senior Club con un centro comunitario nell'ambito di un meccanismo di sostegno giornaliero che sostenga le famiglie a rischio di povertà e di esclusione sociale nel processo di educazione di un bambino. Il centro comunitario svilupperà due competenze chiave attraverso corsi in una lingua straniera e un circolo scientifico e tecnico. L'assistenza professionale agli anziani sarà fornita nel club senior dopo la fine del periodo di vita lavorativa. (Italian)

El proyecto tiene por objeto aumentar el acceso a lugares de apoyo de alta calidad para 25 personas mayores y el cuidado de 20 niños y jóvenes de la comuna de Kłomnice en riesgo de pobreza y exclusión social mediante la puesta en marcha y el funcionamiento del Club de personas mayores y del centro comunitario a más tardar el 31.1.2020. Está previsto crear un club de personas mayores con centro comunitario como parte de un centro de apoyo diurno que apoye a las familias en riesgo de pobreza y exclusión social en el proceso de criar a un niño. El centro comunitario desarrollará dos competencias clave a través de clases en una lengua extranjera y un círculo científico y técnico. La atención profesional a las personas mayores se prestará en el club de personas mayores una vez finalizado el período de vida laboral. (Spanish)
