Przedmiotem projektu jest doposażenie jednostki OSP poprzez zakup samochodu pożarniczego wyposażonego w sprzęt do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof. Kluczowym elementem gwarantującym powodzenie akcji ratowniczej jest szybkie dotarcie do miejsca zdarzenia od momentu zawiadomienia OSP, dlatego koniecznym jest posiadanie sprawnych wozów bojowych, które w najważniejszym momencie nie będą zawodzić. Zakupiony sprzęt zapewni ochronę przed zagrożeniami spowodowanymi siłami natury (sprawna pomoc i prewencja), a także ograniczanie negatywnych skutków ewentualnych zdarzeń na środowisko naturalne i mienie materialne mieszkańców. Zasięg działania OSP Trachy - jednostki należącej do Krajowego Systemu Ratowniczo-Gaśniczego – obejmuje teren powiatu gliwickiego i obszaru miasta Gliwice. Doposażenie jednostki będzie wywoływało pozytywny efekt dla całego regionu stanowiącego jej obszar działania. (Polish)

The object of the project is to retrofit the OSP unit by purchasing a fire truck equipped with equipment for rescue operations and disaster relief. A key element to ensure the success of the rescue operation is to reach the scene quickly from the moment of notification of the TSO, which is why it is necessary to have efficient combat vehicles that will not fail at the most important moment. The purchased equipment will provide protection against risks caused by natural forces (efficient assistance and prevention), as well as reducing the negative effects of possible events on the environment and property of residents. The scope of operation of the OSP Trachy – a unit belonging to the National Rescue and Firefighting System – covers the area of Gliwice County and Gliwice. The retrofitting of the unit will have a positive effect on the whole region of its area of action. (English)

L’objet du projet est de moderniser l’unité du GRT en achetant une voiture d’incendie équipée d’équipements pour les opérations de sauvetage et les secours en cas de catastrophe. Un élément clé pour assurer le succès de l’opération de sauvetage est d’atteindre rapidement le lieu de l’incident dès le moment de la notification au GRT, de sorte qu’il est nécessaire d’avoir des véhicules de combat efficaces qui ne échoueront pas au moment le plus important. L’équipement acheté fournira une protection contre les menaces causées par les forces naturelles (assistance et prévention efficaces), ainsi que pour réduire les effets négatifs des événements possibles sur l’environnement et les biens matériels des habitants. Le champ d’application du TSO de Tracha — une unité du système national de sauvetage et de lutte contre l’incendie — couvre le district de Gliwice et la zone de la ville de Gliwice. La modernisation de l’unité aura un effet positif sur l’ensemble de la région d’activité. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist die Nachrüstung der ÜNB-Einheit durch den Kauf eines Brandwagens, das mit Ausrüstung für Rettungseinsätze und Katastrophenhilfe ausgestattet ist. Ein Schlüsselelement, um den Erfolg der Rettungsaktion zu gewährleisten, besteht darin, den Ort des Vorfalls ab dem Zeitpunkt der Benachrichtigung an den ÜNB rasch zu erreichen, so dass effiziente Kampffahrzeuge vorhanden sind, die zum wichtigsten Zeitpunkt nicht ausfallen werden. Die gekauften Geräte dienen zum Schutz vor Bedrohungen durch natürliche Kräfte (wirksame Hilfe und Prävention) sowie zur Verringerung der negativen Auswirkungen möglicher Ereignisse auf die Umwelt und das materielle Eigentum der Bewohner. Der Tätigkeitsbereich des TSO Tracha – eine Einheit des Nationalen Rettungs- und Brandbekämpfungssystems – umfasst den Bezirk Gliwice und das Gebiet der Stadt Gliwice. Die Nachrüstung der Anlage wird sich positiv auf die gesamte Tätigkeitsregion auswirken. (German)

Het doel van het project is de aanpassing van de TSB-eenheid door de aankoop van een brandweerauto die is uitgerust met uitrusting voor reddingsoperaties en rampenbestrijding. Een belangrijk element om het succes van de reddingsoperatie te waarborgen, is om snel de plaats van het incident te bereiken vanaf het moment van kennisgeving aan de TSB, zodat efficiënte gevechtsvoertuigen nodig zijn die op het belangrijkste moment niet zullen falen. De aangekochte apparatuur zal bescherming bieden tegen bedreigingen die worden veroorzaakt door natuurlijke krachten (effectieve bijstand en preventie) en de negatieve effecten van mogelijke gebeurtenissen op het milieu en de materiële eigendommen van de inwoners verminderen. Het toepassingsgebied van Tracha’s TSB — een eenheid die behoort tot het nationale reddings- en brandbestrijdingssysteem — omvat het district Gliwice en het gebied van de stad Gliwice. De aanpassing van de eenheid zal een positief effect hebben op de gehele regio van de activiteit. (Dutch)

L'obiettivo del progetto è l'ammodernamento dell'unità TSO mediante l'acquisto di un'autovettura antincendio dotata di attrezzature per operazioni di soccorso e soccorso in caso di calamità. Un elemento chiave per garantire il successo dell'operazione di salvataggio è quello di raggiungere rapidamente il luogo dell'incidente dal momento della notifica al TSO, pertanto è necessario disporre di veicoli da combattimento efficienti che non falliranno nel momento più importante. Le attrezzature acquistate forniranno protezione contro le minacce causate dalle forze naturali (efficace assistenza e prevenzione), nonché per ridurre gli effetti negativi di eventuali eventi sull'ambiente e sui beni materiali degli abitanti. L'ambito di attività del TSO di Tracha — un'unità appartenente al sistema nazionale di soccorso e antincendio — copre il distretto di Gliwice e l'area della città di Gliwice. El objetivo del proyecto es readaptar la unidad del GRT mediante la adquisición de un vehículo de bomberos equipado con equipos para operaciones de rescate y socorro en caso de catástrofe. Un elemento clave para garantizar el éxito de la operación de rescate es llegar rápidamente al lugar del incidente desde el momento de la notificación al GRT, por lo que es necesario contar con vehículos de combate eficientes que no fallen en el momento más importante. El equipo adquirido brindará protección contra las amenazas causadas por las fuerzas naturales (ayuda efectiva y prevención), así como para reducir los efectos negativos de los posibles acontecimientos en el medio ambiente y la propiedad material de los habitantes. El ámbito de funcionamiento del GRT de Tracha, una unidad perteneciente al Sistema Nacional de Rescate y Lucha contra Incendios, abarca el distrito de Gliwice y la zona de la ciudad de Gliwice. La adaptación de la unidad tendrá un efecto positivo en toda la región de actividad. (Spanish)
