Celem projektu "Postaw na pracę II" jest zwiększone zatrudnienie osób dotkniętych i zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym i jest zbieżny z celem szczegółowym RPO WP 2014-2020 Projekt skierowany jest do 36osób w wieku aktywności zawodowej,z terenu gminy Miasto Ustka,korzystających z pomocy społecznej lub kwalifikujących się do wsparcia,osób,o których mowa w art1ust.2 ustawy o zatrudnieniu socjalnym(UoZS),w tym bezrobotnych,biernych zawodowo,z niepełnosprawnościami(ON) Planujemy przeprowadzić 3 nabory w latach 2018-2020,z których wyłonimy łącznie 3 gr-każda po 12os Etapy działań projektowych: 1.Objęcie wszystkich uczestników kontraktami socjalnymi 2.Opracowanie indywidualnych ścieżek reintegracji 3.Reintegracja społ-zawod w CIS-opracowanie i realizacja Indywidualnych Programów Zatrudnienia Socjalnego (IPZS) - reintegrację społ (wg potrzeb UP) i zawodową (w warsztacie:prac twórczych,remontowo-budowlanym,porządkowym i utrzymania terenów zielonych,opiekuńczym) przez 9m-cy w CIS i 3-m-ce warsztat u pracodawcy wg predyspozycji UP 4.działania edukacyjno-integracyjne, w tym m.in.działania związane z wolontariatem Wszystkie działania będą dostosowane do potrzeb i możliwości uczestników/czek(w tym ON)i realizowane na podst.kontr.socjal. Efektem projektu będzie wzrost kompetencji niezbędnych na rynku pracy grupy docelowej, zwiększenie potencjału rozwojowego, kompetencji społecznych i zawodowych osób bezrobotnych/biernych zawodowo oraz wzrost udziału na lokalnym rynku pracy Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 01.06.2018r-31.12.2020r w partnerstwie z Caritas Ordynariatu Polowego Wojska Polskiego Realizator projektu w imieniu W-CIS w Ustce, realizator zadania-MOPS w Ustce, realizator w imieniu P1-Centrum Charytatywno-Społeczne Caritas Ordynariatu Polowego Wojska Polskiego Im.Bł.Kmdr. The aim of the “Betting for Work II” project is to increase employment of people affected and at risk of poverty and social exclusion and is in line with the specific objective of the ROP WP 2014-2020 The project is addressed to 36 people in the working age, from the area of the City of Ustka, benefiting from social assistance or eligible for support, persons referred to in Article 1 paragraph 2 of the Act on Social Employment (UoZS), including the unemployed, who are economically viable, with disabilities. 1.Contracting all participants with social contracts 2.Development of individual paths of reintegration 3.Reintegration of the social profession in CIS-development and implementation of Individual Social Employment Programmes (IPZS) – reintegration of the society (according to the needs of the University) and professional activities (in the workshop: creative work, rehabilitation, order and maintenance of the lands of the CP). The result of the project will increase the competences necessary on the labour market of the target group, increase the development potential, social and professional competences of unemployed/passive people and increase participation on the local labour market The project will be implemented in the period 01.06.2018r-31.12.2020r in partnership with the Caritas of the Field Ordinariat of the Polish Army Producer of the project on behalf of W-CIS in the mouth. Le projet entraînera une augmentation des compétences nécessaires sur le marché du travail du groupe cible, une augmentation du potentiel de développement, des compétences sociales et professionnelles des chômeurs/employés et une augmentation de la participation au marché du travail local. Ziel des Projekts „Paket zur Arbeit II“ ist es, die Beschäftigung der von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Menschen zu erhöhen und steht im Einklang mit dem spezifischen Ziel des ROP PP 2014-2020. Das Projekt richtet sich an 36 Personen im erwerbsfähigen Alter aus der Gemeinde Ustka, die Sozialhilfe erhalten oder gefördert werden können,Personen im Sinne von Artikel 1 Absatz 2 des Sozialen Beschäftigungsgesetzes (UoZS), einschließlich der Arbeitslosen, wirtschaftlich gewählt, mit Behinderungen (ON) Wir planen, im Zeitraum 2018-2020 3 Aufrufe durchzuführen, aus denen wir insgesamt 3 Einzelphasen der Projektaktivitäten auswählen: 1.Beschäftigung aller Teilnehmer im Rahmen sozialer Verträge 2.Entwicklung individueller Wiedereingliederungspfade 3.Die Wiedereingliederung der Gesellschaft in die GUS-Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Sozialbeschäftigungsprogramme (IPZS) – Wiedereingliederung der Gesellschaft (entsprechend den Bedürfnissen der UP) und professioneller (in warsztacie:prac Kreativ-, Renovierungs- und Bau-, Ordnungs- und Pflegeflächen für 9 Monate in der GUS und 3. L'obiettivo del progetto "Pacchetto per lavorare II" è quello di aumentare l'occupazione delle persone colpite e a rischio di povertà e di esclusione sociale ed è in linea con l'obiettivo specifico del POR PP 2014-2020 Il progetto è rivolto a 36 persone in età lavorativa, provenienti dal comune di Ustka, beneficiari di assistenza sociale o ammissibili al sostegno,persone di cui all'articolo 1, paragrafo 2, della legge sull'occupazione sociale (UoZS), compresi i disoccupati, economicamente eletti, con disabilità (ON) Abbiamo in programma di effettuare 3 bandi nel periodo 2018-2020, da cui selezioneremo un totale di 3 gr-ogni fase delle attività del progetto: 1.Occupazione di tutti i partecipanti nell'ambito di contratti sociali 2.Sviluppo di percorsi individuali di reinserimento 3.Reinserimento della società nello sviluppo CIS e attuazione di programmi individuali per l'occupazione sociale (IPZS) — reinserimento della società (secondo le esigenze di UP) e professionale (in warsztacie:prac creativo, ristrutturazione e costruzione, ordine e manutenzione di aree verdi, per 9 mesi nel CIS e workshop di 3º mese presso il datore di lavoro secondo la predisposizione di UP 4.Educazione e attività di integrazione, comprese le attività relative al volontariato. Tutte le attività saranno adattate alle esigenze e alle possibilità dei partecipanti/assegni (compresa la SA) e attuate sulla sottocomunità. Il progetto si tradurrà in un aumento delle competenze necessarie sul mercato del lavoro del gruppo target, un aumento del potenziale di sviluppo, delle competenze sociali e professionali dei disoccupati/lavoratori e un aumento della partecipazione al mercato del lavoro locale. Il progetto sarà attuato nel periodo 01.06.2018-31.12.2020r in collaborazione con la Caritas Ordinariat Polowy Wojska Polskiego Im.Bł.Kmdr. El objetivo del proyecto «Package to work II» es aumentar el empleo de las personas afectadas y en riesgo de pobreza y exclusión social y está en consonancia con el objetivo específico del ROP PP 2014-2020 El proyecto está dirigido a 36 personas en edad de trabajar, del municipio de Ustka, que se benefician de asistencia social o elegibles para la ayuda,personas a que se refiere el artículo 1, apartado 2, de la Ley de Empleo Social (UoZS), incluidos los desempleados, elegidos económicamente, con discapacidad (ON) Tenemos previsto realizar 3 convocatorias en el período 2018-2020, de las que seleccionaremos un total de 3 gr-cada etapa de las actividades del proyecto: 3.Reintegración de la sociedad en el desarrollo y ejecución de los programas individuales de empleo social (IPZS) — reintegración de la sociedad (según las necesidades de la UP) y profesional (en warsztacie:prac creativa, renovación y construcción, orden y mantenimiento de zonas verdes, durante 9 meses en el CIS y taller de tercer mes en el empleador, de acuerdo con la predisposición de las actividades de educación e integración UP 4.Educación e integración, incluidas las actividades relacionadas con el voluntariado. Todas las actividades se adaptarán a las necesidades y posibilidades de los participantes/cheques (incluidas las SA) y se ejecutarán en la subcomunidad. El proyecto dará como resultado un aumento de las competencias necesarias en el mercado laboral del grupo destinatario, un aumento del potencial de desarrollo, las competencias sociales y profesionales de los desempleados/empleados y un aumento de la participación en el mercado laboral local.
