Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest zakup samochodu ratowniczo - gaśniczego na potrzeby OSP Potępa. Projekt wpłynie na utrzymanie pełnej gotowości do działania i poprawę sprawności jednostki, a także na zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa strażaków biorących udział w akcjach gaśniczych. Chcąc w pełni służyć społeczeństwu w razie zagrożenia życia i mienia ludzkiego jednostka OSP musi dysponować sprzętem technicznym gwarantującym odpowiedni poziom niezawodności i bezpieczeństwa, spełniającym rosnące wymogi KSRG. Spełnienie wszystkich tych wymagań zapewnia posiadanie nowego wozu bojowego, co jest tym ważniejsze, że OSP Potępa nie posiada na wyposażeniu żadnego sprawnego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego.Tym samym nastąpi wzrost jej potencjału technicznego. Głównym założeniem realizacji przedmiotowego projektu jest skuteczne zapobieganie potencjalnym zagrożeniom (jak np. pożary, katastrofy ekologiczne, itp.) i ograniczanie ich skutków. (Polish)

The subject of this project is the purchase of a rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicle for the needs of the OSP Popower. The project will maintain full operational readiness and improve the efficiency of the unit, as well as to ensure the safety of firefighters participating in firefighting operations. In order to fully serve the public in the event of a threat to life and human property, the TSO unit must have technical equipment at its disposal to ensure an adequate level of reliability and safety that meets the growing requirements of the CRSG. Fulfilling all these requirements ensures having a new combat vehicle, which is all the more important, as the OSP Popower does not have any efficient rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicle on its equipment, thus increasing its technical potential. The main objective of this project is to prevent and reduce potential risks (e.g. fires, environmental disasters, etc.). (English)

Ce projet a pour objet l’achat d’un véhicule de secours et de lutte contre l’incendie aux fins du TSO Potępa. Le projet contribuera au maintien de la pleine disponibilité opérationnelle et à l’amélioration de l’efficacité de l’unité, ainsi qu’à la sécurité des pompiers impliqués dans les opérations de lutte contre l’incendie. Afin de servir pleinement le public en cas de menace pour la vie humaine et les biens, l’unité de GRT doit disposer d’équipements techniques garantissant un niveau adéquat de fiabilité et de sécurité qui réponde aux exigences croissantes du CRSG. Toutes ces exigences sont satisfaites par la mise en place d’un nouveau véhicule de combat, d’autant plus important que le TSO Potępa ne dispose pas d’une voiture de secours et de lutte contre l’incendie efficace sur ses équipements, ce qui augmentera son potentiel technique. Le principal objectif de ce projet est de prévenir et de réduire efficacement les risques potentiels (incendies, catastrophes environnementales, etc.). (French)

Gegenstand dieses Projekts ist der Erwerb eines Rettungs- und Brandbekämpfungsfahrzeugs für die Zwecke des TSO Potępa. Das Projekt wird dazu beitragen, die volle Einsatzbereitschaft zu wahren und die Effizienz der Einheit zu verbessern und die Sicherheit von Feuerwehrleuten zu gewährleisten, die an Brandbekämpfungsmaßnahmen beteiligt sind. Um der Öffentlichkeit im Falle einer Gefährdung des menschlichen Lebens und des Eigentums vollständig zu dienen, muss die ÜNB-Einheit über technische Ausrüstung verfügen, die ein angemessenes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Sicherheit gewährleistet, das den wachsenden Anforderungen des CRSG entspricht. All diese Anforderungen werden durch ein neues Kampffahrzeug erfüllt, das umso wichtiger ist, weil der TSO Potępa kein effizientes Rettungs- und Brandbekämpfungsfahrzeug auf seiner Ausrüstung hat. Hauptziel dieses Projekts ist es, potenzielle Risiken (z. B. Brände, Umweltkatastrophen usw.) wirksam zu verhindern und zu verringern. (German)

Het voorwerp van dit project is de aankoop van een reddings- en brandbestrijdingsvoertuig ten behoeve van de TSB Potępa. Het project zal bijdragen tot het behoud van de volledige operationele paraatheid en het verbeteren van de efficiëntie van de eenheid, alsook tot het waarborgen van de veiligheid van brandweerlieden die betrokken zijn bij brandbestrijdingsoperaties. Om het publiek ten volle van dienst te zijn in het geval van een bedreiging voor mensenlevens en eigendommen, moet de TSB-eenheid beschikken over technische apparatuur die een toereikend niveau van betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid garandeert dat voldoet aan de groeiende eisen van de CRSG. Aan al deze eisen wordt voldaan door een nieuw gevechtsvoertuig te hebben, dat des te belangrijker is omdat de TSO Potępa geen efficiënte reddings- en brandbestrijdingsauto op zijn apparatuur heeft. Zo zal het technische potentieel ervan toenemen. De belangrijkste doelstelling van dit project is het doeltreffend voorkomen en verminderen van potentiële risico’s (bv. branden, milieurampen, enz.). Oggetto del presente progetto è l'acquisto di un veicolo di soccorso e antincendio ai fini del TSO Potępa. Il progetto contribuirà a mantenere la piena preparazione operativa e a migliorare l'efficienza dell'unità, nonché a garantire la sicurezza dei vigili del fuoco coinvolti nelle operazioni antincendio. Al fine di servire pienamente il pubblico in caso di minaccia per la vita e i beni umani, l'unità TSO deve disporre di attrezzature tecniche che garantiscano un livello adeguato di affidabilità e sicurezza che soddisfi i crescenti requisiti del CRSG. Tutti questi requisiti sono soddisfatti con un nuovo veicolo da combattimento, il che è ancora più importante perché il TSO Potępa non dispone di un'auto di salvataggio e antincendio efficiente sulle sue apparecchiature. Pertanto, il suo potenziale tecnico aumenterà. L'obiettivo principale di questo progetto è prevenire e ridurre efficacemente i rischi potenziali (ad esempio incendi, catastrofi ambientali, ecc.). El objeto de este proyecto es la compra de un vehículo de rescate y extinción de incendios para los fines del GRT Potępa. El proyecto contribuirá a mantener la plena preparación operativa y a mejorar la eficiencia de la unidad, así como a garantizar la seguridad de los bomberos que participan en las operaciones de lucha contra incendios. Con el fin de servir plenamente al público en caso de amenaza para la vida humana y la propiedad, la unidad de GRT debe contar con un equipo técnico que garantice un nivel adecuado de fiabilidad y seguridad que satisfaga los crecientes requisitos del CRSG. Todos estos requisitos se cumplen con un nuevo vehículo de combate, que es aún más importante porque el TSO Potępa no tiene ningún vehículo eficiente de rescate y extinción de incendios en su equipo, por lo que su potencial técnico aumentará. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es prevenir y reducir eficazmente los riesgos potenciales (por ejemplo, incendios, catástrofes medioambientales, etc.). (Spanish)
